À la fin du Moyen Âge René d'Anjou (r. 1434-1480), le quatrième maître de la maison Valois-Anjou, possédait des vastes territoires qui sont appelés « l'État angevin ». La famille de Beauvau était un des « serviteurs » puissants qui ont bien servi et travaillé pour le gouvernement de cet État. Le seigneur de Beauvau Louis, avec son frère Jean, fut nominé à un des membres d'une commission pour réformer les coutumes d'Anjou le 6 octobre 1458. Ils ont successivement rempli un office de sénéchal d'Anjou et de Provence au milieu du 15e siècle. Son oncle Bertrand, sire de Présigny a servi à la fois pour René et pour le roi Charles VII (r. 1422-1461). Après avoir été envoyé à sa cour par Yolande d'Aragon, Bertrand fut nominé à un des plénipotentiaires dans la conclusion d'une trêve de Tours (1444). En tant que le premier conseiller de René, il a eu la charge de diriger une réformation des coutumes d'Anjou en 1458-1463. En 1462, il fut nominé à un président séculier de la Chambre des comptes de Paris sous le roi Louis XI (r. 1461-1483). Profitant de son lien étroit avec la royauté, il a réussi de faire ses deux fils occuper une fonction important. L'ainé Antoine a succédé à son père à la présidence de la Chambre des comptes en 1472, et le cadet Jean fut nominé à l'évêque d'Angers en 1450.

職業リハビリテーションにおける精神障害者に対する自己理解を促す支援実施に対する専門性の影響を検討した。職業リハビリテーションの支援者(障害者職業カウンセラー及び就業支援担当者)155 人に対する自己理解を促す支援行動の調査結果を用い,支援行動に関する因子毎に算出した実施程度得点を目的変数,就労支援経験年数及び所持資格を説明変数とした重回帰分析を支援対象者の障害種別(統合失調症,気分障害)で実施した。障害毎に障害者職業カウンセラーと精神保健福祉士の資格が異なって影響していた。所持資格の影響力は精神保健福祉領域における知識及び視点,所属機関の支援内容の違いに依存すると考えられた。精神障害者の自己理解の支援実施に向けては,知識や視点の違いを踏まえた多職種連携が必要であり,今後は医療機関も含めた多職種連携の観点から調査及び具体的な事例の検討が必要である。The effect of the expertise on the support of the self-understanding for the psychiatric disorders in the vocational rehabilitation was examined. Using the results of a survey on support action to promote selfunderstanding among 155 vocational rehabilitation supporters (Vocational counselors for persons with disabilities and persons in charge of employment support), multiple regression analysis was conducted for each disorder category (Schizophrenia and mood disorders) of the support subjects, using the implementation level score calculated for each factor related to support action as an explanatory variable, years of employment support experience, and possession qualifications. The qualification of vocational rehabilitation counselor and Psychiatric social worker influenced each disorder differently. The effect of the possession qualification seemed to depend on the difference between knowledge and viewpoint in the mental health welfare field and support content of the belonging organization. In order to support the self-understanding of persons with psychiatric disorders, multidisciplinary cooperation based on differences in knowledge and viewpoints is necessary. In the future, it will be necessary to conduct surveys and case studies from the viewpoint of multidisciplinary cooperation including that of medical institutions.

