第1次世界大戦後、イギリスの国力衰退とともにロンドンの国際金融市場としての力も落ちた。しかし、ナチスの迫害を逃れてロンドンにやって来た一人のユダヤ系ドイツ人移民シーグムンド・ウォーバーグの活躍によって、ロンドンは再び国際金融センターとしての地位を取り戻した。彼はその類稀な先見性と禁欲的態度、権威をものともしない勇気、目標を定めれば最後までしかも完璧にやり遂げる強い意志をもって、金融世界に新たな境地を拓いた。シーグムンドはシティで初の敵対的企業買収をやってのけ既存のマーチャント・バンカーから反発を受けたが、ものともしなかった。また、「ユーロドル」の大量発生に目を付けた彼はその資金を利用して「ユーロポンド市場」を作り上げた。彼はまた誰も相手にしなかった日本に注目して「ユーロポンド」を通して日本経済発展に貢献し、日本政府から勲一等瑞宝章を贈られた。しかし、シーグムンドはS.G.Warburg&Co.の資金不足と販売力不足に悩み、やがて他行との合併を模索し始める。ところが"haute banque"としての特性を保ちながらMorgan Stanleyを目指すという彼の夢は果たされないままシーグムンドは亡くなった。彼の死後、S.G.Warburg&Co.は拡大路線に走った。時はあたかも「ビッグバン」による規制緩和の最中であった。S.G.Warburg&Co.はジョバーとブローカーの買収の後、債券部門の拡大に乗り出した。しかし、資金力がついて行かず結局これがS.G.Warburg&Co.消滅の引き金を引くことになった。ロスチャイルド以外は、S.G.Warburg&Co.を初めすべてのマーチャント・バンクはその歴史的使命を終えて消えた。シーグムンド・ウォーバーグは真のそして最後のマーチャント・バンカーであった。

<p><i>Entoloma sarcopum</i> is widely known as an edible mushroom but appears morphologically similar to the poisonous mushrooms <i>E. rhodopolium</i> sensu lato (s. l.) and <i>E. sinuatum</i> s. l. Many cases of food poisoning caused by eating these poisonous mushrooms occur each year in Japan. Therefore, they were recently reclassified based on both morphological and molecular characteristics as sensu stricto species. In this study, we analyzed the nucleotide sequences of the rRNA gene (rDNA) cluster region, mainly including the internal transcribed spacer regions and mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase 1 (CO1) gene, in <i>E. sarcopum</i> and its related species, to evaluate performances of these genes as genetic markers for identification and molecular phylogenetic analysis. We found that the CO1 gene contained lineage-specific insertion/deletion sequences, and our CO1 tree yielded phylogenetic information that was not supported by analysis of the rDNA cluster region sequence. Our results suggested that the CO1 gene is a better genetic marker than the rDNA cluster region, which is the most widely used marker for fungal identification and classification, for discrimination between edible and poisonous mushrooms among Japanese <i>E. sarcopum</i> and related species. Our study thus reports a new genetic marker that is useful for detection of Japanese poisonous mushrooms, <i>Entoloma</i>.</p>

The equation of brushless dc motors is nonlinear, to which linear control theories are difficult to apply. In this paper, firstly, a disturbance observer to estimate rotor positions is proposed. By assuming the non-linear term of the e. m. f. as a kind of disturbance, the model of the brushless dc motors becomes a linear one so that the disturbance observer can be applied. Secondly, a velocity estimator using the e. m. f. estimated by the disturbance observer is proposed. The observer and estimator are 2nd-order systems. Thus they are simple and easy for tuning. Their pole assignments and influences of parameter deviations are also discussed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is valid.

