夫が新たに別の妻を持つ場合、元の妻を「こなみ」、後の妻を「うはなり」と言った。そして「こなみ」はしばしば「うはなり」を憎むあまり暴力を振るう(あるいは人を使って振るわせる)こともあった。これが「うはなり打ち」である。しかし「こなみ」と「うはなり」が仲睦まじいこともありえたし、「うはなり打ち」がおこなわれる場合でも時代によってその性格は異なっていたようで、また同じ時代でもすべて同じようにおこなわれたわけでもなかった。本稿では、平安時代の文学を中心にしつつ、前後の時代にも目配りして「うはなり」「こなみ」の様相をたどる。

地域住民による高齢者の見守りは,見守りとネットワークの目的や手段によって多様であり,専門職はそれぞれに合った支援をする必要がある。本論では東京都において見守り支援に関わっている地域包括支援センターと関連機関の専門職およびコミュニティソーシャルワーカー(CSW)にインタビューを行い,住民による見守り実現のための働きかけについて明らかにした。まず見守りネットワークについて,住民と専門職の関わり方から₃つのタイプ(個別の対象者支援,地域活動,拠点のネットワーク)に分類した。次に,働きかけの内容を野﨑(2014a)の項目と照合して整理した。その結果,個別対象者支援,キーパーソン支援,地域ネットワークづくりといった支援と,発見,課題,地域把握となった。このうちキーパーソン支援は対象者支援ネットワークと地域活動ネットワークのどちらでも行われており,専門職と本人を含む住民との協働によってミクロレベルとメゾレベルが連動する重要な接点になると考えられた。

筆者が大学の専門課程で書を学び始めた当初、「字を書くのではなく、線を書く」、「字を書くのではなく白を書く」といった教示を恩師や先輩方からいただいた。これは、「線を書いた結果が文字であったと考える」また「書とは白を書くことである」等と換言できるであろうか。もちろん書は文字を書くという前提をふまえての助言であるが、書く、観るという行為における「意識の転換」を促すこの比喩は、単体の文字をきれいに書く、あるいは整えて、丁寧に書くといった「テキストとしての文字の姿」を美的に彫琢する次元とは別種の美意識が、書の中に隠されていることを予見させる。 本稿の目的の一つ目は、王朝仮名古筆を対象として、単なる文字の美しさにとどまらない、こうした美の諸相を詳らかにすることである。また同時に、書字行為にまつわる様々な意識を分析(1)することが二つ目の目的である。特に美意識や感性の働きを視点として、筆意の詳細な分析による検討を行いたい。 そうして得られた知見について、文芸や美術、日本文化や美学など、周辺にある領域と相関させて考察を試みることで、書の世界や書に関わる研究領域の見通しが広がると考える。本研究を、書と書を取り巻く諸領域とを繋ぐささやかな結び目としたい。 従来、書の領域で書美を研究対象とする場合には、例えば中国の書論にたいする解釈や評価、書き手の人物評伝ということに集約される傾向があった。また、書きぶりそのものを研究対象とする場合には、書風や個人の書きぶりを分類するという意味での筆跡分析によって、その書が歴史や書風、価値的評価の上で定位される位相などを論述することがおおよその目的であった。したがって現在のところ、筆意の分析を手法として得られた知見を研究上の観点を明らかにするためのエビデンスとするアプローチは希少である(2)。 本研究の構成は次の通りである。 第一章では、本研究の予備知識を得るため、仮名の成立過程を確認する。また仮名完成期の夜明け前にあたる、女手時代の仮名に対する美意識を考察する。 第二章、第三章では、王朝仮名古筆の名品に数えられる「三色紙」を対象に、書美をめぐる感性について研究する。第二章では仮名の線が形成する流れや響きを手がかりとして、第三章では空間を視点として、考察を行う。 第四章では、前章までの考察内容を整理し、今後への展望を得ることとする。 なお、本研究では美意識の語を「美に関する意識。美に対する感覚や判断力」という一般的な意味で使用する(3)。

