Reversible audio information hiding and sample-scanning methods are proposed for digital audio content to achieve detailed detection and localization of tampered positions in each frame. The method proposed in this study allows detecting multiple tampering and reusing reliable content as well as avoiding false detection which were impossible for other methods to simultaneously achieve. In the proposed method, the original signal is partitioned into fixed-length frames and then transformed into discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficients by the integer modified DCT (intDCT). Expansion of the DCT coefficients is applied to embed a content-based hash as a payload. The integer DCT algorithm ensures the reversibility of the transform so that the original data and embedded payload can be perfectly restored to enable blind verification of the data integrity. The perceptual evaluation of speech quality (PESQ) with the listening quality objective mean opinion (MOSLQO), the segmental signal to noise ratio (segSNR), and subjective evaluation results show that the proposed algorithm provides good sound quality (MOSLQO and segSNR are respectively 4.41 and 23.31dB on average for a capacity of 8, 000bps). Detection and localization are accurate in terms of correctly localizing tampered frames in case of insertion or deletion.

日中戦争・アジア太平洋戦争期の植民地朝鮮の政治や社会・文化を理解するために必要な資料を国内外の図書館・文書館で調査・収集し、そのうち重要と認められる資料を選んでWEB上の資料集を作成した。これらのほとんどは、文書資料として残されているだけで、印刷されることがなかったため、一般市民のみならず研究者も閲覧・利用に不便をきたしていたものである。WEB上の資料集は、今後の歴史研究に利用でき、また広く歴史認識の共有にも役立つものとなっている。また植民地期とその直後に朝鮮に在住していた日本人の回想記・手記類についても、目次・著者略歴などのデータを整理してWEB上で提供することとした。

本調査は小笠原諸島父島におけるヨコエビ類相の把握を目的に行った。調査は2015年7月から8月、2016年7月から8月、2016年12月から2017年1月にかけて、父島の各海岸および内陸(陸水域を含む)において行った。調査の結果、父島から4科8種のヨコエビ類の生息が確認された。ハマトビムシ科では4種が確認され、海岸型のPlatorchestia pacifica とP. sp.、内陸型のニホンオカトビムシP. japonica、そして海岸型と内陸型の中間型として、固有種であるオガサワラホソハマトビムシPyatakovestia boninensis が確認された。このうち、オガサワラホソハマトビムシは父島において初めての確認となった。

Improvement in patient waiting time in dispensing pharmacies is an important element for patient and pharmacists. The One-Dose Package (ODP) of medicines was implemented in Japan to support medicine adherence among elderly patients; however, it also contributed to increase in patient waiting times. Given the projected increase in ODP patients in the near future owing to rapid population aging, development of improved strategies is a key imperative. We conducted a cross-sectional survey at a single dispensing pharmacy to clarify the impact of ODP on patient waiting time. Further, we propose an improvement strategy developed with use of a discrete event simulation (DES) model. A total of 673 patients received pharmacy services during the study period. A two-fold difference in mean waiting time was observed between ODP and non-ODP patients (22.6 and 11.2 min, respectively). The DES model was constructed with input parameters estimated from observed data. Introduction of fully automated ODP (A-ODP) system was projected to reduce the waiting time for ODP patient by 0.5 times (from 23.1 to 11.5 min). Furthermore, assuming that 40% of non-ODP patients would transfer to ODP, the waiting time was predicted to increase to 56.8 min; however, introduction of the A-ODP system decreased the waiting time to 20.4 min. Our findings indicate that ODP is one of the elements that increases the waiting time and that it might become longer in the future. Introduction of the A-ODP system may be an effective strategy to improve waiting time.

児童と青年の「言論の自由」の概念を探るために, 研究1では, 小4生, 小6生, 中2生, 大学生を対象に, 抽象的理解とスピーチ大会場面における制限判断, および両者の関連について調べた。抽象的には小4生でも大部分の者が,「言論の自由」を大切であると考え, 特徴を理解していた。制限判断では, 従来検討されていなかった判断材料として, 自由と抵触する問題の領域と, 受け手 (聴衆の属性) を用意し, 先行研究において整理されていなかった2種類の判断 (「行為の制限」と「法による制限」) について検討した。その結果, 領域を考慮して制限判断がされ, スピーチ内容が道徳以外の領域に属するとき, 小学生から中学生にかけて自由を支持する程度に差が生じた。聴衆の属性は考慮されなかった。また, 小4生, 小6生, 中2生は, 2種類の制限判断を区別して判断しなかった。そして, 学年,「言論の自由」の意義づけの質, および自由を制限する法があっても話してよいかどうかについての判断の差が, 制限判断に関係した。研究2では, 小学生から中学生にかけて, 制限判断において学年差が生じることを確認した。これらの結果を基に,「言論の自由」の概念の発達を支える要因について議論した。

女性化乳房(gynecomastia)は外来診療において比較的よく遭遇する疾患である.生理的なものと病的なものがあり,病的女性化乳房には薬剤性・ホルモン異常性などがある.また,男性乳癌とは慎重な鑑別を要する.超音波検査,マンモグラフィー,穿刺吸引細胞診は乳癌との鑑別診断に非常に有用である.女性化乳房の多くが生理的なものと,薬剤性であるが,良性でも外科的治療の対象となる.
