あらゆる金属の総生産量のうち,鉄はつねに90%以上を占め,現代は鉄の時代ともいわれている.溶鉱炉の急速製錬化やコークスによらない新しい急速製錬法の開発には,鉄鉱石の還元機構の本質的な解明が必要である.近い将来,鉄Whiskerの製造法も問題になろう.これらの問題点をとらえ最近の研究を展望する.

During the 1980s, the peace movement and disarmament campaign were expanded in the Western and Eastern Europe. For example, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) in the Britain a grass root peace movement had influenced on the nuclear policy of the Thatcher Administration, which it mobilized 250,000 people in the U.S. air force base at Greenham Common in 1982. Most of such movements also opposed deployment of the SS-20 ballistic missiles equipped with nuclear warheads in Eastern Europe by the Soviet Union. However, a part of the peace movements also criticized only to nuclear deployment in Western Europe by the NATO countries. For instance, the World Peace Council (WPC) had insisted official support for Soviet's disarmament proposal and nuclear deterrence policy. Because they were directly controlled and/or sponsored by the International Department of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the KGB. This article is to consider the analysis of intelligence that relates to European peace movement and the Soviet's active measures that the U.S. intelligence community, and to prove reliability of the U.S. intelligence reports.

小学校の児童が算数を学ぶ上で,算数科にかかわる数学言語(算数語彙)について,どの程度正確に理解しているかについて調査した。調査分野は,小学校下学年,「数と計算」の領域について算数教科書に登場する算数の用語・記号とそれらを規定する言語も含めて算数語彙とした。1つの算数語彙に対して5問の選択肢を用意して児童に選択させる問題(語彙テスト)を開発した。調査問題は,予備調査(175名)に基づき本調査(975名)を実施した。その結果,算数語彙に対して理解度の低い問題が見つかった。例えば,1年生の語彙「3人に2まいずつ」の正答率は66.9%,2年生の語彙「4この2つぶん」の正答率は18.1%,3年生の語彙「3人に分ける」の正答率は59.4%,語彙「はした」の正答率は52.9%であった。

The sable is an important animal for fur trade in the world since the ancient time in Eurasia. Therefore,it is important to review the names for the sables in various languages in Eurasia to investigate the transmission of words for the sables. In the present paper, to give basic information for the transmission and transformation of the words for the sable in Eurasia, words for the sable and 3 other species of marten (Martes sp.), weasels, and squirrels in Eurasian languages were investigated. In East Asia, the sable is called in various words. The sable was called "furuki" (or fuluki) in ancient Japan (ca. 8 to 13 c.). It is called “hoinu" -like words in Ainu language,"dambi" with modifiers or other words in Korean, "bulgan"-like words in Mongolic languages,and "segep" -like words in Tungusic languages, and "diao" with modifiers in Chinese. In the regions of central-western Eurasia where the sable is (was) distributed,the sable is called in words of "bulgan"-like words in Mongolic languages, those of "kish"-like words in Turkic languages, "nukse"-like words in Finno-Ugric languages, and "sobol'" in Russian. In Iranian languages, the sable is fundamentally called in "samur". The word "samur" is spread in central-western Asia and southeastern Europe. In northern-western Europe,the sable is called in "sobol"-like words. In Eurasian languages, martens are sometimes called in the words related with squirrels. Especially,it is note worthy that squirrels are called "uluki" -like words in Tungusic languages.

本稿の目的は,質問票調査にもとづき,国内の共有・共創型ワークスペースの実態を明らかにすることにある。まず,ウェブ調査を実施し,国内で稼働している施設の全数に近い(2016年9月30日時点)と考えられる750スペースのうち,308スペースから回答を得た。ついで,収集したデータのうち268スペースの回答を分析し,①施設,②運営組織,③戦略,④活動,⑤利用者,⑥成果,という6つの包括的視点から相関分析の結果を示した。そのうえで,本調査にもとづく共有・共創型ワークスペースの実態に関する知見を提示した。

The hypothalamic suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) has a pivotal role in the mammalian circadian clock. SCN neurons generate circadian rhythms in action potential firing frequencies and neurotransmitter release, and the core oscillation is thought to be driven by "clock gene" transcription-translation feedback loops. Cytosolic Ca2+ mobilization followed by stimulation of various receptors has been shown to reset the gene transcription cycles in SCN neurons, whereas contribution of steady-state cytosolic Ca2+ levels to the rhythm generation is unclear. Recently, circadian rhythms in cytosolic Ca2+ levels have been demonstrated in cultured SCN neurons. The circadian Ca2+ rhythms are driven by the release of Ca2+ from ryanodine-sensitive internal stores and resistant to the blockade of action potentials. These results raise the possibility that gene translation/transcription loops may interact with autonomous Ca2+ oscillations in the production of circadian rhythms in SCN neurons.

わが国において,NPO法成立後の10年間に,「公益法人制度改革」と「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正」の2つの改革(「非営利法人制度改革」と総称)が実現した。本稿では,「非営利法人制度改革過程」のうちの「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正過程」の事例を改訂・政策の窓モデルにもとづいて分析するための準備作業を行う。具体的には,シーズのNPOWEBの直接引用を中心にして,さらに① 参加者への聴取調査結果(1次資料),② 政府税制調査会議事録,「新しい公共」円卓会議議事録,政府税制調査市民公益税制PT議事録・報告書,書籍等の2次資料が編集された。この編集結果にもとづいて,非営利法人制度改革過程の第4期と第5期にあたる「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正過程」の濃密な事例が作成される。このうち第4期は,鳩山内閣発足から「新しい公共」宣言の公表まで(2009年8月~2010年6月)であり,第5期は菅内閣発足から「寄付税制およびNPO法の改正」まで(2010年6月~2011年6月)である。なお次稿では,「非営利法人制度改革過程」に関して作成された2つの濃密な事例が,改訂・政策の窓モデルにもとづいて分析される。