目的:当帰四逆加呉茱萸生姜湯が有効な冷え症のタイプを検討した。研究デザイン:後ろ向きコホート研究。対象:冷え症患者181名を対象とし,初診時に自覚症状をデータベースに登録した。さらに,外的妥当性を新規28名で評価した。介入:エキス顆粒7.5g/日服用1ヵ月後に評価。評価項目:治療効果の有無。結果:冷えは74%の患者で改善し,頻度および程度(0-4)は各々3.2±0.7から2.1±0.1(p <0.01),3.1±0.7から2.2±0.9(p <0.01)に減少した。治療効果予測の最適モデルとして,胃もたれおよび抑うつを伴わない腸骨窩圧痛の有無が選ばれ,判別予測率は84.4%であった。このモデルを別の28名の患者で検証したところ,予測精度は82.1%であった。結論:胃もたれや抑うつ感がみられず,腹診にて腸骨窩圧痛が認められる冷えの患者で,当帰四逆加呉茱萸生姜湯が有効である可能性が示唆された。

In the field of shojo manga studies, feminist theorists favor the subgenres of “shojo fight,” “shojo science fiction” and “boy’s love” when demonstrating the gender diversity and indefinability in shojo manga. In doing so, they tend to stigmatize the subgenre called “otome chic,” which depicts the daily lives and romances of teenage girls, as reinforcing heterosexism and heterosexual kinship. However, “otome chic” magazines, which are targeted at elementary and junior high school girls, feature many shojo manga that resist and subvert gender stereotypes, heteronormativity, and patriarchy. While critics dismiss the shojo manga magazine Hana to Yume as mere “otome chic,” some of the series it publishes performatively subvert gender, heterosexism, and kinship, and radically proliferate gender parodies from the inside to the outside of shojo manga through their commercial repetitions. The magazine features a lot of gender-bending manga, most of which were met with commercial success, especially Hanazakari no Kimitachi e by Nakajo Hisaya, as well as manga like Akachan to Boku, which troubles the kinship norm; Newyork Newyork, which depicts a gay couple’s situation; and Oresama Teacher, which parodies gender norms. Moreover, Tsubaki Izumi, the author of Oresama Teacher, serializes her manga Gekkan Shojo Nozaki-kun in Gangan Online, an online version of boy’s manga magazine Gangan published by Square Enix, expanding her “otome chic” style outside the field of shojo manga. An animated version was produced based on Gekkan Shojo Nozakikun in 2014, which became a major hit. Because their manga repeatedly deconstructs gender normative privilege and displaces the gendered signifier from its signified through their discursive practices, it can be said that Hana to Yume crosses the border of gender itself. In this article, I show that a friction exists between the shojo manga, which are favored by “shojo manga studies,” and “otome chic” manga such as Hana to Yume. Afterward, I illustrate how the shojo manga in Hana to Yume succeed in crossing the border of gender stereotypes in and out of the field of shojo manga by analyzing Akachan to Boku, Newyork Newyork, Oresama Teacher, and Gekkan Shojo Nokaki-kun.

1. 屋久島の原生的照葉樹林,約40年生スギ人工林,および常緑針広混交老齢林において,Townes型マレーズトラップによってナガカメムシ上科を捕獲し,その環境指標性を検討した.2. 3科11属16種182個体が採集され,それらのうちの6属8種(ヨツボシチビナガカメムシ,ヒゲブトナガカメムシ,クロツヤナガカメムシ,キモンナガカメムシ,ルイスチャイロナガカメムシ,オオモンシロナガカメムシ,ムラサキナガカメムシ,イシハラナガカメムシ)は屋久島から初記録であった.3. 捕獲個体数が多かったヤスマツチビナガカメムシとオオモンシロナガカメムシはいずれも盛夏に捕獲の極大があった.4. 種数,個体数は島西部の原生的照葉樹林で最も高く,島東部の約40年生スギ人工林で最も低い値を示した.5. 多様度指数は島東部の原生的照葉樹林で最も高く,島東部の約40年生スギ人工林で最も低い値を示した.6. 重複度指数(R0)を基にクラスター解析を行った結果,隣接した地域の異なった植生タイプの森林より,距離が離れていても共通の植生タイプの森林の方が種構成の共通性が高く,種構成は植生に影響されることが示唆された.

