Currently, the number of patients with low back pain continues to increase due to the aging society. My purpose is that find a motion to reduce the load to waist from the difference in the movement of the body between lumbar pain patients and healthy subjects, in the operation of squat. I get the coordinate data of the body, to shoot in motion capture the movement of the body when you are doing an operation subject squat. Since the result of performing the analysis using the principal component analysis, the difference comes into the angle of the ankle and upper arm, I will examine the load to waist and this difference.

1994年9月までに提出された日本循環器学会心臓移植適応検討会の適応判定申請例は50症例に達した.うち2例は取り下げとなったが,判定を行った48症例につき調査し以下の結果を得た.<BR>1)5例は公式の検討会開催を待たずに死亡した.<BR>2)資料の不備や現時点での適応なしなどの理由により6例は保留と判定された.また1例は肺血管抵抗増大のため適応なしと判定された.<BR>3)適応ありと判定された36例中14例が2年以内に心不全または突然死により死亡した.7例は米国において移植手術を受けた.<BR>4)内科的治療によって3例は改善して当面は移植の必要性がなくなった.1994年末現在の待機中患者は13例である.<BR>5)心臓移植適応ありと判定後最長余命1年を予測しうる指標を求めるために,判定後1年以内に死亡した12例に対し2年以上生存した7例および臨床像の改善を認めた3例の計10例を対照群として,多変量解析数量化理論第II類を応用して生死の判別を試み,両群をよく判別しうる予後指数を求めることができた.<BR>6)今回の解析結果から得られた1年以内の予後不良因子は,心機能NYHA IV度,3回以上のIV度心不全の既往の他,従来用いられてきた血行動態的指標よりは低電位差(肢誘導<5mm),異常Q波>2誘導,QRS間隔の延長といった心電図に関する情報が心筋自体の高度の病変を反映する所見として予後不良を示唆し,心臓移植の適応を考える上で重要な意義をもつと思われた.ただし統計処理に用いた症例数が少ないので,今後も引き続き症例を増すと共に今回は検討できなかった血中ノルアドレナリン,ANPおよびBNPなどの神経体液性因子その他の予後予測因子をも含め再検討することが望まれる.

Enolization of carboxylic acid derivatives is the central science of fundamental carbonyl chemistry. The catalytic methods to activate carboxylic acid remained unexplored due to the intrinsic low acidity of α-protons, although enormous examples of catalytic activation (enolization) method for aldehydes, ketones, and ester derivatives have been reported. The innate Brønsted acidic carboxylic acid functionality also disrupts the deprotonation of α-protons. Therefore, more than two equivalents of a strong base such as lithium diisopropylamide are required for efficient enolization, which makes chemoselective enolization of carboxylic acid over more acidic carbonyls a formidable task. Furthermore, recent enolization methods were only applied to redox-neutral coupling using 2e- electrophiles and catalytic α-functionalization of carboxylic acids through a 1e- radical process, which could complement the chemoselectivity, and functional group tolerance restricted in the classical 2e- ion reaction, has never been achieved. Herein, we developed chemoselective catalytic activation of carboxylic acid equivalent, acylpyra-zole, and carboxylic acid for a 1e- radical process without external addition of stoichiometric amounts of Brønsted base. The present chemoselective catalysis could be applied to late-stage α-amination and oxidation, allowing for concise access to highly versatile unnatural α-amino acid and hydroxy acid derivatives. Moreover, chemoselective α-functionalization of less reactive carboxylic acids was achieved over innately more reactive carbonyl functionalities.

【目的】骨格筋には筋膜などの結合組織を介して筋同士が連結し,かつ筋線維走向の方向が一致しているものがある.こうした骨格筋の解剖学的特徴を利用し,筋膜などを介した骨格筋同士の相互作用を期待したエクササイズが注目を集めている.しかし実際の筋活動へ与える影響についての報告はない.そこで本研究では,体幹筋力強化トレーニングとして用いられるTrunk Curlを利用して,前鋸筋の活動が外腹斜筋の活動に及ぼす影響を検討することを目的とした.【方法】対象は健常成人男性5名(年齢26.6±3.9歳,身長173.6±4.4cm,体重67.6±6.8kg)とした.測定動作は,背臥位,股膝90度屈曲位で台上に両下腿を置き,1)肘伸展0度,肩90度屈曲位で,最大努力で肩甲帯前方突出を行いながら上体を起こす(Trunk Curl with Protraction,以下TCP),2)肘伸展0度,肩90度屈曲位で,肩甲帯前方突出をせずに上体を起こす(sham),3)胸部前面で腕を組み上体を起こす(Normal Trunk Curl,以下NTC),の3種類とした.この3種類の動作で,最大努力で体幹を最大限屈曲させ,5秒間保持させた.これを各5回行った.測定機器には表面筋電図(日本光電 マルチテレメーターシステム WEB-5500)を用い、電極間距離1.5cmとした.被験筋は前鋸筋,外腹斜筋,腹直筋とした.得られた筋電図から積分値を算出して最大値を記録し,各動作の平均値を算出した.徒手筋力検査にて各筋の最大随意収縮(Maximum Voluntary Contraction,以下MVC)の積分値を算出し,これらを各平均値で除した相対値(%MVC)によって評価した.統計的検定には反復測定分散分析を用い,多重比較検定としてScheffe testを用いた.有意水準は5%未満とした.【結果】前鋸筋の%MVCはTCP:60.9±26.7,sham:34.9±20.2,NTC:37.2±21.1であった.外腹斜筋はTCP:84.4±6.2,sham:74.8±5.4,NTC:74.4±8.0であった.前鋸筋と外腹斜筋の%MVCはsham,NTCと比較してTCPで有意に高値を示した(P<.05).腹直筋では有意な差は得られなかった(TCP:66.4±15.3,sham:60.1±9.7,NTC:59.4±5.8).【考察】本研究では,Trunk Curl時に前鋸筋を強く収縮させることで,腹直筋活動の上昇を伴わずに外腹斜筋活動が上昇することを確認した.このことから,前鋸筋の活動は外腹斜筋の活動を高める因子であることが示唆された.さらに,付着部を共有し,かつ筋線維走向の方向が一致する筋の相互作用を期待したエクササイズの有効性も示唆された.前鋸筋と外腹斜筋は,胸郭に対して力学的に拮抗する位置関係にあることから,前鋸筋の収縮による胸郭の動きが,胸郭のstabilityや外腹斜筋の筋節長に影響し,このような現象が観察されたものと推察した.【まとめ】前鋸筋の活動は外腹斜筋の活動を高めることが示唆された.付着部を共有し,かつ筋線維走向の方向が一致する筋の相互作用を期待したエクササイズの有効性が示唆された.

