多くの産業が成熟期を迎えた今日, 企業は既存顧客の維持に重点を置いている.その一環として顧客満足度(CS)の測定は基本であり, 多くの企業が, 満足度を高めることで顧客が再び買いたいと思う意志や行動であるロイヤリティを高めようとしている.しかし, そこには「ロイヤリティ=CS」という前提が暗黙の内に存在しており, これが顧客心理を反映しているかは実際には疑問が残る.そこで本研究は, 顧客がロイヤリティを決定付ける要因の構造をアンケート調査により検証し, 「ロイヤリティ=CS」という関係の妥当性を探ることを目的とする.その上で, CSがロイヤリティに及ぼす影響の程度や傾向を複数の製品・サービスについて検討する.

In Okinawa, new wooden house construction starts is very small compared with in the whole Japan. So, wooden house builders in Okinawa have many difficulties, like shortage of lumbers or carpenters. But, from the 1990s, pre-cut lumber shipped from southern Kyushu area have got used in Okinawa. With this new building method, some companies which have no experience of wooden construction moved onto wooden house construction. Most of them build small numbers of wooden houses, and do another business on the other hand. And wooden house building system is influenced by limited distribution channel as well as environmental factor.

A gross pathology and histological investigation was carried out on bovine target organs of anabolic substances in the Molise Region (Italy). One hundred forty-four bovines (12–24 months old, 123 males and 21 females) were included in the survey. Ante-mortem assessment on their behaviour and clinical examination was performed. After slaughtering, samples of prostate, Cowper’s glands, Bartholin’s glands, mammary gland, ovaries, thymus and thyroid were collected, inspected and processed for histopathology, as suggested in the guidelines of the Italian national program for residue surveillance (PNR). Overall, 15.3% of examined animals have been classified as “suspect,” whereas 44.4% as “uncertain” and the remaining 40.3% as “negative”. The most frequent lesion was a severe thymus atrophy with fat infiltration (15.4% of males and 14.3% of females), strongly suggesting the illegal use of corticosteroids.

本論文では,ユーザから与えられたサンプルから,クエリーにマッチするショットを検索する映像例示型検索手法を提案する.特に,異なる撮影技法・状況で撮影された多様なショットを検索するために,'ラフ集合理論'を用いて,サンプルから複数の検索ルールを抽出する.また,少数のサンプルから検索可能なショットの範囲を拡張するために,"バギング"と"ランダムサブスペース法"を導入する.具体的には,サンプルと特徴量の次元をランダムに変更して構築した分類器によって,大きく異なるショットが特徴づけられるようになる.さらに,計算コストを削減するために,"MapReduce"という並列プログラミングモデルを用いて検索プロセスを並列化する.実験では,TRECVID 2009の映像データを対象として,本手法の有効性を示す.

The Ferro-Concrete structure technology was introduced into Japan in 1890s. In this paper, we try to show that a purpose of the spread played an important role for introduction of Ferro-Concrete in Japan. Various calculation formulas and sign of Ferro-Concrete ware introduced into Japan passing many separated ways and coexisted. It is thought that when it establish a law in 1920 and standardized Ferro-Concrete structure technology, economical conditions would be considered for the spread of this technology. However, the policy for the spread was changed by the damage of Kanto Earthquake (1923). And a deformed bar against the policy of the spread was removed at that time. It is thought that the introduction of Ferro-Concrete would be typical example of process to introduce new technology in Japan.

The application of the direct drive system is increasing in the field of robot and factory automation because of controllability with high accuracy. However, it requires the motor high torque at low speed.<br>Although the vernier motor, presented by C. H. Lee in 1963, could produce the reluctance torque in low speed, it involved many problems to be solved. In this paper, the authors have studied the reluctance torque of vernier motor using the finite element field analysis. As the increase of rotor slot number is effective to produce high torque, in our model there are not only winding slots but also small slots on the stator teeth surfaces and the rotor slots are provided in the periphery of the core more than the total number of stator slots by the pole number. The calculated torques have agreed very well with the experimental results.<br>A prominent feature of the control scheme is to control the armature current phase based on the detected rotor slot position, so there is no problem such as pull-in or pull-out in the vernier motor of C. H. Lee. And then the instantaneous torque is controlled by the amplitude of armature current. The experimental results on both the speed control and the position control were also shown in the paper.
