In order to avoid the potential risk of damage caused by the hammering during the assembling operation of Marman Clamp, an alternative method to unify the tension in the Marman Clamp bands is proposed. The method is to eliminate the effects of friction, which is the cause of the tension nonuniformity, by slightly sliding the clamp block when the band pre-tension is set. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the method, the Marman Clamp of an upper-stage inter-stage joint of Mu-3SII satellite launcher was assembled with and without the application of the present method, and the stain distribution was measured. The comparison of the data clearly indicated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

High-producing dairy cows are easily affected by left displacement of the abomasum (LDA) within 4 weeks postpartum. Although LDA is highly associated with metabolic disturbances, the related information on comprehensive metabolic changes, with the exception of some blood biochemical parameters, remains limited. In this study, the changes in plasma metabolites and in the metabolic profile of postpartum dairy cows with LDA were investigated through liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (LC-Q/TOF-MS)-based metabolomics, and the metabolic networks related to LDA were constructed through metabolomics pathway analysis (MetPA). An obvious change in the metabolic profile was reflected by significant variations in 68 plasma metabolites in postpartum dairy cows with LDA, and these variations consequently altered 13 metabolic pathways (histidine metabolism, tyrosine metabolism, valine, leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis, phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis, arginine and proline metabolism, tryptophan metabolism, synthesis and degradation of ketone bodies, linoleic acid metabolism, arachidonic acid metabolism, citrate cycle, butanoate metabolism, vitamin B6 metabolism and pyrimidine metabolism). This study shows that the more detailed information obtained by LC-Q/TOF-MS-based metabolomics and MetPA might contribute to a better understanding of the disordered metabolic networks in postpartum dairy cows with LDA.

Asparaptine, a conjugate of L-arginine and asparagusic acid, was found in green asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) using ultrahigh-resolution metabolomics for sulfur-containing metabolites (S-metabolites), called S-omics. Asparaptine has been shown to inhibit the activity of angiotensin-converting enzyme. Larger amounts of this S-metabolite are therefore required for further analysis; however, there are limitations that asparagus is a perennial plant and its spears, wherein asparaptine accumulates, can be mainly harvested at the spring to summer season. In order to overcome these, we prepared a callus and suspension cell line from green asparagus. Untargeted metabolome analysis using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was performed in the materials as well as spears and three calluses derived from wild type Asparagus. The analysis demonstrated that the amount of asparaptine in the callus derived from the green asparagus was more than the others per mg dry weight. The suspension cell line treated with methyljasmonate showed the induction of asparaptine, suggesting that the asparaptine production is modifiable under appropriate culture conditions. The described materials can be utilized for the production of asparaptine and in integrated metabolomics to study the biosynthesis of this S-metabolite, which is currently unknown.

社会的養育臨床における支援者支援養育論をここでは展開する。それは、職員支援や里親支援を中核としたものであり、職員や里親が支援されてこそ、子どもの安定的な養育が実現する。 すなわち、この養育論の中核となるのは、支援者支援である。そして、その支援者が支援されることで、安定的で継続的な養育環境を子ども達に提供し続けることができる。 安定した養育者には、安定した愛着行動を子どもたちは向けることができ、愛着対象の内在化が実現する。その安定した養育者の統合感の保持がその内在化を促進すると考えられる。施設職員・里親は、被虐待児やネグレクト児のトラウマや愛着上の様々な課題に対処せざるを得ず、疲弊し、自己統合感の侵蝕を常時受けていると考えられる。子ども達の問題行動・課題行動(暴言、暴力、嘘、万引き等の非行行動・逸脱行動、不眠、基本的生活習慣の構築のしづらさ、ルールの守れなさ 等)による施設職員や養育里親、養子縁組里親の傷つきや疲弊は、深刻である。だからこそ、その侵蝕による自己統合感の低下、主体的な養育への意欲の低下、解離的な一貫性のない養育への無意識的な自動化・ルーチン化などをさけるための共感疲労対策などの支援者支援が欠かせないのである。本論文は、以上の点を3 部に分けて、論述した。Ⅰ支援者支援養育論―社会的養育臨床における「支援者支援」の点―、Ⅱ愛着臨床と支援者支援学、Ⅲ支援者支援の実際 である。そして最後に、Ⅳ支援者支援養育論の要点をまとめた。施設の小規模化、グループホーム化、里親支援の強化などの理念が推し進められていくには、『支援者支援養育論』が確立されることが大前提となるとの論考を展開した。

Who was the author of the Mahaprajnaparamitasastra大智度論(T1509)? Traditionally it was believed to be Nagarjuna龍樹, and scholars until fairly recently thought that Kumarajiva鳩摩羅什only modified the text. Currently, however, the opinion that Kumarajiva was himself the author is gaining ground. This opinion is based on circumstantial evidence, though, and is not supported by any textusl evidence. In this paper, I would like to go back to the original view and argue that Nagarjuna was in fact the author, based on textual evidence. There are a number of original ideas in the Sastra, but of these, Pratyutpannabuddhasammukhavasthiasamadhi般舟三眛(Buddhanusmrtisamadhi念仏三眛), in particular, deserves careful attention. The author of the Sastra defined this Pratyutpannasamadhi as "Upaya." Usually Upaya (i.e., Upaya-kausalya善巧方便) refers to the means for Sattva-paripacana教化衆生. On the other hand, "Upaya" (i.e., Pratyutpannasamadhi in the Sastra) is the presupposition of Upayakausalya, "Pre-upaya"前方便, as it were. This definition in the Sastra matches the description in the Bodhisambharasastra菩提資糧論(T1660), which has been proven to be of Nagarjuna's authorship. However, this definition cannot be found in books of Kumarajiva (i.e., the Tchou wei mo kie king注維摩詰経(T1775) and the Kieou mo lo che fa che to yi大乗大義章(T1856)). In addition, the author of the Sastra regarded Prajnaparamita般若波羅密fa che as more important than Upaya, whereas Kumarajiva in the Tchou wei mo kie king regarded Upaya as more important than Prajnaparamita. In conclusion, I maintain that Nagarjuna was the author of Sastra and that Kumarajiva only made modifications.
