和文:固定価格買取制度により再生可能エネルギーの導入が活発してきたが、その一方で住民関与や地域の社会・経済・環境面での効果の希薄さが危惧されている。また、2016年4月からは小売電力自由化等の新たな動きがある。こうした揺籃期にあって、地域主体は、再生可能エネルギーの導入によって、どのような地域づくりを目指すのか、そのための地域施策はどのようにあるべきかを検討することが必要となっている。このため、本研究は、既往研究を踏まえて、再生可能エネルギーの導入によって目指すべき地域社会の変革目標の理論的枠組みを設定した。さらに、その枠組みを用いて、市民共同発電事業の蓄積や再生可能エネルギー条例等を進めてきている長野県飯田市の取組みを分析し、理論的枠組みによる地域分析の有効性の確認までを行った。設定した理論的枠組みは、(1)エネルギーの自治、(2)対話とネットワーク、(3)地域経済の自立、(4)社会公正と環境共生、(5)地域主体の自立共生、の5つである。これらの変革目標は、従来の地域づくりの延長上にあるものでなく、今日の諸問題の根本にある「内なる危機」を解消する、価値規範や社会経済システムの転換を伴うものである。5つの変革目標を枠組みとして、飯田市の状況整理を行い、飯田市の先進性を明確に切り出すことができた。これにより、5つの変革目標を枠組みとした地域評価の有効性を示した。今後は、さらに多くの地域での事例調査を実施し、再生可能エネルギーによる地域社会の構造的再生の理論的枠組みの具体化や事例のアーカイブズの構築等を行うことが課題となる。英文:Situational changes are occurring concerning Renewable Energy (RE). Large RE stations made in local areas pose conflicts and divisions between regional subjects and RE stations. On the other hand, there are new possibilities to use RE through the full liberalization of retail electricity sales. In a situation like this, we need goal setting by regional subjects. This research was conducted to build a theoretical framework for the structural regeneration of regional communities through RE. Subsequently, a case study on Iida city was conducted to confirm the effectiveness of the theoretical framework. Iida is an environmentally advanced city that has pioneered the spread of photovoltaic power systems. Municipal ordinances for a sustainable community through the introduction of RE were enacted by the local government in Iida. The theoretical framework concludes five elements: A. Autonomy of Energy, B. Dialogue and Networking, C. Independence of the Regional Economy, D. Fair/Equitable and Environmental Symbiosis, and E. Conviviality. These targets of social transformation are not the extension of traditional regional construction, but are rather the transformation of the socio-economic system to solve the various problems. By using the theoretical framework, we could organize the situation in Iida and extract advanced points regarding the city. By this trial, it was shown that the theoretical framework was effective in community diagnosis. As a future task, it was necessary to conduct case studies on many regions, and to reify the theoretical framework. Eventually, we would like to build the archives of case studies of the structural regeneration of regional communities through RE.

In this paper, we investigate how to apply deep learnings for multimodal inputs. The target problem is the prediction of power consumption, which enable us to control the operating time of each power plant in the short term and adapt the necessary amount of fossil fuels and other resources in the long term. In this paper, therefore, we perform the prediction of power consumption by using LSTM, which is a model that can handle time-series data. We employ the combination of temperature,precipitation and/or weather as multimodal inputs, which should be meteorological factors for the power consumption. The prediction is depend on the model structure and the combination of data.

本文探讨洪深在1923年所"改译adaptation"的话剧《少奶奶的扇子》之文学价值。该剧的演出,当时誉为"轰动全沪,开新剧未有的局面"。其原因一般认为:"写实的处理方法,演员的表演自然、细腻、真实""舞台布景,服装、道具也力求艺术风格的统一性和演出的完整性"等演出方面之出色使之然。本文主要核对分析英国王尔德原作《Lady Windermere's Fan(温德米尔夫人的扇子)》和洪深改讳作品之间异同。经过台词和人物形象处理的对照,得出以下结论。一则洪深一剧被称为"对话流利警畅俏皮动听"的成就主要出于原作台词本身之妙。洪深的贡献却在于把台词之美引进到中国现代话剧上来,因之使白话文学的表现力更加丰富多采。二则是洪深改讳本和原作之间的差距。洪深把金女士当做一个"伤心"人物来处理,因此应该同情她,安慰她。可原作里Mrs. Erlynne的人物形象并不尽然,她亦可有当做一个不受旧有社会观念拘束的"开明"女士来处理的余地。这两个剧本间人物形象的改变,或许由于洪深受到五四时期妇女解放运动风潮之影响而带来的。

The reaction of acridine hydrochloride with aniline in the presence of lead(IV) oxide, peroxides of alkaline earth metals, metal chloride or mercury(II) sulfate as an oxidizing agent was examined. It was disclosed that metal chlorides (such as silver chloride and mercury(II)chloride) were effective to give 9-(4-aminophenyl)acridine in high yields.

授業や講義において,学生の学生証と出席登録機器を用いた出席管理システムや点呼を行っている大学は多くある.しかしそのような従来の方法では,学生が他者の学生証を使用したり、代わりに返事をする代返行為が発生する可能性があり,その解消のために数多くの研究が行われてきた.本研究では,学生が所持している携帯端末のBluetooth機能を用いて,端末の所有者の顔写真と本人を教師が閲覧・照合できる出席管理システムを検討する.本システムでは,各学生の所持している端末のBluetoothDeviceアドレスと学生の情報を関連付けしてデータベース化し,教師のPCで閲覧ができるようにした.

