鹿児島県水産技術開発センターの所有する人工池(21.2 m × 36.0 m,水深1.1 m)において,間隙を持つ石積み,および,間隙が埋められた石積みを作成し,超音波テレメトリー技術を利用してニホンウナギ 8 個体の行動追跡を試みた.砂泥底の実験池内に直径約 1 m,高さ約 0.7 m の円錐型に,石積みを6 基設置した.石積みのうち 3 基に関しては,実験開始 9 日後に砂泥を用いて石材の間隙を塞ぎ,その 26 日後に砂泥を除去した.行動追跡実験の供試個体としてニホンウナギ 8 個体を用い,ピンガーを腹腔に挿入して実験池に放流した.8 台の受信機を用い,個体ごとに 1 時間単位で二次元カーネル密度推定を行い,実験期間中のニホンウナギの存在位置を推定した.間隙のある石積みに定位する個体が確認されたが,定位する環境は個体ごとに異なるだけではなく,同一個体であっても,利用環境は時間の経過と環境改変とともに変化しうることが確認された.また,石積みの間隙を砂泥で埋めることによって,定位環境としての石積みの利用は激減した.複数個体が同一の石積みを利用することは少なく,個体の侵入によって,別の個体の石積みの利用が制限される可能性が示唆された.さらに,実験中にニホンウナギが砂泥に潜る行動が観察され,実験期間中には巣穴と考えられる構造が確認された.既往研究によれば,石の間隙が砂泥で埋まる要因として,土砂供給の減少と流量の安定化が考えられる.ダムなどの河川横断構造物が土砂供給の減少と流量の安定化の要因の一つとされており,ニホンウナギの生息環境の改善のためには,これらの問題に対する適切な対処が必要と考えられる.

現在のイラク北部を中心に繁栄した古代の領域国家アッシリアの王宮と国家神アッシュルの神殿は異なる組織によって運営されたが、両者は統治において一種の共犯関係にあった。王宮を中心とする行政機構によって統治された国土は、理念上国家神の所有とされた。その国家神は神殿において祀られていた(「扶養」されていた)が、この神の祭祀に必要な物資は、規定供物の制度を通じ、アッシリアを構成する全行政州によって共同で賄われた。さらに、規定供物の制度は、理念上で国家神の祭司を兼任した王の直属の人員によって統括された可能性が高い。

The term 'ideology' was originally coined by Antoine Destutt De Tracy to describe a 'science of ideas'(l'etude des idees). However, no sooner had the term appeared, than the word began to be treated as a synonym for an abstract idea or concept far removed from reality. Since the advent of Marxism, there have been constant disputes and various views on ideology, due to two potentially conflictive theories on ideology expressed by Marx himself, and the clarification of the point at stake, or reconsideration of the theory, has been neglected by traditional Marxists. Indeed ideology was considered mainly as a form of 'bourgeois' propaganda' or 'false consciousness'.Louis Althusser, a French structuralist, defied those traditional interpretations of the idea of Marx and undertook his own reading of Marx's works. In his theory, he elaborated Marxism as an interpretative discipline ( une discipline interpretative (Garo 2008 : 45) liberating it from simple communist or socialist theory. It is in his efforts to redefine Marxism that he conceived an original theory of ideology in which he clarified the materialistic nature of ideology and its function constituting individuals as ideological subjects. This article is a reading of Althusser's theory of ideology. The reading was done on Althusser's two texts, namely pour Marx and Ideologie et appareils ideologiques d'Etat. The investigation focuses on his key idea on ideology expressed in the notions of Problematique,Subjection, and Ideological State Apparatuses, seeking to understand the way ideology functions in society through an Althussian perspective.

This paper presents assessments on the changes of ecosystem services using the definition of the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment. Rates of agricultural output, rates of forested areas, rates of tourists, rates of city park areas, and diversity of plant community was mapped at the municipal level prior to the latest municipal mergers, or at every natural park. The results of the assessments demonstrated that the values of provisioning services have decreased in most areas. There are differences between the northern areas and the southern areas of Mie prefecture among other ecosystem services. In the northern areas, the values of regulating services have decreased. The values of cultural services and supporting services have increased, or were already high. In the southern areas, the values of provisioning services have increased in a part of the area, although they have decreased in most areas. And, the values of regulating services have increased. The values of cultural services and supporting services have decreased, or were already low. However, they have increased in a part of the area. In particular, in the southern area, most kinds of ecosystem services were already at a low level, but these trends have diminished recently. To make this study more effective for the practice, we will analyze more indicators in the future.

