The purpose of this article is to examine the process of printing and circulation of a Vietnamese historical book -- Dai Nam Thuc Luc Chinh Bien(大南寔録正編)which was printed in 1873. Dai Nam Thuc Luc Chinh Bien, its title was identical with the veritable record of Nguyen dynasty (阮朝), was handled by a Frenchman Lu Gia Lang(蘆嘉陵) to a Vietnamese Dui Minh Thi (惟明氏) in French colonial ruled Cochin-China. Through the analysis of the version kept in the Toyo Bunko(東洋文庫), it is clear that the Dai Nam Thuc Luc Chinh Bien was printed in Fo-shan(仏山) in Guang-dong(広東)province of China, and was distributed from Gia-dinh(嘉定) to all the Vietnamese provinces. Furthermore, to examine the applicability of his defi nition on Dai Nam Thuc Luc(大南寔録), as well as the Shi-lu(実録) of the East Asian cultural or Chinese character cultural area (漢字文化圏) in future research.

Shi-lu (実録) was a common historical official record form adopted in East Asia in the pre-moderrn period. The purpsose of this article is to examine the relationship between the Nguyen Dynasty (阮朝) and Liu Yong-fu through the analysis of the entries in Dai Nam Thuc Luk, the Vietnamese official records. During the French invasion of Vietnam in 1880's, Liu and his army - the Black Flags fought against the French, to protect their hometown Laokai (保勝) in Vietnam. His two victorious battles were the first victories by the Asian army against the European army in Asia during that period. Nevertheless, Vietnam was eventually defeated and become a French colony in 1885. There are 80 items of record in Dai Nam Thuc Luk concerning the interrelation between the then Emperor Tu-duc (嗣徳) and Liu Yong-fu. Through analysis of these records, the writer examines the style of description of the official efforts to convey to the French that the Emperor was not connected with the resistance of Liu and his army against the French.

On the Formation of Dai Nam Thuc Luc (大南寔録)(V): An introduction of Xie Gui-an, Zhong guo shi-lu tishi xue yan jiu (謝貴安『中国実録体史学史研究』).A ten-year project on the compilation of the Qing Shi (清史編纂十年プロジェクト), sponsored by the Chinese government, is being under taken by scholars in China(mainland), Hong Kong, Macao andTaiwan. This project is expected to completed in 2013, the 100th anniversary of the Xin-hai Revolution (辛亥革命). This compilation, which will be counted as the 27th Official History (正史), is taking a "new synthesis"(新総合体). Marxism historiography instead of the traditional form of biographical historiography(紀伝体). The above mentioned project has an influence on the research on Shi-lu (実録), the historicalmaterials of Official History. This article intends to introduce Xie Gui-an's new definition on the form of theShi-lu, which he refers to as a chronicle form with additional biography (編年附伝体), one body with two wings (一体二翼) including 直書 (description based on facts) and 曲筆 (perversion of the truth), and furthermore,to examine the applicability of his definition on Dai Nam Thuk Luc (大南寔録), as well as theShi-lu of the East Asian cultural or Kanji cultural area (漢字文化圏) in future research.

For the French-speaking population of Wallonia, the Belgian Constitutional Reform process culminated in 1993. However it was only a step toward further reform for the people in Flanders. Up until the middle of 1990's the political atmosphere had been relatively calm in Flanders, but 1996 saw a major change with the publication of a 'Proposal for a Constitution for Flanders' written by four jurists who were close collaborators of political leaders in Flanders. Since then various claims and slogans contained in this proposal have been discussed openly both in and outside of the Flemish Parliament. In 1999 that Parliament adopted a series of resolutions calling for a new State Reform. These resolutions related to (1) general principles for State Reform, (2) fiscal autonomy of Regions, (3) the Brussels problem, (4) competencies transfer and (5) other pending issues. In the same year as these resolutions were adopted, a coalition government led by Liberal Party leader Guy Verhofstadt was sworn in, which marked the beginning of the State Reform debate at the federal level. A series of political agreements was consequently reached during the first Verhofstadt Government, which resolved many of the fiscal autonomy and competencies transfer problems, but the Brussels problem remained unsolved. During the second coalition government, by establishing various parley institutions, Prime Minister Verhofstadt tried to solve this problem but the negotiation stalled with the general elections in view in 2007. Presently the Belgian State is under siege from both the Flemings and the Walloons. The centrifugal forces of the Flemings are far more marked than the centripetal forces of the Walloons. This balancing game will determine the future form of Belgium, be it a Federal State or a Confederation, or even a disintegration. But the Flemish need Brussels as their capital, which is situated at the heart of Flanders, even though the majority of its population are French-speaking. Therefore the resolution of the Brussels problem would be the decisive factor for how Belgium would evolve in the foreseeable future.

<症例のポイント>肺炎球菌ワクチン接種後に生じた蜂窩織炎様反応と考えられる1例を報告した。局所の肉眼的炎症所見は軽度で、蜂窩織炎単独では高度な炎症反応や筋酵素の逸脱を説明しづらく、臨床所見、経過やCTから壊死性筋膜炎も否定的であった。蜂窩織炎様反応は、同種の防腐剤を含む他のワクチンでの報告はほとんどなく、肺炎球菌ワクチンの主成分に特異的な反応と考えられる。また、同様の報告がBehcet病患者数例にみられることから、Behcet病患者に比較的特異的な反応であることが示唆された。

症例は 50 歳女性,平成 5 年より全大腸炎型の潰瘍性大腸炎の診断で治療を継続していた.平成 19 年以降は 5-ASA 製剤の単独投与で寛解していたが急性増悪し,中毒性巨大結腸症,穿孔を合併し緊急手術を施行した.中毒性巨大結腸症は高率に穿孔を発症し,穿孔症例の死亡率は 20-40%であるため手術のタイミングを適切に判断することが重要である.また長期経過した全大腸炎型の潰瘍性大腸炎は癌化のリスクが高くなるため,二期手術の時期や術式について慎重に判断しなければならない.
