近年、ICカードの普及に伴い、ICカードの利用履歴を用いた人の行動分析の研究が行われている。本研究では、多くの組織で普及が進んでいる入退室管理システムから得られる入退室データを用いて、社員の移動時間パターンを抽出し、移動時間パターンと社員属性の関係の分析方法を提案する。事前調査より、社員の移動時間パターンを時間帯及び移動時間区分毎に移動回数を数えることで表す。社員を部屋から部屋への移動にかかる時間に着目した特徴量で表し、クラスタリングを用いて似た移動時間パターンを持つ社員の集合を抽出し、移動時間パターンと社員属性(性別、部署、年齢など)の関係について分析する。実際の入退室データを用いて提案手法を検討し, その有効性を確認する.

目的 全国の市町村における本人通知制度の普及状況を明らかにし,バイオバンク・ジャパン(BBJ)の予後調査の結果とあわせて分析することにより,本人通知制度が学術研究を目的とした住民票の写しの利用に与える影響について検討する。方法 2015年2~3月に全国の1,741の市町村(特別区を含む)を対象に,本人通知制度の導入状況や同制度の運用形態,学術研究目的の住民票の写しの交付に関する判断基準等について,電話調査を実施した。電話調査で明らかになった本人通知制度の導入の有無と,BBJで2011~2016年度までに実施した計4回の予後調査における住民票の写しの請求に対する交付可否の結果との関連について検討した。結果 電話調査の結果,1,741市町村から回答が得られた(回収率100%)。本人通知制度をすでに導入している市町村は28.9%であり,導入予定がある市町村は5.1%であった。学術研究目的での住民票の写しの交付の判断基準については,担当者ごとに住民基本台帳事務処理要領をもとに判断している市町村は84.8%,担当者間で共有する一定の基準などがある市町村は14.4%であった。BBJの予後調査で行った住民票の写しの交付請求に対する交付拒否の理由として,同意書に住民票の利用について明記されていないことが挙げられ,一部の市町村は本人通知制度の開始に伴う交付判断基準の見直しを挙げていた。本人通知制度の導入の有無とBBJの予後調査における住民票の写しの交付請求への可否の結果の間に,有意な関連は見られなかった。結論 BBJの予後調査で行った住民票の写しの交付請求の拒否理由の一部に本人通知制度の導入による判断基準の見直しが挙げられていた。多くの市町村に学術研究目的での住民票の写しの交付に関して一定の判断基準がないことから,今後,学術研究目的の住民票の写しの交付判断に必要な研究の公益性に関する基準を示すなど,市町村を支援する取り組みが必要である。

Several experiments on distribution of some events with satellite communications and the Iuterent have been performed in the SEKIREI hall our college. In 2000,two distribution experiments were performed. One "The Advanced Technologial Education Forum 2000" distribution experiment was held on May 26,2000. The other "8th Satellite Design Contest" distribution experiment was held on October 22,2000. In this paper we describe the outline of the systems used these two distribution experiments and the procedure of our experiments. The questionnaire investigation for all the participants was adopted to evaluate our systems. The results of the questionnaire investigation for these two experiments are presented and compared with each other.

We have held several experiments on distribution of some events with satellite communications. We held a distribution experiment of 7th satellite design contest by transportable VSAT terminal on October 17,1999. In this paper we describe the outline of the systems of these distribution experiment and the way we did our experiments. The results of the questionnaire investigation for these experiments are presented and compared with each other.

Audiometric examination was performed on 120 subjects who engaged in speaker research or in administrative works in speaker production, 10 subjects who used in their work insert-type receivers, and 30 recording engineers.The results were analized in reference to the number of years in works.Present study revealed that:1) there was no tendency that hearing was impaired in speaker engineers or in other people exposed to sound from speakers.2) the mechanism of hearing loss at 4000Hz found in recording engineers was appeared either different from the ones seen among sheet-metal workers or in speaker engineers.3) the reproduced sound through speakers seemed not to cause hearing loss in human.4) the direct sound produced by instruments may cause hearing loss as in the case with noise, however, further observation is to be done to prove definite effect of the sound from the instruments.

In this research, we analyzed the dialogue that consisted of an instruction and a response utterance to clarify the relation between cognitive process and timing structure of utterance. The results showed that correlation coefficient between duration of instruction utterance and switching pause had diverse values when fluctuation of instruction utterance duration was too small to be recognized. However, the correlation coefficient between them had positive and high value when fluctuation of instruction utterance was explicitly big. From these results, we discussed that there are two types of utterance structure in human dialogue.

To increase the noise proof performance of a cover with aperture excited by diffuse acoustic fields from the outside, it is a problem to prevent the occurrence of the inner acoustic mode at the lower frequencies. Authors had suggested the feed forward active noise control (ANC) for the acoustic field inside the cover. Diffuse acoustic field excitation experiment using reverberant room has been examined to comprehend acoustic characteristics inside the cover. The results show that the inner cover field is in the state of locally coherent at the frequencies of inner acoustic mode, so that it is good environment for the active noise control. Then, a calculation with two-dimensional finite difference time domain (FDTD) method has been done to examine the feasibility of feed forward ANC. The results show that it is possible to realize ANC for the acoustic field inside the cover by proper design of control filter. Finally, experimental measurement of diffuse acoustic field excitation in the reverberant room has been done again to examine the ANC with the design method mentioned above. The results show that feed forward ANC can reduce noise level by 5dB at the peak frequency caused by the inner acoustic mode. Furthermore, the inner acoustic pressure distribution is also reduced uniformly at the frequency. Therefore, it is concluded that it is possible to realize feed forward active noise control for the acoustic field inside the cover with aperture excited by diffuse acoustic fields from the outside, even if the excitation is random or the causality of I/O is not satisfied.
