Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, schools were forced to close nationwide. In addition, elementary and junior high school students could not freely go outside their homes and had to study at home. This situation is assumed to have negative influence on their motivation to learn and mental health.The purpose of this study was to investigate regarding how students managed to study at home, how they responded to online classes and how they coped with the stressful lifestyle during the 3-month period they were off school. 782 elementary school students and 370 junior high school students participated this survey.The results was showed that both elementary and junior high school students were given online lessons in May 2020, either monodirectional or interactive, every day. Most of the students worked every day over homework given by schools, elementary school pupils for over two hours and junior high students for over three hours. Besides doing the homework, many children spent time watching TV or YouTube or doing other enjoyable things including hobbies. In general, few stress symptoms were seen, but an indication that exercising reduces stress and playing games and SNS online increases stress was gained from the survey results.

But the week in Austin could not help fueling suspicion that perhaps, as in the old way of doing things, the economic benefits of all the new technology were, at least so far, accruing only a small elite, while the 99 percent that Occupy Wall Street had worried about were left reading about it at home on Twitter. Bitcoin itself faced the same concerns. Years earlier, Bitcoin had promised that it would spread its benefits to all its users, but by 2014 large chunks of Bitcoin economy were owned by a few people who had been wealthy enough before Bitcoin came along to invest in this new system. Most of the new coins being released each day were collected by a few large mining syndicates. If this was the new world, it did not seem all that different from the old one-at least not yet. This is reality of Bitcoin. It does not have stability of supply. It does not have ability of credit creation. It does not have stability of value. It does not have wide agreement as a means of settlements. It exposes itself to speculation. So in conclusion, Bitcoin could not be money at least in the near future.

ビットコインは,しばしばリバタリアンが理想的な社会を創る道具として引用されている.ただし、ビットコインを支える技術であるブロックチェーンは,アナキズムにも適した特性をもつ.中央当局を経ることなく緩い匿名性を提供するビットコインの能力は,リバタリアンの支持を得ている.さらにアナキズムを支持するブロックチェーン・テクノロジーの考察は,暗号アナキストに偏っている. 本稿では,ブロックチェーンの説明後,暗号アナキズムとは異なるデジタル・アナキズム・モデルを提案し,アナキズムをを支えるテクノロジーとして理想的であるブロックチェーン特有の協力的性質を複数の局面から考察する. これにより本稿では,ブロックチェーンは単なるリバタリアンや暗号アナキストの道具ではなくて,デジタル・アナキズムのガバナンスを強化するものだと提案する.

1 0 0 0 OA プラズモンイメージングとサブ細胞レベル磁気分離によるオートファジーの理解
磁性-プラズモンハイブリッドナノ粒子(Ag/FeCo/Agコア/シェル/シェル型ナノ粒子)を創製し、このナノ粒子を用いてオートファゴソームの磁気分離に挑戦した。ハイブリッドナノ粒子を哺乳細胞にリポフェクションし培養したところ、30分後にはナノ粒子がVps26と共局在し、その後LC3と共局在する様子が観察された。最適なタイミングで細胞膜を温和に破砕し磁気分離に供した。磁気分離分画にはLC3-II、トランスフェリン受容体、及びLAMP2が濃縮されていたが、LC3-Iは含有されていなかった。これらの結果はオートファゴソームが単離できたことを示している。
