By this paper, I am for the purpose of considering a position of so-called Fudai Daimyo in relations of the Shogunate for the early modern times, and vassal structure and a power structure of the Tokugawas for the medieval period to the early modern times. For an object, I examine mainly on Tatebayashi/Shirakawa times of the daimyo Sakakibaras who makes the last Tokugawa period Echigo Takada Han. Concretely, the first, I confirm an origin and a position in the whole Tokugawas of the Sakakibaras. The next, I consider a formation process and a characteristic of the Sakakibara’s vassals. For a characteristic in vassal formation of the Sakakibaras, there are not most of the hereditary vassal from the Middle Ages, and to organize the vassal who can call it with O-tsukibito attached to by Ieyasu in the core. It is a characteristic to be seen in specific the Fudai Daimyo vassal formation of the Ii’s and so on, and cannot confirm this with a Tozama Daimyo and Fudai Daimyo of the new collection. And last, I survey a position of Fudai Daimyo in structure and rerations of the Shogunate.

In recent years, the labor shortage in agriculture has become more serious, and it has become difficult to secure the temporary labor force that has been procured in the region. On the other hand, young people are becoming more interested in rural areas, and the temporary labor force may be an opportunity for exchange between urban and rural areas. In this article, we analyze the acquisition of agricultural part-time workers not only as a means of securing a labor force but also from the perspective of exchange between urban and rural areas in order to discuss a new solution to the problem of securing a labor force in agriculture. This study (1) considers the possibility for agricultural part-time workers to attract people with diverse interests to the region, (2) analyzes the cooperation implementation system between agriculture and other efforts and the host entity, (3) and clarifies the establishment of relationships with the region by people who visit the region through agricultural part-time jobs. When considering an agricultural part-time job as a form of urban-rural exchange, it is necessary for the area that provides the agricultural part-time job to be aware of the interests of employees and to build a business that makes the best use of the characteristics of the area. In addition to farm work hours, it is also important for the employer side to provide opportunities for exchange, such as exchange time and participation in local events.

現在,「生きづらさ」という言葉が包括的で多義性を持つ言葉として様々な人の間で使われている。にもかかわらず,専門家による「生きづらさ」の定義付けや理論構築などといった「生きづらさ」探究活動には,多種多様な「生きづらさ」のうちの一部しか反映されていない。本論文は,この現象の構造とそれを乗り越える方途の検討においてA. W. グールドナーの理論を援用することの意義と限界を探るものである。グールドナーの理論を再読し整理した結果,先述の現象の構造は,グールドナーの下部構造論の援用,すなわち,専門家とそれを取り巻く社会や人々との間の相互作用の検討によって説明可能となることが明らかになった。先述の現象を乗り越えるための方途については,グールドナーのRational Discourse論,特に,「知的対話」「限界の自覚」「非権威的理性」「明識としての知」がその一助となるものの,グールドナーの理論だけでは限界もあるということが明らかになった。

子宮の大きさ(子宮サイズ)を評価する指標として、Ellips 法を用いた子宮最大矢状面における近似楕円面積値の有用性はこれまでに評価されていない。また、子宮サイズが正常範囲内かどうかを判断するための基準となる、指標計測値の年齢別分布の報告は乏しい。本研究の目的は、Ellips 法による子宮近似楕円面積の年齢別分布を作成し、子宮サイズを評価する有用性について検討することである。 検診施設や産婦人科施設へ受診した患者の経腟超音波検査3789 画像のうち、妊娠子宮および子宮異常を除いた2099 画像を分析対象とした。Ellips 法による近似楕円面積値と子宮長径、短径の年齢別分布図を作成し、それらの変動係数を分析した。 近似楕円面積、子宮長径、短径いずれの計測値も閉経後に縮小傾向がみられた。近似楕円面積測定は子宮長径や短径と比較して変動係数が大きく、測定値の収斂性が低い可能性が示唆された。

本邦における男性の育児休業取得率は2018年度の調査ではいまだ6.16%であり、厚生労働省が向上を目指しているものの、欧米諸国と比較すると極めて低い。本稿では、男性の育児休業取得率の低さの背景に存在する制度的な課題と共に、文化的・心理的課題を明確にし、男性の育児休業取得の促進に寄与する取り組みについて検討を行った。文化・心理的背景には、性役割分業意識や、集団意識、母性原理、自己主張の仕方などがあり、こうした現状の中で男性労働者が育児休業を取得したいと主張することは非常に困難である。男性の育児休業取得率向上は、企業や労働者への育児休業取得の利点を浸透させ、制度を拡充し、義務化を検討すること、さらには親になる教育を早期に始めることなど、多方面からの政策によってはじめて可能となるであろう。

本研究の目的は中学生のコミュニケーション・スキルと学級内の地位、及び学校適応の関連を明らかにすることである。そのために、公立中学校の生徒780名に対してコミュニケーション・スキル、学校適応感、学級内の地位を尋ねる質問紙調査を行った。その結果、コミュニケーション・スキルは学級内での人気を媒介して生徒の学校適応感に影響を与えることが明らかになった。また、重回帰分析の結果から、男子において、表現を理解するスキルを持ち、良好な人間関係を志向し、他者受容的ではない生徒ほどクラスの中で中心的なグループに属することが示された。
