ロールシャッハ・テストのデータベースアプリケーションはこれまで高価であり,また直感的操作を可能にするタッチパネルに対応したものは存在しなかった。本論では,スマートフォン・タブレットのオペレーションシステムとして世界で最も用いられているAndroid上で動作する新しいアプリケーションを作成,無料で公開したことを報告する。そのアプリケーションはRAPID νと名付けられ,コードチェックやExcelファイル形式によるサマリーの出力など多彩な機能を有している。

【目的】がんは糖質の取り込みが多いことに注目し、糖質制限の厳しいケトン食を用いて、化学療法併用による臨床での安全性と効果を調べた。【方法】当院の倫理委員会の承認の元、ステージⅣの大腸がん、乳がん患者に対し、ケトン比1.5~1:1の修正MCTケトン食を3カ月摂取し、代謝、栄養状態、QOL、臨床効果を調べた。【結果】9名を対象に検討を行い、非糖尿病患者では、ケトン食によりケトーシスにはなったが、尿中排泄によりアシドーシスは軽度であった。-5.4%の体重の有意な減少を伴ったが、肝・腎機能は保たれ、抗がん剤併用でもQOLを下げず、奏効率67%、病態コントロール率78%で、がんの縮小は、血中総ケトン体値とQOLスコアに相関関係が示唆された。【結論】修正MCTケトン食は、抗がん剤併用でも、3カ月の短期間ではあるが、進行がん患者にも安全な食事療法であり、がんの縮小も血中ケトン体値とQOLスコアに相関が示唆された。

【目的】がんに対する糖質制限食として、medium chain triglyceride(以下、MCTと略)オイルの少ない修正MCTケトン食を導入し有効性を検討した。【方法】ステージⅣ進行再発大腸癌患者10例に、ケトン比が1.4:1の修正MCTケトン食を1年間抗がん剤と併用し、RECIST判定、血中総ケトン体、quality of life(以下、QOLと略)の評価を行い、ステージⅣで抗がん剤治療のみを行った群14例と比較検討を行った。【結果】抗がん剤単独群は、CR0例、PR3例、SD6例、PD5例で、奏効率21%、病勢コントロール率64%で、ケトン食併用群は、CR5例、PR1例、SD1例、PD3例で、奏効率60%、病勢コントロール率70%で、1年継続することで、CR率が50%に上がった。【結論】ケトン食併用の抗がん剤治療は、抗がん剤単独群と比較し、奏効率、病態コントロール率が高く、ステージⅣ大腸癌の支持療法になると思われた。

La difficulte de la problematique de la representation dans les films documentaires consiste a l'ambiguiite du statut du《reel》des faits (re-) presentes. Les films documentaires, en tant qu'un regime de re-presentation figurative, ne presentent pas des faits《reels》《tels qu'ils sont》. Ils ne presentent que des faits filmes, c'est-a-dire du passe represente au present. Le statut du《reel》bascule entre la《realite》du passe et la 《realite》de l'actuel. D'ou la necessite de reconstituer le passe par des decoupages, des montages, et parfois par la 《mise en scene》souvent condamnee comme《factice 》. Ce refus de la《mise en scene》, ce besoin de la《fidelite》au《reel》constitue cependant une particularite singuliere du genre《documentaire》. C'est un pacte qui implique et l'auteur et le spectateur dans le jeu de《sincerite》et de《responsabilite》a la realite representee. L'approche proposee ici, a travers une analyse des deux films documentaires de Rithy Panh, se structure autour de la question du《reel》en face de la reconstitution mnemonique. Dans ces films, l'《actuel》ne peut pas se presenter sans evoquer le《passe》. Le《reel》de l'actuel est toujours conceme par la《realite》du passe: la memoire du genocide. L'auteur doit travailler, cependant, avec la conscience de l'impossibilite de representer cet evenement dans sa totalite absolue. D'ou le choix de l'auteur comme methode: ecouter les temoignages (du passe) et rester lui-meme un temoin de ce qui se passe (au present) dans la situation qu'il a creee (confrontation des《bourreaux》avec les victimes).