This paper takes up the two songs of the Prefecture-"Song of the People of Akita Prefecture" and "Song of the People of the Prefecture"一and aims, in its first part, to deal with the history leading up to the establishment of the 80-year-old "Song of the People of Akita Prefecture" in the back drop of the first half of the Showa Era(1926-1989), in an effort to clarify the relationship between the establishment of the prefectural songs and the development of education in the local area. The following is a summary of the results of this research.1. Between the time that words for the prefectural songs were elicited from the public for entry into competition and the time that decisions on the selection and establishment of the songs were made, there was only a short span of time, which was a rare case as a project by a municipality.2. Tokyo Music School, which was entrusted with the composition of the music for the songs, spent only 9 days from the receipt of the request to the selection and revision of words, to the composition of music and to the dispatch of its products.3. The words selected for the songs shared common features in that they all incorporated the nature, the industry and the history, along with the various achievements by forerunners in the area-which has traces of influence from "songs of geography and history."4. The governor of the prefecture at the time of the establishment of the prefectural songs was Hiroki Hiekata, whose previous job was the head of the Department of Internal Affairs at Kanagawa Prefectural Government and from this fact it is very likely that he arranged the establishment of the prefectural songs for Akita modeling after his pilot project of establishing a prefectural song for Kanagawa Prefecture.5. The local education in Akita Prefecture in the early years of the Showa Era owes a great deal to Michitoshi Odauchi, a native of Akita City, to say nothing of the prefecture's pioneer efforts of various kinds and thus, the "Song of the People of Akita Prefecture" was born out of the prefecture's policies toward education and enlightenment of its people as well as the successful development of education in the local community.

The purpose of this paper is to consider the relations between the reproduction of modern rationalized social system and its resistant, differentiating or dissimilating components through two famous authors’ two famous works of the same period. Michel de Certeau’s L’invention du quotidian: Arts de faire (published in 1980, English title: “the Practice of Everyday Life”) and Paul Willis’s Learning to Labour: How Working Class Kids get Working Class Jobs (published in 1977). In L’invention du quotidian de Certeau tries to delineate the ‘creativity’ of ‘users’ or consumers in everyday practice, who are ‘commonly assumed to be passive and guided by established rules.’ According to de Certeau, ‘users’ not only consume various products – from commodity to urban space – of modern rationalized and expansionistic technocracy and capitalism, but also bricolent(bricolage) those products in their practices of everyday life where users dissimilate or transgress the control, ‘discipline’ and plans of producers and technocrats, in which de Certeau finds out the ‘creativity’ of ‘users’ and the resistant moments with in the existing systems of dominance relationships of ‘elite’ and ‘popular culture.’ In Learning to Labour , Willis tries to identify the resistant moments in working class culture, especially ‘failed’ working class kids and their counter-school culture which oppose to authorities of school, teachers and academic carrier-based pseudo egalitarian institutions and society. He expounds on the reproductive processes of ‘working class kids get working class jobs, because of various ‘limitations’ which distort the ‘penetrations’ of working class culture which are, he thinks, ‘potential materials…for a thoroughly critical analysis of society and political action for the creation of alternatives.’ Willis situates ‘creativity’ of working class culture in their collective level of the ‘penetrations’ which exist like Freudian ‘unconsciousness’ and cannot be seized in utterance or conscious level of working class people, while de Certeau finds the creativity of resistance in everyday surface level practices like speaking, walking, cooking. This paper has scrutinized the differences between de Certeau,’s and Willis’s ideas of resistant alternative ‘creativity’ in everyday practices and popular culture, and their positions within the ‘reproduction’ of modern capitalist class society.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the consciousness of the high school students who take part in extra-curricular activities of the provincial performing arts. As a result of analyzing questioners the following points became clear. 1) High school students of the club members affirm and proud the membership and club activities in general. 2) It is difficult to gain a good result in contests for the small-scale clubs even if they expect that. But they can find the different significances for club activities different from the large-scale clubs. 3) The local people also expect that students gain a good result in contest, and the playing provincial performing arts by students at the local events of communities give rise the close relationship with the high school club members and the local people. 4) The zeal of the coacher gives preferable effects to the club activities. 5) It is important for the members of club to foster the proud in the club activity to cultivate the moral sense, the strong will, the social sense and so on.