習近平政権は, 反腐敗運動を展開し, 多数の政府要人が逮捕される事態となっている。彼らの多くが経済犯罪の嫌疑で摘発され, それらの資金の源泉には国有企業も含まれる。故に, 反腐敗運動の動きに対して, 国有企業の監査・監督主体である審計署監査の動きに変化があるか, 国有資産監督管理委員会と会計師事務所の動向と併せて検討した。その結果は, 国有企業の監査・監督について, 次第に強化され厳格化されているものの, 習政権で急展開したわけではなく, 胡錦濤政権末期からの動きが連続して現在に至っていることが確認された。国有企業の監査・監督の観点からは, 習政権は, 胡錦濤政権の方針を活かして動いているものと判断される。今後, 2期目を迎える習政権であるが, 当路線を継続するか, 新機軸を打ち出すかは, ここ最近の動向を注視する必要があるだろう。黒川行治教授退任記念号#論文挿表

The roots, stems, and leaves of Ashitaba (Angelica keiskei Koidzumi) growing in Miyazaki were extracted and fractionated with solvent. These extracts and fractions were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and were evaluated for antibacterial activities.

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The global expansion of sports has accomplished a transformation from a hegemonic spread, such as people in the colonies received from modern sports in the suzerainty of the colonial era to the diffusion of comodificated spectator sports after the World War II. The expansion of baseball after the 1990&prime;s can be regarded as a model for the construction of interdependent relations on an earth scale which is based on the existence of a professional league in Latin America and the east Asian nations under the MLB, and the expansion of the market and the network for player recruitment to the baseball barren areas such as Europe and Africa. This article discusses professional baseball in China that started in the 1990&prime;s when the globalization of professional baseball was advanced. First, a general view of the history of baseball in this country is related, based on previous work. Then it discusses whether CBL, a particular professional sports league with a certain meaning, which hasn&rsquo; t constructed its earning system get, will be able to get on the right track as a sports industry in the future and whether the Beijing Olympic Games can provide an opportunity to do so is argued according to the results obtained in 2008 by the questionnaire used at the Beijing Olympic Stadium.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;It is difficult to forecast the image of the future of CBL. Optimistic observation can be derived from the high percent of opinion that watching the Olympic baseball game is good chance of playing baseball and watching CBL games. But it is uncertain whether this result reflects the testee&prime;s continuous intention. On the other hand, pessimism is derived from the result that the interest in baseball doesn&prime;t directly connect with the popularity of a domestic league, according to the development of media.

Coumarin is a dietary-derived substance that is extensively metabolized by human liver to excretable 7-hydroxycoumarin. Although coumarin under daily dietary consumption is generally regarded as nontoxic, the substance is of toxicological and clinical interest because of its potential association with hepatotoxicity, which is especially evident in rats. In this study, the pharmacokinetics of coumarin were modeled after virtual oral administration in humans. The adjusted monitoring equivalents of coumarin, along with the biotransformation of coumarin to o-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (via 3,4-epoxidation) based on reported plasma concentrations from rat studies, were scaled to human coumarin equivalents using known species allometric scaling factors. Using rat and human liver preparations, data on the rapid in vitro metabolic clearance for humans (~50-fold faster than in rats) were obtained for in vitro–in vivo extrapolation. For human physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modeling, the metabolic ratios to o-hydroxyphenylacetic acid and 7-hydroxycoumarin were set at minor (0.1) and major (0.9) levels for the total disappearance of coumarin. The resulting modeled plasma concentration curves in humans generated by simple PBPK models were consistent with reported simulated coumarin maximum concentrations. These results provide basic information to simulate plasma levels of coumarin and its primary metabolite 7-hydroxycoumarin or its secondary activated metabolite o-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (via 3,4-epoxidation) resulting from dietary foodstuff consumption. Under the current assumptions, little toxicological impact of coumarin was evident in humans, thereby indicating the usefulness of forward dosimetry using PBPK modeling for human risk assessment.