「新しい公共」による取り組みが継続・発展するには、その担い手となるNPOなどが「継続的に活動できる団体の運営力」が重要である。また、協働によるまちづくりの現場でも、継続性を担保する仕組みやマネジメントの方法論が問題としてあげられてきている。このような問題意識のもと、本報告では、「新しい公共」の担い手として期待されている任意団体やNPOの団体で継続的に活動している活動主体に着目した。複数の文献から課題を整理し、アンケート調査を通じて、継続的な組織運営の課題の類型化や組織形態別の課題を定量的に分析した。また、分析結果の考察を通して、組織が継続・発展していくためのマネジメントの方策について検討した。

RFタンデムミラ-は、イオンサイクロトロン高周波(ICRF)のみを用いて、完全軸対称タンデムミラ-閉じ込めを実現しようとするものである。本研究において、セントラルRFとプラグRFの組合せにより、プラズマ生成、MHD安定化、イオン加熱、ならびに熱障壁付閉じ込め電位形成の全てが、ICRFにより達成できることを実証した。1.中央セルにおいて、セントラルRFにより励起したヘリコン/速波により、電子密度n〜1.8×10^<13>cm^<-3>、β値〜10%の高密度ヘリウムプラズマが生成された。2.n〜0.4×10^<13>cm^<-3>の2種イオンプラズマにおいて、混成共鳴層が存在するとき、イオン温度Ti〓〜220eVが得られた。これは、ヘリコン/速波が共鳴層で遅波にモ-ド変換され、少数イオン加熱が生じたためである。プラズマはRF動重力によりMHD的に安定である。3.セントラルRF入射によりプラグセル中央において電位のくぼみが観測された。これは、プラグセルで加熱された少数イオンがスロッシングイオン分布を形成したためである。また、n〜0.2×10^<13>cm-^3、Ti〓〜140eVにおいて、プラグセルに60〜80Vの閉じ込め電位が形成され、イオンの端損失の減少が達成された。計算によると、この閉じ込め電位により、軸方向の閉じ込め時間は2〜3倍に改善された。4.プラグRFの重量により、プラグセルにおいて約100Vの閉じ込め電位とともに約90Vの熱障壁電位が形成され、その電位の深さはプラグRFの入射電力にほぼ比例する。イオンの掃き出し機構は、プラグRFの方位角方向動重力に基づくイオンの半径方向の非両極性損失によるものであろう。

Les films documentaires qubn considere souvent comme un rassemblement des images directes de la > actuelle, sont aussi caracterises par une particularite diegetique et narrative. Du point de vue semiologique, on peut constater que la stmcture narrative des films documentaires est surtout fondee sur la coincidence apparente (idealement supposee) de la diergese avec le > comme une thematisation (Levinas) du monde dit > . D' ou la position centrale qu'y occupe le cineaste comme > autour duquel s'organise la diegese filmique. Quand cet observateur-temoin devient l'oblet central du film, avec son exploration du passe a travers ses experiences persomelles, le monde intime du cineaste se transforme en un champ d'investigation particuliere. Il devient pour lui une occasion pour se demander sur le statut du reel represente en son rapport avec l'essence qui reste irrepresentable. Ce present article a pour but d'eclaircir le rapport entre le regime narratif et la representation du monde > dans les films documentaires, a partir d'un film experimental du cineaste americain Jonas Mekas. Ce film qui semble recomposer des souvenirs d'un refugie politique a l'occasion de son retour a son pays natal apres 25 ans d'absence, passant par l'histoire de sa vie intime du debut de sa carriere cinematographique, nous offre pourtant un excellent exemple de la reflexion sur le rapport entre la memoire et la representaion dans un film documentaire. Dans ce film, les informations langagieres (narration, titres) qui viennent definir les objets filmes se heurtent a la qualite indefinissable des images, coupees et decoupees pour ne pas laisser determiner et nommer leurs objets. Les efforts pour retrouver l'identite perdue de l'auteur s'avereront aussi inutiles en face de l'irrepresentabilite du passe. Avec ces images dechirees et fragmentees, le cineaste pourtant reussit a nous presenter une vision du monde sans la soumettre a la violence de thematisation. Cette vision reste cependant loin d'eetre une restitution narrative de l'experience. Elle nous fait entrevoir l'existence de ce qui est impossible a representer et de ce fait nous invite a nous interroger sur le droit de regard et de langage cinematographique devant la singularite de l'experience vecue. Car, dans les films documentaires, > est avant tout une necessite ethique.