The purpose of this paper is to define art through systems theory and in terms of social motivation. On the basis of social function in systems theory, I try to examine the motivation of art as a system that functions in a way that cannot be achieved by other social systems (politics, economy, law, etc.). First, I describe problems with three approaches in previous art studies that do not sufficiently compare art with other systems and their functions. Second, I treat the motivation of art as entertainment from an alternative perspective, because certain social demands cannot be supplied through other systems. Finally, I consider how art influences other systems and themes in contemporary society.

ABCトランスポーターは高等植物において大きな遺伝子ファミリーを形成し、シロイヌナズナでは123種の遺伝子が見いだされている。本研究においては、シロイヌナズナに22種類存在するABCBタイプのトランスポーターの内、AtPGP4(AtABCB4)とAtPGP21(AtABCB21)を取り上げ、これらが植物体におけるオーキシンの軸方向への移動にどのように関与しているか、分子レベルでその輸送能を解明することを目的とした。これまで、AtPGP4が根端と根の表皮細胞で強く発現し、IAAの根端からの求基的輸送に関与することを明らかにした。今年度は、AtPGP4と最も相同性の高い類似遺伝子AtPGP21に関して解析を行った。Promoter::GUS植物体の解析により、AtPGP21はAtPGP4の発現が全く見られない根の中心柱で発現していたが、それが内鞘細胞特異的であることが明らかになった。根以外では、葉や花弁など側方器官の付け根で強く発現していた。また幼植物体に限っては葉肉細胞でも強い発現が認められた。このタンパク質に特異的なペプチド抗体を作製して、膜の分画とウエスタンブロットにより局在膜を調べた所、細胞膜局在であることが明らかとなった。シロイヌナズナの膜画分を用いて検出されたバンドは140kDaであり、糖鎖などの修飾はないものと思われた。IAA感受性の酵母変異株を用いて、AtPGP21を発現させ、AtPGP21のオーキシン輸送機能の解析をIAAの感受性試験にて行った。その結果、コントロールに比べ、AtPGP21を発現させた形質転換酵母株は、それぞれIAAおよびIAAアナログの5-FI存在下でより高い感受性を示した。このことは、AtPGP21がAtPGP4と同様、取り込み方向にIAA分子を輸送していることを示唆している。

When one examines the content of the “Declaration on Christian Education” issued by the Second Vatican Council and the Circular Letter “the Catholic School” published two years ago, one sees that the Catholic Church aims at a modernization of Catholic education. The change becomes particularly evident if these two documents are compared to the Encyclical on Christian Education by Pius XI (1929). Using the occasion of Tarnowski's recently published book “An Existential Christian Pedagogy” in which the author describes the characteristics of this change as a shift from an essentialistic tendency toward an existential trend, it is attempted here to examine this change as far as possible objectively, scientifically and pedagogically.For that purpose the content has been studied as follows : (1) The Vatican Council and its background thought;(2) a comparison of Pius XI “Encyclical on Christian Education” and the “Declaration on Education” of Vatican II;(3) source of existential thought in Catholic education;(4) existential Catholic pedagogy;(5) the problems faced by existential Catholic pedagogy.

I live in the same world as others. And it is the seemingly same natural fact that each of us is born in the world and is destined to die. The present situation we are involved in, however, seems gradually to make this natural fact unnatural due to the great change directly or indirectly caused by the development of science and technology. For example, such developments make it possible for a patient, who would have died in accordance with the traditional techniques of medicine hitherto, now to continue to be alive by means of the respirator, or something like it in the I.C.U.. This situation raises a series of questions interwoven in medical, ethical, philosophical, and legal areas, as we can easily understand by remembering the "Karen Quinlan" case. Indeed, I know these are very difficult questions to answer. I merely aim here to find a possible way to answer them in the light of "nature" as a human identity, a naturalistic, but not a natural law approach.

台湾産カバナミシャク属Eupitheciaを再検討し,45種に整理した.これらの中には7新種(E. concava, E. flavimacula, E. lini, E. blandula, E. rhadine, E. lupa, E. pellicata)を含むほか,4種(E. proterva Butler ウスカバナミシャク,E. tricornuta Inoue セアカカバナミシャク, E. centaureata ([Denis & Schiffermuller]), E. albigutta Prout)の台湾未記録種を含む.また,台湾ならびに中国大陸より記載された数種を既知種のシノニムとしたほか,これまで一方の性しか知られていなかった数種について,反対の性の標本が得られたものでは,交尾器の記載も行った.
