Bis zu seinem Roman Narziß und Goldmund (1930) figuriert das Mütterliche als zentrales Thema Hermann Hesses (1877-1962). „Das Mütterliche" ist ein kollektives Symbol der Mutter und „die blonde strahlende Frau" eine konkrete Gestalt „des Mütterlichen". Für Narziß und Goldmund war zuerst der Titel Goldmunds Weg zur Mutter vorgesehen, woraus erhellt, dass die Geschichte um das verlorenen Bild von Goldmunds Mutter kreist und dann in das Thema „des Mütterlichen" übergeht. Zu Muttergestalten in Hesses mittleren und späten Werken liegen Arbeiten von Benett (1972) und Minkus (1997) vor. Am Leitfaden der Psychoanalyse Jungs vergleiche ich die Abhandlungen von Baumann (1997, 1999) und Ozawa (1982). Da die Psychoanalyse einen Schlüssel zum mittleren und späten Hesse liefert, orientiert sich die Interpretation in der vorliegenden Arbeit hauptsächlich an der Jungschen Archetypenlehre. Vergleicht man Hesses mittlere und späte Romane, etwa Demian mit Narziß und Goldmund, dann lassen sich bestimmte Bedeutungsveränderungen „des Mütterlichen" beobachten. Um sie zu analysieren, wird auch die Offenbarung des Johannes aus dem Neuen Testament herangezogen, da sie einige wörtliche Anspielungen auf den behandelten Komplex „des Mütterlichen" enthält.

67 歳,女性。2009 年に発症した潰瘍性大腸炎に対して,インフリキシマブ 5mg/kg 投与中であったが,消化器症状が悪化したため 2011 年 10 月にインフリキシマブを 10 mg/kg に増量されていた。2011 年 11 月ごろより発熱とともに左手首から手背にかけての発赤,熱感,腫脹が出現し当科に紹介された。抗生剤を投与したが症状は急速に悪化し,CT,MRI で壊死性筋膜炎を疑いデブリードマンを施行した。膿の細菌培養,抗酸菌培養,真菌培養は陰性で,病理組織検査で真皮全層の好中球浸潤を認めた。以上より壊疽性膿皮症と診断し,インフリキシマブの中止とプレドニゾロン投与を開始し症状は軽快した。インフリキシマブで壊疽性膿皮症の発症を抑えきれなかった可能性とインフリキシマブの paradoxical な反応の可能性についての鑑別が必要と考える。

In this paper a second order Volterra series model of an operational amplifier (opamp) circuit is presented. Such a model is suitable to the investigation of the rectification and demodulation effects of radio frequency (RF) interference superimposed on the nominal input signals and on the power supply voltage of an opamp. On the basis of the new model, some design criteria to improve the immunity of opamps to RF interference are proposed. Model predictions are verified by comparison with experimental test results.

[目的]口腔内崩壊錠(以下OD錠)は水が無くても服用できる.嚥下障害患者の内服剤としても有用か.ビデオ内視鏡(以下VE)をもちいて検討した.[対象と方法]嚥下障害と診断されたか自覚した6例に,錠剤とOD錠の模擬製剤(dOD)を内服させ,VEで観察した.[結果]錠剤,dODとも正常に内服できたものは2名,錠剤は正常に内服できたが,dODが咽頭に残留したものが2名,錠剤,dODとも咽頭に残留したものが2名であった.dODが咽頭に残留した4例では残留感がなく,服用には反復嚥下やトロミ水の交互嚥下が必要であった.[考察]嚥下障害のある神経疾患患者にとって,OD錠は必ずしも有用とはいえなかった.

A shallow earthquake of MJMA 6.7 on October 18, 1995, at about 50km southeast off Kikai-jima in the Ryukyu Islands caused slope landslides, subsidence of concrete slabs at fishing ports and collapses of walls piled up with coral ragged stones. Several fishing boats moored to wharves were damaged by tsunami; four boats were turned over at ports in Amami-Oshima.From May 19 to 30, 1995, earthquakes of MJMA≤4.1 had occurred in the focal area after a long seismic quiescence since the 1911 Kikai-jima Earthquake of M=8.0. Some of them were felt in JMA intensity 1 or 2 at Kikai-jima. Numerous felt shocks also struck the island immediately after the main shock; 62 and 125 shocks on October 18 and 19, respectively. Numbers of aftershocks decreased rapidly, though they lasted through the end of 1996.The damage distribution of the 1911 event being compared with that of the 1995 event, their focal areas were considered to overlap with each other. It was, however, possibly an interplate earthquake of a thrust fault type in contrast with the 1995 event of a normal fault type in the subducting plate, because the first motions of P wave at Naze and of tsunami wave at Kikai-jima were reversed between the two events.