Despite the power of social capital and community resilience after disasters has been recognized, the postdisasterrecoveries and disaster mitigations after the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami have still continuedto focus resources on physical infrastructures, based almost exclusively on data and knowledge of natural sciences.Against this backdrop or below the surface many sociological and ethnological studies on the Great East JapanEarthquake and Tsunami shed light on effective functioning of local communities and their social capital, or socialnetworks for the post-disaster recoveries and disaster mitigations; local community enhances individual andcommunity resilience. Some literatures point out the importance of local cultures and their traditional rituals orbuild environments and spaces of the rituals, and argue for the need for the “archive” of their memories because ofthe literally devastating effects of the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami on local communities and theirmembers, but they mainly select the cultural masterpieces of local community – macro-memory or Memory ofcommunity, like museums and galleries select and collect the masterpieces of humankind. This paper theoreticallyexplores the relationships among social, collective memories, traditional rituals of local communities and socialcapital, and unveils the important functions of collective micro-memories of everyday life and social networks,which are too familiar to speak about, intentionally memorize – unspoken and pre-conscious, but one of the keyfactors for social capital and community resilience.

In research field, the systematics of angiosperm is changing from new Engler system which is mainly based on morphology of plant to APG III・IV system which is mainly based on DNA sequences. Illustrated books published most recently and that on the website almost are based on APG III・IV system. We found new Engler system still in the textbooks and the guideline for education in a junior high school. In such circumstances, junior high school student doubt which system is true. In this paper, new educational subjects based on APG III・IV system are also proposed, in which includes observation of the coplate (key feature) in angiosperm. 被子植物の分類は,形態に基づく従来の新エングラー体系から,DNA の塩基配列に基づくAPGIII・IV 体系へと移行しつつあり,最新の図鑑やインターネット図鑑は後者に準拠している。 本研究で中学校理科の教科書における植物に関する記載を調べた結果,依然,新エングラー体系に基づいて記載されていることが判明した。また,中学校理科の指導内容も新エングラー体系に沿っていた。このような現状では,中学生が新しい分類体系に触れると混乱が起こる可能性が高いと考え,本研究ではAPGIII・IV 体系に基づいた新規の授業も開発した。開発した新規授業は,APGIII・IV 体系の被子植物の分類で,要となっている花粉の溝の観察を行うことが特徴である。

The research paper herein investigated into the current conditions and issues related to children without mental retardation but enrolled in special support schools for intellectually disabled persons across Japan. The objectives of the research are three: (1) how many such children with developmental disorders but without mental retardation are enrolled in special support schools for intellectually disabled persons; (2) the reasons why such children have been transferred to or enrolled in these schools; (3) the issues at special support schools where such children are enrolled. The research findings showed that such children were enrolled in nearly half of the schools, specifically, 141 of 313 schools. Also, the number of such children was 689 (1.7%) out of 39,813 children in 313 schools. Regarding the reasons for enrollment/transfer, the majority of the reasons are associated with secondary emotional difficulties triggered by developmental disorders, such as poor academic performance and learning difficulties, inability to adapt and deal with other people, and school refusal or hikikomori. The special support schools examined are facing problems in supporting and dealing with such children with developmental disorders and a large number of issues regarding expertise of their school faculty members and school support system for such children.

According to the common view, the construction of an artistic building based on a stolen draft constitutes an infringement of the copyright of an architect. On the other hand, the manufacture of machines based on the stolen draft doesn't. Because, while a building is stipulated as a literary work at Copyright Act article 10th, a machine isn't. But l insist first that article 10th only shows the main examples of literary works and actually specifies so at the beginning of the article, and second that both a machine and its blueprint can have the originality which is essential to the works. A machine can have the technical inventiveness as well as a building can have the esthetic creativity.

There are at least two views on what relativism is. One is a view that relativism is a position that claims any positions are equally wrong or equally false as well as equally right or equally true. Another is a view that relativism is not the position that claims any positions are equally wrong or equally false but a position that claims any positions are equally right or equally true. This paper critically examines the two views and concludes the latter is a more proper concept of relativism according to critical rationalism, and the position that claims any positions are equally wrong or equally false is not relativism but relativizationism, which is compatible with criticism in Popper's sense.

