今回の実験においては,各音楽刺激による各生理反応の変化,加えて被験者の心理的な指標を計り,曲調の違う3パターンのカノンで,いかに音楽を聴取する人が「癒し効果」に至るのかを検証してきた。癒しの効果がある音楽を提示するには,本来複雑な要素が重なり合って初めて成立するものだと考えられる。音楽の持つ構成要素として,メロディ・リズム・ハーモニー以外にも,音色,緩急と強弱。さらに,これらの総合的な配置や組み合わせにより,生み出される音の厚み,透明度,騒音性,立体感など。またそれらの変化が織成す音の流れの力動や波動,緊張や弛緩によって「癒し」効果は生まれてくるのではないかと推察される。さらには,その効果を引き出すための音楽を聴く環境にも配慮しなければならない。「目的」で述べたように,現代の社会では音楽による癒し効果が更に求められてくるであろう。医療の現場においてもその効果が,着目されており,その重要性は日毎に増すばかりである。そうした中で,最大限のリラクゼーション効果を得るためには,音楽の繊細さ,複雑さを充分に理解した上で使用しなければならない。科学的に分析する上で,被験者(人間)の嗜好性やその時の感情,環境などの要素を,複合,多面的に検証する必要がある。そのことを踏まえ,今後,より普遍的で個人に寄り添った研究・考察を重ねていかなければならないと考える。

質問応答システムの研究は,TREC8やAAAIにおいても重要な問題として位置づけられている.本研究では,自然言語で書かれた知識データと質問文を,類似度に基づいて照合することにより,全自動で解を取り出すシステムを作成した.このシステムの有効性を確かめるために,TREC8のホームページや英検の問題から取ったサンプルデータで実験したところ,良好な結果を得た.Research on question-answering systems is now considered to be extremely important in TREC8 and AAAI. In this paper, we constructed a question answering system which matches a question with knowledge-based data written in natural language and automatically selects the answer. We tested this system using sample data taken from TREC8's homepages and Eiken textbooks, and obtained good results.

江戸時代に医学教育研究のために10体余の木製人体骨格模型(木骨)が制作された。現存するのは星野木骨(身幹儀,1792年制作),各務木骨(1810年頃),奥田木骨2体(1820年頃),及び各務小木骨である。私たちは科研費により前4者と関連事項について調査研究した。真骨は全て刑死人のものであり,全ての木骨で舌骨が欠損している。星野木骨は医師,星野良悦が工人,原田孝次に制作させた等身大の成人男性骨格模型で,全ての模骨が揃っている。各骨は原則として別々に作られ,〓と〓孔で結合できる。骨は薄い茶色に,軟骨は白く塗られている。頭蓋冠は切っていないが,X線撮影及び内視鏡観察により,頭蓋内の構造も作られ,ほとんどが正確に頭蓋内外を連絡していた。各務木骨は医師,各務文献が田中某に作らせた等身大の成人男性骨格であるが,かなりの骨が欠損している。各骨は〓と〓孔で連結する。頭蓋は木片を繋ぎ合わせて作り,表面に和紙を張って薄茶色に彩色している。頭蓋冠は斜めに切られ,頭蓋内構造を観察できる。奥田木骨2体は同じ骨をモデルとし,奥田万里が細工師・池内某(またはその工房)に彫らせた等身大の成人女性骨格である。桧材を精巧に彫って形作り,一部の軟骨のみを白または褐色に彩色している。頭蓋は頭蓋冠を水平断し,内部構造が見える。奥田木骨は椅座位で展示できるように専用の台座や支柱があり,胸郭や骨盤は一体化し,組み立ての装具に工夫が見られる。各部の精粗については,それぞれの木骨で長短があるが,当時の日本にあった解剖学書の図に比べて極めて正確である。木骨は人骨を座右において観察できなかった江戸時代の医師が作らせた我国特有の医学資料で,正確・精巧に作られており,当時の医師の探究心,工人の観察眼の確かさ,技術の高さを伝える貴重な資料である。

Many theorists suggest that an individual's past relationship experiences with his or her own parents are carried forward and reenacted in subsequent relationships, especially present relationships established with his or her own children. This notion of intergenerational transmission of caregiver-child relationships originated in psychoanalytic theories, and later came to be explored in association with child-maltreatment, attachment, and so on. Bowlby postulated that children internalize their transactional patterns with caregivers and construct representational models, i. e. "internal working models", of self and other in attachment relationships, and that these models, used to perceive and appraise informations and to plan future actions, then govern relationship patterns with others. Currently Bowlby's concept of "internal working models" offers a new framework for understanding intergenerational transmission of attachment relationships. In this paper, a wide variety of theoretical, clinical, and empirical studies concerning this theme were reviewed, and, in addition, directions for continued research were discussed.

<b>Objective.</b> The objective of this study is to comprehend how much environment-related issues are dealt in the current home economics in full detail to examine the possibility of introducing Life Cycle Thinking (LCT) into curriculum of home economics. The authors applied text mining to plural home economics textbooks from the elementary school to the high school to clarify the difference of use of the environment-related elements - "sustainable society", "LCA" etc. In addition, the difference among schools and publishing companies were also analyzed.<BR><b>Results and Discussion.</b> "Daily life" and "family" were the main topic of elementary school and "environment" was also included in it and "environment" was strongly connected with word "think." In junior high school, "environment" was treated in the family life in the community and had a tendency to be connected with consumption behavior in real life. In high school, there were not many words that had strong ties with "environment" and "environment" came to be treated broader in the various issues of whole society. The word "green consumer" was appeared once in the junior high school textbook, and the word "LCA" was appeared for the first time in the high school textbook. Both were seen only just with the explanation of the concepts. While environmental concepts were linked close to concrete daily actions at the junior high school, the link became weakened at the high school. A problem of missing link that environmental education did not lead to behavioral change was implicated.<BR><b>Conclusions.</b> The current work showed that the textbook or the curriculum of junior high school seemed most appropriate to adopt LCA to promote environmental-friendly actions because "environment" was treated as a close issue as daily activities, especially consumption behaviors. It can be also proposed to increase more practical contents which connect an environment concept to a concrete action in the textbook of the high school where "LCA" was first appeared.<BR>

がんと免疫に関する研究の進展を背景に,現在がん治療のためのがんワクチンの開発が世界的に進められている.我々は,がんに対する獲得免疫におけるキラーT細胞,ヘルパーT細胞および抗原提示細胞の重要性に注目して設計した新しい多価性がんワクチン「CHPがんタンパク質ワクチン」の開発を進めている.本ワクチンはキラーT細胞とヘルパーT細胞の同時活性化を達成するために全長の抗原タンパク質を用い,抗原タンパク質の抗原提示細胞への効率的な送達とクロスプレゼンテーションを促す新規抗原デリバリーシステムCHPを取り入れている点を特徴としている.本ワクチンは臨床・非臨床・GMP製造の各ステップにおけるアカデミアと企業の協奏的な努力の末に現在,実用化を目指して国内外で治験が進められている.
