This paper is a Japanese translation of "Arakawa and Gins: The Organism-Person-Environment Process" (Genedlin, 2013). The purpose of this paper is a comparative discussion about the project of Arakawa and Gins, and of Genedlin's philosophy. First, the author pointed that Arakawa and Gins used the word "persons" as a verb, and he introduce a new concept "inging" to emphasis that function of personing. Secondly, the inging process is compared with Arakawa and Gins's concept of "landing sites," and they are discussed from the perspectives of the implicit intricacy that characterizes his philosophy and practice. Thirdly, it is shown that there is a physical and direct means of accessing the implicit intricacy that is called a "felt sense." Finally, the author introduces TAE (Thinking at the Edge), which is a practice using felt sense to facilitate creative thinking and theorizing, and is shown in these examples.

The purpose of this article is to overview of research on critical incident stress of police officers. Based on prior resrach, we discuss four perspectives. (1)The possibility of probable PTSD prevalence among police officers who engaged in disaster relief is 10%. (2)Police officers who angaged in disaster relief cannot recover their critical incident stress spontaneously over time. (3)There are few studies on critical incident stress of Japanese police officers. (4)There are few researches on organaizational measures to the critical inscident stress of police officers. Further research in this area should investigate the critical incident stress of police officers in various disasters and accumulate knowledge to promote care for police officers from critical incident stress.

室町将軍三代義満より六代義教を経て八代義政へと至る間に形成された唐物コレクション「東山御物」に関する研究は膨大な数に上る。絵画史分野においては、資料に限りがある中で、将軍の鑑蔵印を有する現存作品の研究や、『御物御畫目録』、『室町殿行幸御錺記』、『小河御所并東山殿御錺図』、「君臺観左右帳記」(諸本)、『圖繪寶鑑』等、重要史料の精査が蓄積されている。 所蔵品目録あるいは画人録といった要素を有する上記諸史料に対し、『蔭凉軒日録』は相国寺塔頭の鹿苑院内に設置された蔭凉軒主の日記であり、性格が大きく異なるため比較し得る部分が少ない。従来、『蔭凉軒日録』の記述は断片的に扱われることが大半であった。 本課題は『蔭凉軒日録』の精査を経て、当時の相国寺に伝来した絵画に関する記述に注目している。当該絵画に関する記述からは、応仁・文明の乱以降の相国寺における絵画受用の在り方が垣間見られる。本稿では『蔭凉軒日録』の記録内容を詳述・検討し、十五世紀の将軍家及び寺家における宋・元・明絵画の受容と室町絵画の様式変遷について考察を進めていくための足がかりとしたい。

This paper discusses -te hosii in Japanese. The usage of -te hosii is usually divided into three types such as 1) a request, 2) a desire for someone to take action, 3) a desire for a situation/event to occur. We investigate some corpuses of spoken/written Japanese in order to clarify how -te hosii is actually used. As a result, -te hosii is used in many different ways, not only in spoken language and written language, but it also depends on the type of texts that are written, such as newspapers, magazines, Yahoo blogs and Yahoo Chie-bukuro. In some cases -te hosii is used to give advice rather than making a request. It also is sometimes used to imply that the speaker/writer is dissatisfied with the situation. This demonstrates that -te hosii has various meanings rather than how it is usually perceived.