Yellowtail, bartailed flathead and Japanese striped knifejaw were spiked at the brain, and stored at O°and 10°C. Yellowtail set in rigor-mortis after 2h, irrespective of storage temperature, attaining the full-rigor state after 7h at O°C and 15h at 10°C. Rigor-mortis of bartailed flathead started after 10h at O°C and 13h at 10°C. This species reached the full-rigor state after 20h at O°C and 40h at 10°C. In the case of Japanese striped knifejaw, rigor-mortis began to appear immediately after killing at O°C whereas after 4h at 10°C. The full-rigor state was attained with this fish after 13 and 20h, respectively, in the above order of storage temperature. Therefore, rigor-mortis proceeded roughly two times slower at 10°C than at O°C, regardless of fish species. In accordance with rigor-mortis progress, the muscle of each species showed a 2-3 times slower decrease of ATP concentration when stored at 10°C than when stored at O°C. Disappearance of creatine phosphate preceded that of ATP while lactate accumulation was nearly maximal when ATP disappeared, irrespective of fish species and storage temperature. No marked differences in initial ATP concentration were observed among the fish species examined. The highest lactate level was encountered in yellowtail which exhibited the fastest progress of rigor-mortis at either storage temperature. Japanese striped knifejaw showed a much lower accumulation of lactate than yellowtail, the accumulation of which was even lower than that in bartailed flathead. On the other hand, rigormortis progress of Japanese striped knifejaw was comparable to that of yellowtail and somewhat faster than that of bartailed flathead.

緩和ケア病棟へ入院中の進行がん患者48名の血清マグネシウム値を測定し, マグネシウム製剤の内服の有無や全身状態とその臨床的意義を検討した. 血清マグネシウムの平均値は2.09 mg/dlであり, マグネシウム製剤投与例の平均値は2.17 mg/dlと, マグネシウム製剤非投与例の平均値1.80 mg/dlに比べて有意に高値であった(p=0.006). 基準値(1.8~2.8 mg/dl)を外れた高マグネシウム血症を2例, 低マグネシウム血症を8例に認めたが, 臨床的にマグネシウム異常に関連した症状は認められなかった. また, マグネシウム製剤の投与期間, 投与量と血清マグネシウム値との関連も認められなかった. 今回の検討では血清マグネシウム値の著明な異常は認められず, 臨床的にもマグネシウム異常に関連した症状はみられなかった. しかし, 緩和ケア病棟の患者はマグネシウム異常をきたしやすい状態であり, かつマグネシウム異常に伴う症状はがんの進行時にみられる症状と類似している. そのため, 特に終末期でそのような症状を呈した場合, 血清マグネシウム値の異常についても留意する必要があると考えられた.

The first highway in Japan was opened in July 1963 between Ritto and Amagasaki with the length of 71km. The total length of highway in Japan reached 7, 236km in August 2003. The highway construction has become a crucial issue in the recent Government reformation under the sever conditions of Japanese economy and national finance.However, the provision of highway brings about various positive economic effects in the surrounding areas, such as the new location of industries, the rationalization of distribution systems, the promotion of tourism and the improvement of living conditions. It is obvious that the rapid growth of Japanese economy has been supported by the construction of highway network since 1960s. Therefore, a long-term impact analysis, which considers the changes in regional economic structures, passenger flows and commodity flows, is necessary to identify the exact outcome of highway construction projects.This paper aims to examine the long-term impact of highway network construction on the travel time between 46 prefectures in Japan and their effect on the inter-prefectural commodity flows. The outcomes of highway network provision have been measured with the changes in the shortest travel time by car between prefectures and the surplus for commodity flows induced by the improvement of travel time.The empirical study has been conducted for years 1975-2000. The main findings have revealed that the trunk highway construction during 1975-80 had brought about a significant improvement of travel time and surplus for commodity flows in the metropolitan regions. The improvement in local regions appeared after 1980s. The highest improvement for commodity flows had been achieved between 1995 and 2000 when the local highways connected to the trunk network. The fact has revealed that the formation of highway network in local regions is effective to improve the conditions of commodity flow in the whole nation.

