外国人児童生徒を日本の小中学校・高等学校に受け入れるための施策は、国、都道府県、市町村の各レベルで行われているが、外国人児童生徒が生活のための日本語 (生活言語) と学校教育で知識習得のために必要となる日本語 (学習言語) とを円滑に習得するためには、日本語指導の方法についてなお課題を残している。近年、国語科教育は、コミュニケーションを重視しており、一方、日本語教員養成においても、コミュニケーションを重視した養成へと転換を図っている。本稿では、上述のような外国人児童生徒に対する取り組み、ならびに、国語科教育の目標・内容と日本語教育の目標・内容を踏まえ、大学における国語科教員養成課程と日本語教員養成課程の関係の在り方を検討する。

In this paper I would like to pursue two questions regarding the Passio Sanctarum Perpetuae et Felicitatis. The first is why Perpetua, a noble and educated young woman in Carthago, in 203 CE chose martyrdom, being fully aware of her death. The second question concerns the relation between the historical figure of Perpetua and the Passio as a literary product. It is often said that recounts of martyrdom intend to instrumentalize saintly people for the church. In this paper an alternative view with regard to the role of such books is considered. For Perpetua to be a Christian meant freedom (libertas) from Roman society and its gods (Passio, 18, 5). In the Roman Empire and cities many places were filled with statues of gods assigned to those places. Perpetua wanted to be free from these traditional places of symbolic “divine” presence. To her father she said (3, 1f) that, just as a vase could not be called by another name than ‘vase’, she could not be called by another name than ‘Christian’ (Christiana). To be called a Christian indicated her true identity and essence as a person which could not be given up without loosing herself. This is why she could not accept her father’s attempt at persuasion although she had been moved many times by his words. Recounts of martyrdom are commemorated in Christian churches for the purpose of community building and spiritual advancement. The saints of such recounts often become models for the believers, but sometimes seem to be mere products of the church. As to the Passio, the author indicates in 1, 6 the reason for writing his account, namely to enable believers to communicate with Perpetua. Perhaps the Passio was recited in the liturgy of her Memorial Day on May 7th. When it was read, believers could communicate with her through the Holy Spirit, because the church was to be the church of the dead and the living. I propose this to be the purpose of the Passio.

The purpose of this study was to unveil temporal relationship of physiological states during emotional experience. It has been widely accepted that emotion arises from interaction between cerebral processing and bodily response (i.e., autonomic nervous system: ANS). Therefore, we measured indices of both types of activities, using frontal alpha asymmetry (Davidson, Ekman, Saron, Senulis, & Friesen, 1990) for cerebral processing, and heart rate (HR) for ANS. Twenty-two participants watched six video clips for emotion induction (two each for negative, neutral, and positive emotions), during which electroencephalograms (EEGs) and electrocardiograms (ECGs) were recorded. Cross-correlation analyses revealed that the fluctuation of frontal alpha asymmetry synchronized with that of HR only when participants watched positive video clips. Because most participants changed their facial expression during the clips, it is possible that facial expression was induced by the synchronization of frontal alpha asymmetry and ANS activity. In addition, when they watched one of the positive clips, frontal alpha asymmetry fluctuation was preceded by HR variation. This indicated that ANS response might influence activity of cerebral area where frontal alpha asymmetry arises.

セキュリティの考慮には専門的知識が必要であり,一般のエンジニアが安全なソフトウェアを開発するのは難しい.個々のセキュリティ機能がいかに安全に作られていても,その設定や使い方が間違っている場合,それがシステムの脆弱性になってしまう.そこを攻撃され,重要な情報が漏洩してしまう可能性があるため,セキュリティは注意深く開発する必要がある.そこで,セキュリティの専門知識を整理し,セキュリティの正しい再利用を促進するためのソフトウェアパターンとして,セキュリティパターンが注目されている.本稿では,セキュリティパターンの技術の研究動向と,今後のセキュリティパターンの展望を解説する.

The writer determined fault parameters of the great Kanto earthquake of 1923 on the basis of the geodetic data by triangulation and levelling. Thus he attempted to establish a dislocation model which reasonably explains all the available data on the surface displacements associated with this earthquake. Basically the fault line is assumed to extend from the Kozu area southeastward with its strike N45°W, parallel to the trend of the Sagami trough. The shape of the fault plane is assumed to be a rectangular plane. The fault models which was finally accepted is as follows. total length: 130km, width: 65km, dip. 45° and a fault displacement : 6 m (right lateral strike slip) and 3 m (reverse dip slip). Generally speaking, this earthquake seems to indicate a differential movements of the two crustal plates bounded by the Sagami trough. The fault's dimension, geometry and direction of the slip are all in good harmony with the seismological evidence on wave radiation.|1923年の関東大地震の震源パラノーターを地殻変動を使つて推定した.

This paper attempts to illustrate the conflicts between adolescents and their parents in the perspective of adolescent psychology. Traditional adolescent psychology has indicated that the conflicts are normative in adoloscents' separation from their parents. However, contemporary emipirical studies have suggesuted that it is shown if familial system is inadequate to the increament in their autonomy and that adolescents-parents attachment promotes their independence. The self-reporoted descriptions by Japanese university and college students suggest that the conflicts are not always attributed to familial inadequacy and that familial inadequacy does not always bring the conflicts. Thus the third model is suggested.

治療的電気刺激(TES)の作用機序を解明する目的で,脳卒中患者15名の前脛骨筋にTESを行い,その前後で,ヒラメ筋H波と前脛骨筋H波を指標とし,前脛骨筋とヒラメ筋間の2シナプス性Ia相反抑制を観測した.前脛骨筋Ia線維からヒラメ筋へのIa相反抑制は15名中6名が有意に増加し,一方,ヒラメ筋Iaから前脛骨筋へのIa相反抑制は,前脛骨筋にH波の誘発可能であった3名全ての患者が有意に減少した.TESは,電気刺激した筋肉の抑制介在ニューロンからその拮抗筋の運動ニューロンと抑制介在ニューロンへのシナプスの伝達効率を増強させ,それが,主動筋の随意性の向上,拮抗筋の痙縮の抑制に関与している可能性が示唆された.

本論文では,イスラム諸国における美術教育の包括的な特色と傾向について,特にイスラムという宗教との関連性に焦点を当てて明らかにした。イスラムを文化的基盤とする世界では,人物・動物表現が忌避されるなど美術表現に関してある種のタブーが存在することが知られているが,イスラムを国教とする敬虔な国々であっても,美術教育に相当する教科は存在している。それらの教科は概して,子どもの自己表現を重んじる近代美術教育の流れを汲むものであり,イスラムに関連する表現を学ぶような例は皆無である。しかし,多くのイスラム諸国において,人物・動物表現に対する是非や個人主義的な美術表現への疑問といった,イスラムと美術教育とのデリケートな問題が生じていることが明らかとなり,ムスリムの子どもに適した美術教育の必要性が考察された。