This study aimed to elucidate the effects of exercise intensity on stretch-shortening cycle (SSC) function of the lower limbs after cycling. Ten male triathletes performed a cycling graded test to determine the ventilatory threshold (VT) and two hopping-cycling (30 min of cycling at 90 or 110% VT)-hopping tests. The two hopping-cycling-hopping tests performed in random order. Power output (PO), heart rate (HR) and rate of perceived exertion (RPE) were monitored throughout the 30-min cycling. Blood lactate concentrations (BLa) were measured in order to assess metabolic stress. The SSC function was calculated as the ratio of the jump height to the time spent in contact with the ground (reactive strength index [RSI]). PO, HR and RPE values during cycling at 110%VT was higher than at 90%VT (p < 0.01). BLa value after the cycling at 110%VT was higher than at 90%VT (90%VT: 2.4±1.0 vs. 110%VT: 5.9±2.8 mmol/L, p < 0.01). Regardless of the cycling exercise intensity, the RSI significantly decreased after the cycling exercise (p < 0.01). The RSI remained decreased at 15 min after the cycling exercise (p < 0.05). These results demonstrated that the SSC function decreased after cycling. Exercise intensity during cycling is likely to have no effect on the decrease in SSC function.

本研究では、横浜市港北区に2008年3月に開店した複合型商業施設「TRESSA横浜」の顧客カードの情報をもとにGISを利用した詳細な商圏分析を行い、顧客の空間分布の実態を明らかにした結果を報告する。<br><br>TRESSA横浜は、オートモール&ショッピングエリアというタイプの車の販売を含む複合型商業施設である。東急東横線の日吉駅・綱島駅・大倉山駅・菊名駅、JR鶴見駅・新横浜駅の各駅からバスで20分程度の場所に位置しており、車での利用が多い。トヨタの物流拠点整備工場の跡地に開発され、その敷地面積は7万m²,テナント220店舗、収容可能駐車数2700台である。<br><br>TRESSA社の独自システムで管理されている顧客データベースの一部の変数を抽出したデータを利用した。このデータには、会員番号、自宅の郵便番号、性別、買上回数、買上金額、DM発行数が含まれており、サンプル数は11万4千件である。また記録された期間は、TRESSAが開店した2008年4月以降2009年9月までである。<BR><BR>顧客カードの郵便番号を住所変換し、CSISアドレスマッチングサービスを利用して経緯度座標を付与することで、顧客の郵便番号区ごとの分布図を作成した。さらに、TRESSAからの距離帯ごと、郵便番号区ごとに会員数、買上回数、買上金額を集計し、顧客の空間分布、売上実績の実態を明らかにした。また、国勢調査の小地域統計より、顧客分布と人口分布との関係を検討した。<BR><BR>顧客カードを利用したGISによる商圏分析の結果は、以下に要約される。1)顧客の分布は、TRESSAから3km圏で全顧客の約50%、5km圏で全顧客のおよそ70%を占めていた。このゾーンは、TRESSAが戦略とする10km圏よりも相当狭いエリアである。また買上金額では、2km圏に全体の50%、4km圏までで全体の80%にのぼる。2)4km圏外であっても、TRESSAより南西に位置する港北区南部と神奈川区西部にかけての地域、およびTRESSA北部にあたる川崎市中原区の会員比率が高い。3)DM発行は、その70%が4キロ圏内で行われているが会員比率の多寡は考慮されていない。4)人口密度と会員比率の多寡には、相関はみられない。以上より、大型商業施設であるTRESSAの商圏は、その規模に相応しない地元完結型と見なされる。

We have been developing a conduction cooled HTS-MRI that is driven by a power supply in order to solve the long-lasting attenuation of the screening current induced on superconducting tapes at the time of initial excitation and the difficulty with REBCO tape superconducting junctions, as well as a superconducting switch for persistent current operation. A power supply system consisting of two exciters, one for charging and discharging and the other for holding the magnet current, is proposed and developed. The supply system is equipped with a control block to compensate the magnetic field deviation caused by the screening current. We carried out a magnetic field stability experiment using a 32-H HTS-MRI magnet excited by the power supply system proposed which was equipped with specially designed micro-current control.

乳歯用既製金属冠は,歯冠崩壊の大きい乳臼歯や歯髄処置を施した乳臼歯や保隙装置の支台歯などに使用されている。またフッ化物の小児への局所応用は頻繁に行われており,齲蝕治療経験児においてもフッ化物の応用が積極的に行われている。乳歯用既製金属冠の装着後のフッ化物応用を想定して,in vitro におけるフッ化物の乳歯用既製金属冠への影響を調べたところ以下の知見を得た。フッ化物により乳歯用既製金属冠からニッケルイオンの溶出を認めることが明らかとなった。特に,ニッケル含有量が多い乳歯用既製金属冠からは,ニッケル含有量が少ない乳歯用既製金属冠より多くニッケルイオンの溶出を認めた。ニッケルイオンの溶出量ならびに乳歯用既製金属冠の金属表面の走査型電子顕微鏡観察から,腐食にはフッ化物の酸性度が関与することが明らかとなり,ニッケル含有量が多い乳歯用既製金属冠は,ニッケル含有量が少ない乳歯用既製金属冠より金属表面の腐食が強かった。