明治28年台湾は日本の植民地となり、台湾人に対する行政的、軍事的統治が開始された。台湾統治の方針は内地への同化政策であり、その基幹は教育であって、教育政策の実質は言語教育すなわち本島人に日本語を習得させることにほかならなかった。言語教育はもちろん現地人に対する日本語の「押し付け」ではあったが、領台の初期にあってはけっして片務的なものではなく、台湾に渡る日本人に対しては現地語(福建、広東系中国語方言と「藩語」を含む)の習得が要請された。学習は官吏、学校、軍、民間の各層で広く展開された。少なからぬ日本人が、漢語や欧米語ではなく文化価値の低い「土語」を学ぼうとしたことは史上初めての経験であったろう。「土語」はあくまで実用のために学ばれたので、「土語」の学習熱は日本語教育が一定の成果をあげると次第に下火になっていった。小論の目的は台湾「土語」のうち、最も使用人口が多く優勢な言葉であり、従って内地人の学習人口も相対的に多かった福建系台湾語の学習教育が、現場ではどのようなものであったのかを一次資料によりながら具体的に振り返ってみることにある。当然、資料から当時の台湾における言語の実際状況を知ることができる。また、日本植民地時代にあげた日本人の台湾語研究における成果も純学術面からみて極めて大きなものであり、この点も併せて考察する。考察は軍、官、民の各階層について行われる。

In the 1970s, some young people began to take pleasure in creating Japanese words coined with the suffix '-er'. For example, there were readers and contributors of "Bikkurihouse" magazine, who were called "(Bikkuri-) houser", first by editors, and then even by themselves. In this era, coinages with '-er' were alternatives for labeling the youth by adults or the mass media. In the 1980s, such puns and word-plays were diffused among young people. In the middle of the 1990s, the new words, 'Chaneller' and 'Amuror', were used by young people and immediately became vogue-words through the mass media. The former meant fans of 'Chanel' brand and the latter meant wannabes of 'Amuro Namie', who was the singer and dancer most popular with teenage girls at that time. Afterwards, many new coinages have been made by this word formation, 'brand name +er' or 'celebrity's name +er'. In the end, the genealogy of Japanese coinages with the suffix '-er' resulted in the emergence of fandom following certain brands or modes advocated by celebrities through the mass media.

The rapid and simultaneous separation of triacylglycerol (TAG) enantiomers and positional isomers was achieved using chiral high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). TAGs composed of two fatty acids, which were both saturated (P: palmitic acid or S: stearic acid) and unsaturated (O: oleic acid or L: linoleic acid; e.g., sn-PPO/sn-OPP/sn-POP: 1,2-dipalmitoyl-3-oleoyl-sn-glycerol/1-oleoyl-2,3- dipalmitoyl-sn-glycerol/1,3-dilpalmitoyl-2-oleoylglycerol), were resolved into three peaks using CHIRALPAK IF-3 without recycling on the HPLC system. For example, the mixture of sn-PPO/sn-OPP/sn-POP was resolved in 30 min, although it took 150 min to resolve sn-PPO/sn-OPP using CHIRALCEL ODRH in a previous study using a recycling HPLC system. This novel chiral HPLC method was applicable for the separation of other TAG isomers, including sn-OOP/sn-POO/sn-OPO, sn-PPL/sn-LPP/sn-PLP, sn-LLP/sn-PLL/sn-LPL, sn-SSO/sn-OSS/sn-SOS, sn-OOS/sn-SOO/sn-OSO, sn-SSL/sn-LSS/sn-SLS, and sn-LLS/snSLL/sn-LSL. For TAGs composed of three fatty acids containing both saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, the POL isomers were not sufficiently separated but the PSO and SOL isomers were partially separated into several peaks. Their elution order could be estimated by the fragment ions generated in the ion source of the mass spectrometer. However, TAGs consisting of only saturated or unsaturated fatty acids (e.g., sn-PSP/sn-PPS/sn-SPP and sn-OLO/sn-OOL/sn-LOO) were not separated. This novel chiral HPLC method is especially applicable for the analysis of TAG composition of semi-solid fats such as palm oil.

<p>An earthquake occurred in Pohang City, on Nov. 15, 2017. The Pohang earthquake was the first major disaster in South Korea, resulting in a devastating earthquake. Therefore, the situation of disaster response systems and evacuation was analyzed mainly by the three perspectives on disaster response systems, organizations and operations.<br>Analyzing the response system for dealing with earthquakes and the establishment of evacuation shelters in Korea reveals that: ①in terms of institutional characteristics, this earthquake resulted in the recognition of the need for systematic earthquake disaster prevention policies and initiated the creation of institutional frameworks. ②in terms of disaster response characteristics, the administration prioritized and responded to the needs of the refugees in this earthquake. ③in terms of local community response characteristics, a system of self-help, assistance and public assistance, which utilizes the resources of local communities and supports the autonomy of the community was observed.</p>

<p>2017 年11 月15 日発生した浦項地震(M5.4)は,韓国内で初めて地震避難所を運営した地震である.本研究では,韓国の防災対策の今後の方向性を示すために,浦項地震での避難所運営の実態に重点を置いて調査を実施した.</p><p>調査の結果,避難所として教会などの民間施設に最大約40% の避難者を受容しており,建築士会等の民間市民団体が緊急安全点検を実施し,企業からの物資支援が行われるなど,浦項地震では官民協力による対応が多く見られた.2016 年の慶州地震と比較して政府の災害対応は改善されたが,地震避難所運営マニュアルが存在しない点などの課題も抱えている.</p>