The Obanazawa mine is situated about 9.5km north-east of Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture, northeastern Japan. The ore deposit is made up of copper-zinc quartz veins developed in dacite and dacitictuff of Miocene age. Ore minerals are chalcopyrite, sphalerite, pyrite, tetrahedrite and ferberite. The pyrite has either pentagonal dodecahedral form or colloform textures. This is the first occurrence of ferberite in the green tuff region of the inner zone of northeastern Japan. Hexagonal; platy crystals of pyrite are observed in the vein found in the Komatazawa valley. It seems that they were crystallized as pyrrhotite single crystals and altered to pyrite aggregates after the formation of the vein. Gangue mineral is quartz accompanied by a small amount of barite. Argillization (mainly sericitization) and silicification are distinguished. Ferberite was identified by means of X-ray and chemical analysis; the composition is (Fe0.90 Mn0.10)WO4. Occurrence of ferberite and pyrite after pyrrhotite means that the veins may have formed at high temperature but the properties of other vein minerals suggest that they crystallized at low temperature. They have been explained as a telescoping phenomena of xenothermal type deposits in the greentuff region. The Obanazawa mine is situated at the intersection of N-S and NWSE main structural lines of northeastern Japan ; the basement of this area seems to be uplifted. The mineral assemblages of this ore deposit may be explained by assuming that a subvolcanic magma chamber exists in this area.

産業集積などの衰退により都市内部で発生しているエリアレベルの低・未利用地(例えば、空き工場群など)において、新たな店舗集積の形成を検討する際に有用な情報を提供するため、本研究では、用途転換の取り組みにより空き倉庫・事務所群を活用した新たな店舗集積が形成されている岡山市北区問屋町の卸商業団地を事例に、その特性を来訪者へのアンケート調査結果を用いて分析した。具体的には、まず、どのような来訪者が問屋町内の出店店舗にとって利点となる行動をするのかその関係性を分析した。そして、問屋町における出店店舗にとって利点となる行動の発生には、来訪者の"居住地"や"同伴者"の要素が総体的に関係しているとわかった。次に、既存店舗集積と比較して、問屋町が店舗集積としてどのように評価されているのかを分析した。その結果、問屋町は、中心市街地と郊外ショッピングセンターそれぞれにおける店舗集積としての"不足部分(自動車の交通利便性や店舗の魅力など)"を、同時に特長として有することで、都市内部における新たな店舗集積としての位置づけを見出していると考えられることが明らかになった。

本研究は,子どもの絵の発達と,その指導のあり方を考えるものである。本稿は,小学校6年間を継続的に調査した「食事の風景」をもとにして,大人の絵に近づく子どもの絵の空間の表現の発達は,様々な方向からの視点でかかれた観面混合などを繰り返しながら進んでいくことを記述した。その変化の過程で,食卓の奥の縁の長さが,手前の縁の長さより長くなる傾向がある。これは子どもの成長と表現との間に,「想像視」の働きがあり,それがやがて,1点から固定的な見方の視覚優位の大人の絵になることを指摘した。その上で子どもの絵の変化をとらえつつ指導することの重要性を論述した。

The mineral deposits of the Oppu mine, Aomori Prefecture, consist of epithermal fissure-filling chalcopyrite-sphalerite-galena veins in the Neogene sediments. On the basis of lithology and characteristics of sedimentation, stratigraphy of the Oppu mining districts is divided into the following formations: Quaternary Terrace deposits and Talus deposits Oppudake formation Tertiary Miocene Oppu formation Maenosawa formation Koyunosawa formation Yunosawa formation Pre-Tertiary Basement complex The country rocks of the mineral deposits are Oppu formation (andesitic-dacitic lapilli tuff, coarse tuff and siltstone) and Oppudake formation (salic pumiceous tuff). The geological structures are characterized by large domes which are sometimes accompanied with faults and foldings. Faults are common in the area studied and can be classified into the following four major systems-NE-SW system, WNW-ESE system, ENE-WSW system and N-S system. The distribution of mineral deposits and ore shoots have close relations with the some geological structures. For instance, main mineral deposits are located usually in the combination zone of normal and low dipping reverse faults in this mining area. Especially, the veins are controlled by the sedimentary structures and thrust faults (Figure 5). These structural conditions which control the ore shoots have been stressed in this paper.

魚介類のおいしさに関する従来の研究では低分子エキス成分および無機イオンの影響が詳細に検討され、これまでに美味な魚介類の呈味有効成分が明らかにされている。近年、ペプチド、タンパク質、多糖類、脂質などの呈味効果が次第に明らかにされつつあり、魚介類の微妙な味の差に興味がもたれている。本稿では魚介類の味および風味質に対するグリコーゲンとタンパク質の影響、魚醤油の呈味有効成分とオリゴペプチドの呈味効果およびマグロのおいしさに対する脂質の影響に関する最近の知見を紹介する。
