Objective: In conjunction with the introduction of medical fees for pharmaceutical practices in hospital wards, the pharmacy department at Sakai City Medical Center has solely managed PREAVOID and reported the results to the Japan Society of Hospital Pharmacists (JSHP) since 2012.  We investigated the pharmacological management being performed by pharmacists and what knowledge is necessary for the super-aged society according to our PREAVOID reports.Methods: We totaled and analyzed the PREAVOID preventive reports (pattern 2) that were reported to JSHP from April 2014 to March 2016.Results: Elderly people had the highest number of PREAVOID reports (p<0.001).  “Transcription error and incorrect prescription” was the most common cause, followed by “special condition (impaired renal function, etc.)” and “overdose.”  Regarding the elderly generation, the number of reports in the 2-year period was the highest for “special condition” (173 cases, 5.30% ?? ), which was 3.69-times the number for adults (p<0.001).  These results demonstrate that involvement of pharmacists is indispensable for pharmacotherapeutics in generations with greatly differing drug metabolic functions.Conclusion: This survey revealed that adverse effects were caused by inadequate medication.  As “pharmaceutical management” was involved in most reports, these results indicate that it is important to manage pharmaceuticals in hospital wards.  It is possible to improve pharmacological knowledge by sharing and utilizing the analysis results of these PREAVOID reports in order to appropriately medicate elderly patients.  According to this study, pharmacists play a crucial role in medication of the elderly.

This paper is intended as a sympathetic critique of the cultural activities of Rekijyo-Japanese history buffs. A rekijyo is regarded as female enthusiast who has an obsessive interest in historical figures. Some rekijyos are males, in which case they are often called rekidan. Rekijyos throw themselves into touring historical sites like palaces, temples, graves, and castles, as if they are on a pilgrimage. Sometimes they wear costumes there to portray a certain historical character or role.A rekijyo is also a self-educated amateur historian who attaches great importance to fieldwork. Their pilgrim-like activity is somewhat related to a romantic reaction to their academic or educational history. It is a way for them to resist the formal, dry and unemotional discourse on history that they experienced when they were younger. The prefer to empathize with their favorite historical characters than to analyze them. However, just like other Japanese youth, rekijyo culture is excessively postmodernized. Rekijyo also engage in an endless deformation and imitation of persons from history. Even though their view of history is based on empathy, theif behavior is rooted in modern consumerism. Rekijyo culture is merely otaku consumption, but it is also a form passive resistance against those who set themselves up as authorities on history.

本論文では、宮沢賢治の農本主義と農本ナショナリズムとの近接性を「ポラーノの広場」と『家の光』との比較によって検討した。両者は農本的な志向があるが、『家の光』では、満州事変以降、ナショナリスティックな農本主義と、地域社会構想に専念した農本主義とに分かれていた。「ポラーノの広場」における産業組合は、後者に近接したものだと考えた。

This paper is an attempt to deal with the origins and formation of the Japanese language, in the light of mostly linguistic aspects of the neighboring languages, such as Old Korean, Old Chinese, Proto-Austronesian, and some archeological aspects. This notion is also based on a linguistic theory that the Japanese is formed through time with language contacts with the neighboring languages mentioned above. This also discusses the particular aspects of language contact of each language and language family in order to suggest that Japanese has been formed by language contacts with those languages.

地域や職場,家庭でのつながりが薄れ「社会的排除」が顕在化し,子どもを取り巻く環境も大きく変化している。2006(平成18)年12 月,教育基本法が改正され,翌年7月には,「児童生徒の教育相談の充実について」という報告書がまとめられた。これにより,相談体制の重要性が認識され,翌年,スクールソーシャルワーク活用事業が導入されるようになった。 そこで本稿では,子どもを取り巻く状況の変化に伴い,2008(平成20)年にスクールソーシャルワーカー活用事業として開始されたスクールソーシャルワーカーについて,スクールソーシャルワーカーに関する取組,スクールソーシャルワーカー活用事業,スクールソーシャルワーカーの専門性について検討し,スクールソーシャルワーク活動を展開するために必要となる視点は何かについて考察した。 結果として,スクールソーシャルワーク活動を進めていくためには,スクールソーシャルワーカー活用事業等の体制整備が必要であること,関係諸機関との連携の充実が急務であること,専門的な教育を受けた質の高いスクールソーシャルワーカーが不可欠であり,大学等専門機関における養成が急がれることが明らかになった。
