ニュートンの『プリンキピア』の巻末に付けられている「一般的注解」は、それが力学だけでなく神学や哲学や倫理学等、広範囲の諸問題とつながる内容をもつため、日本においてこれまで完全な訳がなかった。 ここにラテン語原文からの正確な訳を試み、また詳細な注によって解説を加えることで、17世紀科学革命の完成点といわれるこの著作を、彼自身がどのように見ていたかを明らかにした。 そこで彼は、人間一般の知的な営みの中に『プリンキピア』的方法論を位置づけながら、近代科学的思考が神学に基づいていることを主張している。

This study focuses on landscape design as practicing processes in designing workshop not regarded as modern system of depressing subjectivity. Hokkaido has been treated advanced area of landscape design. But residents are not always participating to construct public gardens. Administrative organizations of public parks want symbolic and clearly meaningful shapes by appropriating previous exiting objects in designing such spaces for the reasons of constructing needs. But designers regard these as capricious things and want more good shapes. These ‘good’ designs are often not objective and cannot explain by official needs. Hence, official symbolic objects are sighted on central symbolic place in the landscape and ‘good’ designed objects are sighted on peripherals and not conspicuous. In these processes, ‘aesthetical’ values without rationality or functionality in modern context are acted as agencies. Because of their ambiguous values, designers’ practices are rather not symbolic and peripheral on the landscape. These practiced designs have interpretative flexibility for each subject to feel the whole landscapes. On these processes of designing landscape, ambiguous agencies are acted to subjects. Landscapes are constructed not only meaningful symbolic objects but also rather not meaningful shapes felt by each subjects. These agencies are peripheral values constructed in each subjects’ experiences: and the processes of acting these agencies in landscape design processes are respected as subjects’ possibility.

夢の内容と夢の中で経験される感情、そして日常場面における怒りの感情などとの関連について探索的な検討を試みた。首都圏の私立大学生を対象に質問紙調査を依頼し、調査票が回収出来た230名(男性55名、女性175名、平均年齢18.8歳、SD1.2歳)を対象者とした。対象者には最近見た夢の内容について自由記述で回答をもとめ、夢を見ているときの感情や夢を想起する頻度、日常場面で怒りの感情を経験する程度などを尋ねた。報告された191名の夢の内容についてKJ法(川喜多、1986)により分類を行った結果、友人の夢、非日常的な夢、日常的な夢、追われる夢など17のカテゴリに分類された。夢の中でもっともよく経験される感情は「驚き」であり、「恐れ」と「喜び」がそれに次いで多かった。夢の内容のカテゴリを独立変数とする1要因分散分析を日常場面における怒りの感情の程度に対して行ったところ、報告された夢の内容による日常場面での怒りの程度に統計的に有意な違いは認められなかった。

In this article, I gather materials concerning the transfer of documents in the wooden tablets of Liye; being impossible to ask questions from historical records, I investigated the actual reality of the transfer of documents at the prefectural level during the Qin dynasty. According to the analysis, it is possible to confirm the clear division of the fixed format of the records of the forwarding and of the responsible for the transfer. Furthermore, the analysis points out the existence of A sophisticated system for the transfer of documents that was not clearly stated in the legal system of the Qin dynasty, such as the structure consisting of multiple organizations for the management in several departments. On the base of these results, the question of when and how was born the system for the transfer of documents, until now based on studies about the wooden strips of Juyan, should not be dealt with only by comparing the legal system of Qin and Han dynasties; it becomes possible, instead, a research approach that compares different points in different periods and areas, such as with the wooden tablets of Liye, the wooden strips of Xuanquan and those of Juyuan. While reflecting on these themes, we should from now discuss about the system for the transfer of documents in the Qin and Han dynasties.

1980年公刊の「新版K式発達検査」と,2002年公刊の「新版K式発達検査2001」の標準化資料の項目別50%通過年齢を比較し,現代の子どもの発達的特徴を検討した。その結果,乳児期では50%通過年齢の小さくなった,すなわち20年前に比べ発達の促進している項目が62,8%,50%通過年齢の大きくなった,すなわち発達の遅延した項目が33.7%であったが,加齢とともに変化し,発達の遅延した項目は幼児期前半51.0%,幼児期後半89.7%と増加し,学齢期もこの傾向が持続してみられた。領域別にみると,言語・社会領域では幼児期前半に,認知・適応領域では幼児期後半から遅延する項目の増加が著明となった。これらの最近の子どもの発達の20年前に比べた変化は, 注目すべき,また緊急に検討,対応すべき課題と考えられた。

敗戦前後、中央省庁の命令により文書の湮滅が行われた。このとき、全国の兵事関係文書も多く消失した。しかし、当時、滋賀県東浅井郡大郷村役場にて兵事係を勤めていた西邑仁平氏は、この命令に逆らい文書を自宅へ持ち帰り隠した。本稿は、この西邑仁平氏が所蔵していた兵事関係文書を大郷村兵事係文書と呼称し、論じたものである。具体的には、大郷村兵事係を取り巻く関係法規と兵事関係文書の双方を分析し、記録管理がどのようになされていたかについて解明した。その結果、大郷村兵事係には幾つか系統の異なる文書管理方式があったことが明らかになった。まず1922年と1923年の間に記録管理の刷新があったことが確認された。次に1923年以降において、少なくとも3つの異なる記録管理の体系が認められた。それぞれ県庁及び郡役所の指定する簿冊に綴じられる平常時の文書、戦時動員時の召集・徴発に関する文書、兵事団体に関する文書の体系である。
