The effectiveness of condensable gas, used as ambience, in UV nanoimprint lithography has been demonstrated. Bubble defect problem, which is inherent in UV nanoimprint under non vacuum ambience, can be solved by PFP condensable gas. UV nanoimprint lithography using PFP was validated for 45 nm pattern fabrication under thin residual layer conditions, which are required for UV nanoimprint used as UV nanoimprint lithography. PFP reduces the viscosity and demolding force of UV curable resins. These properties are helpful in increasing the throughput and reliability of UV nanoimprint. PFP occasionally produces large shrinkages, and degrades pattern quality depending on UV curable resin. These drawbacks can be mitigated by selecting UV curable monomers with a low PFP absorption. In the end, we have demonstrated the satisfied LER and LWR values requested in 22 nm node NAND flash memories and 20,000 repeated imprints with a single mold by UV nanoimprint using PFP.

化学工業の進歩発達につれて化学機械方面の改良されたものはかなりみられるが,なかんずくこの方面の発明にも注目されるものが出現してきている。戦後約10年間の発明を回顧してみるに,その一端を充分に察知することができる。<BR>化学機械の分野においては種々の有名な発明が多くみられるが,吸湿ならびに吸収の操作に関してここ数年間の発明中特に目新しいものについてその特徴とする点を抽出してみたい。

A new species of Genus Leydigia, Leydigia louisi nipponica TANAKA et OJIKA n. subsp. was discovered in barrage of Higashi-Sumida race, Anjou, Aichi Prefecture. Female: Body length 0.6〜0.8mm. Body outline widely oval, translucent, yellowish in colour. Ocellus triangular, larger than eye. Antennules almost reaching apex of rostrum. Antennal seatae 0-0-3/1-1-3. Postabdomen with 9〜11 lateral groups of seatae. Posterior margin with marginal row of small spinules on the inner side. This subspecies is different from the other species of Genus Leydigia by bodyline widely oval. Male: Body length about 0.7mm. Ocellus larger than eye. Outer branch of endite of leg I with seatae of slightly different length. Vas deferens opening on apex of penislike process. Alona eximia KISER, 1948 is newly recorded in Japan.

The hybrid magnet, which is a large system composed of an inner water-cooled magnet and an outer superconducting magnet, is well known to be the most suitable for generating steady high-magnetic fields. Thirty T-class hybrid magnets are being operated at several high-magnetic field laboratories, The world's highest steady field at present is 35.2T. Projects to enhance the steady fields up to 40-45T are progressing now at the National Research Institute for Metal, Japan, and the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, USA. In particular, the NRIM project is just now nearing the final stage. In this article, I review in detail the hybrid magnet technology including those of superconducting magnet and water-cooled magnet, the present status of hybrid magnet systems in operation, and the developing projects at NRIM.

A design of foundation garments like a brassiere and a girdle is made to realize elegant bodyline and comfortable feeling of wearing. The know-how acquired by research and development of foundation was used and applied for design of walking assistance robot. The contact place of human body and robot was determined by measurement of expansion and contraction of the skin and the body form change by movement. In addition, to evaluate of a feeling of wearing, contact pressures were measured. In this result, it has checked that contact pressure was in agreement with sensory evaluation.