This research is examining the meaning of 'Developing Way'. Especally, in this paper, we consider it from the purpose of structuring the math. In conclusion, this meaning of mathematics to make students consider in 'Developing Way' is named to be 'Structured Development' which was classified into "Integration" "Generalization" and "Concise and Clear". Finally, we considered the teaching and learning processes of the topic of Area of a Sector from the structured development.

This article reconsiders relatively recent critical arguments about Raymond Murray Schafer's concept of 'soundscape', especially the arguments of two articles: Ari Y. Kelman (2010) 'Rethinking the Soundscape: A Critical Genealogy of a Key Term in Sound Studies' and Stefan Helmreich (2010) 'Listening against Soundscapes', in order to re-explore 'rich vein of scholarship of sound' (Kelman) in the concept of soundscape.Attending 'to the invention of Schafer's idea in order to wrestle with its redefinition', Kelman criticizes Schafer's bias against noise and his confusion of sound and listening, but Kelman does not consider deeply the definition of soundscape. This article reconsiders the definition of soundscape through rethinking Schafer's explanation in The Tuning the World, Helmreich's discussions of 'soundscape', 'immersion' and 'transduction', Steven Feld's 'acoustemology', Tim Ingold's 'against soundscape', and Paul Rodaway's 'aural geography', in that it situates the concept of soundscape in developments of studies on sound. This article also makes clear the concept of soundscape is not in conflicts with 'transduction', 'acoustemology' and 'immersion', and it needs to be connected with a central and traditional problem of social theories: the relationships between the individual and the social, and depending on how to make this connection, there are possibilities to develop various conceptions of soundscapes.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate what were effective teaching methods for university student learning knowledge of sport pedagogy and to make clear how to teach using those methods at Akita University. In this study, at this class which is one of a required subject for physical education teacher license, students participate in learning knowledge of sport pedagogy through keywords, viewing DVD about PE class at school, discussion about sport pedagogy topic and summarizing using three key words, intermediary check test, a lecture from expert inservice teacher. Student thought the most effective teaching methods was a lecture from expert inservice teacher, and the second were discussion and viewing DVD about PE class at school. Although there are opinions which it was effective lecture using books and paper materials and intermediary check test, too. The suggestion are balanced both type of teaching methods; input and output, student lead and teacher lead knowledge from literature and knowledge from real inservice teacher, must be effective.

The purpose of this study was to describe the present situation in dance area from 7 grades to 9 at junior high school in Japan at Akita prefecture, and PE teacher is conscious what kinds of problem to teach this area. From 46 junior high school PE teacher's report, we analyzed 28 school case plans and 86 descriptions about teacher's under-conscious problems. As school present situation in dance area, three contents in dance area ; folk dance, rhythm dance and creative dance, includes as school curriculum plan with keeping good balanced. And there are 40 plans weight on rhythm dance, but not so extreme there are only 3 schools curriculum plan consists of only rhythm dance. The units consists of average 9 or 10 lessons during a grade, there are minimum 6 to maximum 15. As teacher's under-conscious problems, from analysis contents of 86 descriptions, it categorize surroundings, plan, teaching dance, teacher's problems, problems about students, enforcement, limits of making works, limitation of class situation, evaluation and others. From this study it made clearer there were many kinds of problems ; teacher's problems lack of knowledge, teaching experience having some strategy against student reaction, student's feeling of shame, student's limitation of expression competence, having enough evaluation skills and viewpoint thinking dance characteristic and so on.

