急速に高齢化が進む首都圏においては,医療機関が充実しているにもかかわらず,今後近隣の病院を受診できない事態が想定される.そこで本研究では,交通解析に基づく患者受療圏モデルにより,患者が通院できる範囲を考慮した上で将来の医療の需給バランスを推計する手法を検討した.方法として,1都3県の500 mメッシュごとに,国勢調査人口と各政府統計から2040年までの病院への入院患者数を推計した.病院までの移動時間は車で60分以内としてシミュレートし,患者数と各病院の病床数と比較した.結果として,2020年以降病床数の不足するメッシュが発生し,東京を中心に広がっていくことが示された.また,平均在院日数等のパラメータを変化させ需要超過の推移を見たところ,需要超過量の減少傾向を地理的・経時的に見ることができたことから,本研究により医療需要の急増に備える対策を検討する上で,具体的な目標値を提供することに期待できる.

As Japan began to step into a welfare state after World War II, theoretical study of social welfare began to flourish. Why did modern states develop social policies? What are the purpose and functions of social welfare? These theories concerned with the essence of social welfare were presented, and disputes arose. The controversy from 1945 to 1960 was already summed up and a book about it was published as "Disputes regarding the Social Welfare of Japan after World War II". This thesis tried to examine the history of disputes since then, especially controversy about the theory of social policy and the new theory of social policy. (They both belong to the school of the theory considering social welfare of modern times as the system of policies developed by states.) In addition to this, it tried to make clear what emerges from this controversy and what we can learn from that. This work has been indispensable in the process of creating new theories.

The purpose of this study was to examine the first impressions seen in friendships, and the subsequent changes inimpressions after passage of time. The first impressions and the current impressions were simultaneously surveyed bycomparing cases with" bad first impression, but is a good friend now" and" good first impression, but is not friendly withnow." The results showed that change in impressions influenced the relationship between friends. Gender differences wereobserved in the results. In evaluations of male friends, there was change in first impressions and current impressionsregarding earnestness and kindness, while evaluations of female friends, there was change regarding activeness and kindness.

本研究では,音楽聴取時の前頭葉の脳活動を2ch NIRSを利用して得られた脳活動データの分析を行った.分析ではジャンル識別やSD法による感性評価との関連性について検討を行った.脳活動データに対してベースライン補正を施したうえで,ジャンル識別についての分析を行った.脳活動と感性評価それぞれを多次元空間中のデータと見なしたときの,任意の2曲間の各空間内での距離同士の相関を調べてみたところ,最も相関の高い被験者・ジャンルの組み合わせでも高々3.0%程度となった.また,2クラスのジャンルの楽曲を用いたジャンル識別においては比較的高い識別率も得られているが,ジャンルによっては識別できていないものもあった.これらの分析より,前頭葉脳活動から聴取楽曲のマクロな性質を見出せることが示唆されたが,客観的脳活動データと主観的感性データの対応を取るための尺度については今後さらに模索する必要がある.

暗号通貨の一つであるビットコインを取引で利用する企業が増加しているが,ビットコインの秘密鍵が漏洩した場合の損失は避けられない.<br>秘密鍵を管理する既存のハードウェアウォレット(HW)は,ホストがインターネット接続状態でも使用でき,ボットによるHWの不正操作のリスクがある.<br>そこで,ホストがインターネットからの切断を確認してHWの使用を許可するHWとホスト間のプロトコルを提案し実装を行い,通常のトランザクション生成と提案手法のトランザクション生成との実行時間を比較する.<br>結果,提案手法は通常のトランザクション生成方法よりもオーバーヘッドが存在するが,安全性が向上することを報告する.

This paper presents numerical solution to two shape design problems of unsteady forced heat-convection fields to control temperature to a prescribed distribution. In the first problem, the square error integral between the actual temperature distributions and the prescribed temperature distributions on the prescribed sub-domains during the specified period of time is used as the objective functional. In the second problem, a multi-objective shape optimization problem using normalized objective functional is formulated for the temperature distribution prescribed problem and the total dissipated energy minimization problem in the unsteady forced heat-convection fields. Shape gradient of these shape design problems is derived theoretically using the Lagrange multiplier method, adjoint variable method, and the formulae of the material derivative. Reshaping is carried out by the traction method proposed as an approach to solving shape optimization problems. Numerical analyses program for the shape design is developed based on FreeFem++, and the validity of proposed method is confirmed by results of 2D numerical analyses.