Objective: We report a case of mechanical thrombectomy (MT) via the distal transradial approach (dTRA) and technical tips.Case Presentation: An 89-year-old woman was transferred to our hospital due to back pain after a fall and sudden-onset left hemiparesis. We performed MT because three-dimensional computed tomography angiography (3D-CTA) revealed right middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion. The access route was Type 3 aortic arch. The abdominal aorta and common iliac artery were tortuous and partially dissected, and she had a lumbar vertebra fracture. We selected dTRA in consideration of safety, ease of access, and less postoperative postural restriction. The first pass resulted in complete recanalization using an aspiration catheter and stent retriever. Her symptoms rapidly improved and she was discharged with a modified Rankin Scale score of 1.Conclusion: dTRA in MT may be a treatment option.

<b><緒言></b>当病棟では、せん妄症状の患者に対し、チューブ類の自己抜去や転倒を防ぐために、やむを得ず睡眠剤の投与や抑制を行い危険行動を抑えているのが現状であった。そこで、アロマテラピーの導入で、せん妄症状の患者に対しても少ない症例ではあるが改善が見られたためここに報告する。<BR><b><方法></b><BR>1.対象 夜間せん妄症状が見られた当病棟入院患者で、今回の研究を行うことに家族の了承を得た患者3名<BR>2.方法<BR>1)開始時期<BR> 三瓶氏らのアセスメント表を参考に、せん妄スケール表(以下スケール表とする)を作成し2段階に該当した時点でアロマテラピーを開始する。<BR>2)アロマテラピーの施行方法<BR> 精油をコットンに垂らし枕元に置く。<BR> (1)開始時:リラックス効果のあるラベンダーを使用<BR> (2)開始4時間後から起床時:鎮静効果と催眠作用のあるカモミールを使用<BR> (3)開始が0時以降の場合は2種類を混合し使用<BR>3.データ収集方法<BR> スケールの点数からアロマテラピー使用後のせん妄症状の変化を比較する。<BR>4.倫理的配慮<BR> 同意書に、知る権利・医療における自己決定権・害を与えないこと・プライバシーの保護について記載し、家族に対して説明する。<BR><b><結果></b>スケール点数を比較したところ、全ての症例において開始4時間後に点数の下降が見られた。(資料1参照)また、開始時間に関係なく全員が6時から9時の間に覚醒した。<BR><b><考察></b>環境の変化に不安、チューブ類や安静などによる拘束感、苦痛からくる不眠や疲労に関連し、せん妄症状が出現した患者3名に施行した。アロマテラピー使用後、3名とも「いい臭いがする」「落ち着く」と言い入眠につながった。吉田は「香りの刺激は嗅覚によって感覚されるが、その神経ルートは他の感覚以上に情動脳系に直結している。」<sup>1)</SUP>と述べている。このことから、ラベンダー・カモミールの香りはリラックス効果が高く、ストレスに由来する各種障害に有効と言われているように、鎮痛・安眠効果が得られ入眠を促すことができたと考えられる。<BR> また、使用開始時間に関係なく全員が6時から9時の間に覚醒し「すっきり眠れた」と話された。深夜問わず睡眠剤を使用した場合その効果が日中まで遷延するが、アロマテラピーのもたらす効果で自然な入眠が得られ、崩れた入眠パターンを取り戻す機会になったと考える。<BR><結論>せん妄患者にもアロマテラピーは、自然な入眠を促すことができ、睡眠パターンを取り戻す介入方法として効果が期待できる。<BR><b><引用文献></b><BR>1)吉田倫幸:香りとリラクセーション,現代のエスプリ,P58,1993<BR><b><参考文献></b><BR>1)三瓶智美:クリティカルケアで不穏せん妄をどうアセスメントするか,看護技術,vol 51 No1,2005<BR>