Historically, in Japanese academies, teachers have a role of being a sports coach at school sports clubs. This role as a sports coach makes the workload heavier for teachers and is already considered excessive in contrast to teachers from other countries. In 2015, The Administration of Education introducad 'Team School'. In this new system, communities, other staff from out of the school help out honing the students' athletic skills thereby decreasing the demand for teachers' need to dedicate etra hours and lessening the workload of teachers The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the sports coaching in Japanese academies through their belief, teaching content how thinking the relationship to school and parents. 54 respondents that were present were from Akita and it was held at Akita prefecture junior high school. Among the respondents, 53 were male and 1 was female. It is found that 1) The profiles of the sports coaches are as follows: sports coach from community having job as an office worker(33.3%) public servants(29.6%) private business owners(20.4%) retired persons(9.3%), and having career as sports coach 1-10 years. They started this sports coaching because parents or school or sports club counselor asked: The availability of the volunteers are as follows: twice or three times a week(42.6%) four or five times a week(22.2%) six times a week or everyday (16.6%). 2)sports coach from community believe that sports clubs having values not only promoting student's muscular strengthen, endurance, physical growth but also human growth and sociability development. 3)sports coach from community tried to teach not only skill acquired to promote student's will, not emphasize win but also, considering they process in development, personality building and manners. 4) sports coach from community tried to communicate with sports school counselor with phone calling or e-mail but there were case uhere in a school counselor was irresponsible, with parents after daily practice or party and thinking not interfere in practical contents or directions.

The purpose of this study was to grasp actual state of learner's conception in folkdance unit through balloon method at a junior high school. Subjects were 36 7th grade students, who were 17 boys and 19 girls. For analyze conception of students, as method balloon method was used in which students fill out free description, and it was taken after every dance class. This was analyzed from one dance researcher who working at University with ensuring trustworthiness member check was conducted. As a result 921 descriptions emerged. This result suggest that student recognized dance variety, particular characteristic, cultural depth based each ethnic, folklore; cooperation feeling and cooperative learning from playing a role in group and given an advice from other person or group; organic learning activities with clear aim and problem solving; positive feeling for learning folkdance although feeling some difficulties.

'Releasing exercise and gymnastics' is in part of body making exercise and gymnastics, has aims awareness for body, self and others, body adjustment, communication with others. It includes thinking were body and minds are linked, through those activities students can release body and mind and feelings. The purpose of this research was investigated the effects of emotional , awareness and communication through this 6 times units. The method was used 15 questionnaire, compared pre(non-activity) with post(after unites)with t-tests, during each after lesson with multiple comparison technique. The subjects was 53 6th grades(11-12 years old) in elementary school. As outcomes, the factor of emotional and awareness for body and others effects was significance. But the factor of communication was one part was significant and others not. And fifth-time lesson included the most significance factors made from this lesson made from not only active and facilitated communication but also non-active. It focused body awareness, exchange feelings with other persons.

In this article, I present a semantic description of the conditionals in the Akita dialect, and provide a comparison between the Akita dialect and the standard Japanese. I discuss -ba in the Akita dialect has wider semantic distribution than its counterpart in the standard Japanese. I also discuss that the regional usage is exported into the standard Japanese whenthe speaker of the dialect speaks the standard Japanese.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the step-by-step practice and the simplified seoi-nage on the safe practice of judo by novices. Participants were 18 students who attended a college judo class. Trials in the experiment were composed of two kinds of the conditions, which were seoi-nage without the step-by-step practice, and seoi-nage after practicing the three steps. After the trials, participants answered a five-point scale questionnaire asking how they felt when they were thrown or threw. Binomial tests demonstrated that high head fixation was significantly greater than low head fixation on any conditions. This finding suggests that simplified skill and step-by-step practice are effective for head fixation of thrown participants. Measurements of the degree of head fixation revealed an effect of step-by-step practice (two-way ANOVA, F1, 17 = 3.676, p = 0.07), but ANOVA did not detect an effect of holding, nor interaction between the step-by-step practice and holding. This finding suggests that step-by-step practice is effective on head fixation of thrown participants. Results imply that simplified skill and step-by-step practice of seoi-nage are effective safe practice of novices at judo. The findings of this study will contribute to plan the safe and easy practice for instructing novices at judo.
