体育授業では,疾病や忘れ物等を理由に,見学という形で授業に出席する場合がある.その際,見学者に対する教育的配慮は,授業者の幅広い裁量に委ねられている.見学者においても,学びの機会や運動・スポーツに関する発達の機会を保障する必要があると考えられる.しかし,体育授業における見学の実態は明らかとなっていない.本研究では,小学校・中学校・高等学校での体育授業における見学状況を把握することを目的とした.大学生に対して各校種での見学経験を振り返ってもらい,web フォームにて回答させた.得られた回答から定量的分析を行い,小学校・中学校・高等学校の体育授業における見学状況の全体像を検討した.その結果,体育授業における見学では,①校種や性,授業内容(領域)に関連して特徴的な傾向が見られること,②見学時の過ごし方が授業者主体で決められること,③見学の理由に個々の体育授業の好き・嫌いや評定が関連すること,が示された.

高齢者関節リウマチ(rheumatoid arthritis:RA)は,若年発症RA(younger-onset rheumatoid arthritis:YORA)が高齢化したRAと,60歳以上で発症したEORA(elderly-onset rheumatoid arthritis)に分類される.EORAでは,YORA同様,T2T(treat to target)に準じた治療を行い,低疾患活動性を目標にコントロールするのが現実となっている.しかし,高齢者は多彩な合併症を有しており,高齢化RAと同様,治療にあたり合併症の増悪や薬物による有害事象を定期的にモニタリングすることが重要である.

This study will determine how the fatal shooting of former Prime Minister Abe was reported by the media through witnesses and local journalists. The incident took place on the eighth of July in 2022 in Nara prefecture where Abe was giving a speech in support of local counselors during the national election.This research paper will further explore in detail how the tragic events unfolded from the perspective of the media, and how the news was broken by NHK and other TV news stations. Furthermore how footage from bystanders had an impact on how it was broadcast. To conclude it will examine how the media portrayed Abe in a positive light looking back at his career, and how other similar historical political attacks were covered by news journalists and TV stations in the past.

In this study, we examined how the height of the pillow on which a person's head rests affects the respiratory function. We measured tidal volume (TV), vital capacity(VC), expiratory reserve volume (ERV), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV_<1.0>), percentage of forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV_<1.0>%), obstructive index (OI), and angle of the cervical region under the conditions of various pillow heights (3cm, 7cm, 11cm), pillow materials (urethane, buckwheat chaff feather), and postures (sitting position, supine position). The high pillow decreased VC, ERV and FEV_<l.0>, while increased OI. The subjects complained of a choking sensation in each of the experiments. The angle of the cervical region increased in direct proportion to the height of pillow and a choking sensation.

メトホルミン(以下Met)は2型糖尿病(以下T2DM)治療に,本邦では従来1回250 mgを1日2-3回内服が多く,同一用量を1日1回内服(以下分1)に変更時血糖動態や有効性の比較検討には乏しい.そこでMet250 mg 2回(以下分2)から500 mg分1に変更時の血糖動態の比較,安全性の検討目的で,入院中T2DM 30例で,Met分2から分1朝又は夕に変更し,各2日毎,計6日間の血糖動態を持続血糖モニターで比較した.24時間平均血糖はそれぞれ,135.1,135.0,134.8,137.4,141.9,141.3 mg/dL,平均空腹時血糖はそれぞれ,121.9,121.4,123.9,125.7,126.2,124.5 mg/dLで,血糖変動幅を含めて有意な上昇を認めなかった.T2DMにおいてMet500 mg分2から分1への変更は,血糖動態の悪化や有害事象もなく有用と考えられた.

A 4-year-old girl, who showed velopharyngeal (VP) incompetence associated with bilateral striatal necrosis, received speech therapy with a palatal lift prosthesis (PLP). CDVP function was improved three months after insertion of the PLP, normal articulation and an increase in speech intelligibility were obtained. RImproved velopharyngeal efficiency was maintained, and the PLP was removed two years and five months later. RAfter practice at setting the normal tongue position at rest to improve oral dysfunctions of speech, chewing, swallowing, and tongue movement, she recognized that she was able to close her lips and produce normal speech.

2023 年 3 月 14 日から始まった一連の DNS 水責め攻撃について報告する.この攻撃は約 6 万 IP アドレスから約 14 万ドメインへの絨毯爆撃とも言える大規模な攻撃がコンスタントに本報告執筆時点の 6 月上旬まで継続しており,多数の企業,自治体,政府機関等の DNS 権威サーバが応答障害に追い込まれている.本報告はハニーポットでの観測データを分析し考察したものである.
