2012 年は大学生にとって大きな変革の年となった。彼らが常用する「コンピュータ」は姿形を一変し、タッチ操作のスマートフォンで様々なインターネットサービスを利用する風景が当たり前になった。従来の情報行動の主役だったパソコン、娯楽や暇潰しの主役だったテレビは、完全にその座から滑り落ちた。この変革は更にSNS の栄枯盛衰という形で大きなうねりとして、学生のコミュニケーションスタイルも一変させた。 311 以降、国民の間に急速に広まった「絆」重視ブームは、コミュニケーションを求める風潮を生み出したが、大学生には特に顕著に見られる傾向となっている。2011 年6 月からサービスを開始したスマートフォン向け無料通話アプリ「ライン(LINE)」は大学生のコミュニケーションツールとしてすっかり定着した。学生は、電話やメールで行っていたことをLINE というスマートフォンのアプリを通じて行っている。2013 年1 月中旬に本学学生約200 名に対して行ったアンケートで73.3% のツイッター、50.3% のフェイスブックを上回り、LINE の利用率は79.1% となっていることが分かり、大学生への定着の証左となった。 ライン(LINE)は、一つのコミュニケーションツールでしかないが、コミュニケーションを求める大学生気質は強まっている。

A double cavity half toroidal contimlously variable power transmission transmits input torque through a pair of variable units and changes its speed ratio by controlling attitude angels of four power rollers. One power roller among them is controlled by a hydraulic servomechanism and the others are followed it under the control principle of equal force transmission. Synchronization of four power rollers is guaranteed by safety wires, however nonlinearities of friction force on the control pistons or pressure delay in hydraulic lines due to air mix or pipe length cause instability of the speed ratio servomechanism through the safety wires. This paper focuses the relation between the synchronization and stability of the CVT by making bond graph analyses and experiments, and shows design guidelines on the stabilization of the double cavity half toroidal CVT.

This paper examines Austria Republic under the Control of the Allied powers. In April 1945, Austria was released from Hitler-Nazis, and got under the Control of the Allied powers. Under various restrictions of the Allied powers, Austrian political parties, provisional central government, and provisional local government played an important part in the reconstruction and democratization of Austria. Austrian provisional central government enacted the Provisional Constitution of 1945, which declared Austria as a legislative-and administrative power combined, centralized, united State. After a while, federalism was restored by the amendment of the Provisional Constitution. In December 1945, the Federal Constitution of 1929 came into effect again, instead of the Provisional Constitution of 1945. In 1955, Austrian Republic recoverd the sovereignty completely, still more declared a permanently neutralized state..

This paper examines the Austrian Republic under the control of the Allied powers. In April 1945, Austria was liberated from Hitler's Nazis, and came under the control of the Allied powers. Under various restrictions imposed by the Allied powers, Austrian political parties, provisional central government, and provisional local government all played an important part in the reconstruction and democratization of Austria. The Austrian provisional central government enacted the Provisional Constitution of 1945, which declared Austria to be a combined legislative and administrative, centralized, united state. After a time, federalism was restored by an amendment to the Provisional Constitution. In December 1945, the Federal Constitution of 1929 was restored, instead of the Provisional Constitution of 1945. In 1955, the Austrian Republic recovered sovereignty completely, and moreover declared itself a permanently neutral state.

会員の東京・練馬生活協同組合が,無謀な出店のあおりで解散した。何度も経営改善を求めたが,「内政干渉だ」と突っぱねられた。「連合会は会員生協への発言力を強める必要がある」と指摘する。練馬生活協同組合(東京・練馬区)は,バブル期の過剰投資がもとで経営が破綻し,今年5月に解散いたしました。

I investigated the significance of a fashion design from the work and behavior of Gabrielle Chanel with designer, Paul Poiret, who played an active part at the beginning in the 20th century. The fashion style is different from art in that it is governed at any time by the feeling of that time.
