症例は66歳,女性。2型糖尿病でメトホルミン内服中であった。酒石酸ゾルピデムの大量内服後に乳酸アシドーシスを発症しICU入室となった。入室後,輸液などによるアシドーシス補正中に胸痛を訴えた。超音波検査で心尖部の収縮低下を認め,たこつぼ心筋症が疑われた。第4病日には壁運動異常は著明に改善し,たこつぼ心筋症と診断した。経過良好で第9病日にICU退室となった。メトホルミンによる乳酸アシドーシスは,稀だが致死的な合併症である。本症例においては酒石酸ゾルピデムの大量内服による低酸素状態がメトホルミンによる乳酸アシドーシスを発症する契機の一つとなった可能性が考えられた。また,アシドーシスによる身体的ストレスや自殺企図にまで至った精神的ストレスによって,たこつぼ心筋症を続発したと考えられる。

本研究は,生産と消費をつなぐ流通・商業,特に相対的に小商圏を対象とする地域商業・流通における中小規模卸売業と中小規模小売業の環境適応に着目する。そして減退化に向かう地域の小売業に対して積極的に支援しながらも自身の成長を目指し,もって地域全体の商業・流通の活性化を図ろうとする卸売業の動向をボランタリーチェーンの事例を通して確認し,商業・流通の果たすべき役割の変化について検討する。近年の卸売業と小売業の販売額推移をみると,本来は卸売業と小売業が連関性を持って,生産と消費をつないできた商業・流通にあって,全国市場を標的とする大規模な小売業・卸売業が減退し,小規模な小売業と中規模な卸売業において増大の傾向が見られる。中間流通として,小規模な小売業と中規模な卸売業を中心とした連関性が生まれ,全体としては減退傾向にある商業・流通において反転の動向を示している。この一つの事例としてコスモス・ベリーズは,ボランタリーチェーンの本部企業として,地域市場の小規模な小売業支援を行っている。バンドリング,ハブ&スポーク,業種を超えた業態対応の点で,優位性を保ち,流通フローを最適に流しているのである。

金融リテラシー向上の必要性が指摘されるが多くの個人にとり金融学習のハードルは高い。効果的金融教育を考えるなら,教育を受ける側の金融に関わる心理的動機を探索してそれを利用することを考えるべきだ。本研究では,大学生156人に対して質問調査と金融リテラシーを測る金融テストを実施し,その結果を多変量解析で心理学的に分析した。データや分析手法には限界があり断定的な判断まではいかないが,知的好奇心や計画志向をはじめとするいくつかの心理的傾向や特徴とそれらの組み合わせが金融リテラシーに結びつきそうなことがわかった。その一方で家庭の影響は必ずしも金融リテラシーに結びつかないようだ。金融教育は心理的タイプ別にいくつかメニューを用意した方が良いかもしれない。また,男女の金融に関わる心理的動機には大きな違いがあることがわかり,そのことが女子の金融リテラシーに不利に働く可能性があることがわかった。

In the course of our fieldwork study at Hyo-ko Waterfowl Park, a local preserve in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, we found a male presumed wild hybrid between a Eurasian Wigeon Anas penelope and a Falcated Duck A. falcata in 2007; another or possibly the same individual was found again in 2009. The bird shared morphological traits with both species, although it was biased toward the Falcated Duck. Occasionally, the bird joined courting parties of Eurasian Wigeon, followed Wigeon females or competed with Wigeon males, and also showed courtship displays, e.g. Grunt-whistle, Head-up-tail-up, and Burping call, all of which were more like those of the Falcated Duck than those of the Eurasian Wigeon. Thus, the hybrid bird was sexually active to a considerable extent, but it remains unknown whether or not it actually formed a pair bond with a female of either parent species.

日本では,日焼け止め化粧料の紫外線防御効果はSPFやPAといった指標で表されている。これらは国の定めた基準ではなく,日本化粧品工業連合会 (粧工連) が自主基準として制定した試験法での測定結果に基づいたものである。本稿では,日本において2013年1月から追加導入されたUVA防御効果におけるPA++++表記をはじめ,紫外線防御効果に関する測定法や表記法についての最近の動向について紹介する。

健常人を対象にし、幼少時期に受けた両親からの養育的要因が、人格特徴・対人関係敏感性に与える影響について検討した。健常日本人を対象に、幼少時期に受けた養育環境、人格特徴全般、対人関係敏感性をそれぞれParental Bonding Instrument(PBI)、Temperament Character Inventory (TCI)、Interpersonal Sensitivity Measure(IPSM)を用いて評価した。本研究より、幼少時期に両親から受けた非機能的な養育的要因は、性特異性を持って、うつ病と関連する人格特徴および対人関係敏感性に影響を与えることが示された。

In order to re-examine the value and significance of documentary films, this study adopted an approach that utilizes the concept of aleatoric elements. Until now, producers and critics have regarded the documentary as a self-explanatory genre that differs from news and drama. However, issues surrounding the discourses on the subjectivity and objectivity of documentaries have always surfaced in response to the question "what is a documentary-" In other words, it is this dualistic framing that has prevented visibilities in the main issue regarding the potential of the documentary format itself. In order to break free from this framing, it was necessary to first examine the types of discourses on subjectivity and objectivity that have been discussed, in addition to examining where exactly they have positioned documentaries. This study then examined factors that have been overlooked in these discourses and considered the introduction of the concept of aleatoric elements as a supplemental approach. This study referred to story studies of literature, semiology studies of cinema and image studies of cinema for building this concept. Furthermore, to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach, this study attempted to analyze A, a 1998 film by Tatsuya Mori, using the concept of aleatoric elements. Based on the findings of this study, the following was concluded. What has become clear through the analysis of the film is that documentary films are capable of not only containing both fictitious and non-fictitious elements but also creating friction between depicted reality and implied reality to highlight new, elusive realities that cannot be firmly defined on account of their ambiguity.
