(1)フライパン上で,油を少量あるいは薄膜の状態で加熱すると,揚げ鍋等での大量の油の加熱に比べ,加熱時間が短いにもかかわらず,油の劣化はかなり激しい。(2)キャベツを実際に妙めた際には,油のみの加熱の場合ほどの劣化はみられなかったが,やはり,揚物油より劣化が著しかった。(3)薄膜状態での加熱油をケイ酸カラムクロマトグラフィーで分別したところ,グリセリドニ量体が形成されていることが確認された。特に,有毒グリセリドダイマーと思われる区分が3%程度と高く,栄養的にはあまり好ましい状態とはいえない。(4)油を薄膜で加熱すると,POV200程度まで過酸化物が蓄積することを見出した。

症例は32歳男性.発熱, 喀痰, 上腹部痛を主訴に当院内科を受診, CTで肝臓および肺内に空洞を伴う腫瘤を認めた.肝膿瘍を疑い経皮ドレナージを施行し, 同時に空洞内の造影を行ったところ横隔膜を越えて気管支まで造影され, 肝気管支瘻と診断された.メトロニダゾールとフロモキセフを使用し炎症所見は改善したため, 肺膿瘍加療目的により当科転科となる.肺病変部切除と瘻孔閉鎖を目的に開胸術を施行した.手術は前方腋窩切開で開胸し, 病変の存在する中葉の切除を行った.横隔膜からの瘻孔は癒着により閉鎖されており, その部分を脂肪織で被覆した.術後は順調に経過し退院, 現在再発を認めず経過観察中である.肝膿瘍による肝気管支瘻は本邦では稀な疾患であり, 抗生物質使用により炎症を沈静化し肺切除術を行いえた一例を経験したので報告する.

A general discussion of the Empire Regional Geography was presented by R. Ishida in 1966. Some 6400 volumes of Village Topographies were presented to the Geography Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs towards the end of the 1880's, but most of them have been scattered and lost due to the Kwanto earthquake disaster of 1923. As a result of this disaster, a book named the Empire Regional Geography, the compilation of these topographies, has never been published. However, having outlined village topographies, several editions including Regional Geography of Japan : A Summary and A Handbook of Local Administrative Divisions were published in the 1880's. While some series of duplicates of the village topographies of Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefectures were discovered and compiled for publication, few village topography-dupulicates of this enterprise were published in a series or discussed in Western Japan. It is truly significant that all of the 39 duplicates of the topographies covering the area of the present Kasaoka City and a series of the topography duplicates of all 67 villages comprising pre-Oda County were discovered. It is very rare that, in all, as many as 70 duplicates of village topographies (together with a duplicate of county topography) of the continuous region were presented as early as 1876 to the Prefectual Governor.

本論文は、70年代半ば以降の福祉国家の危機と再構成の動向にかかわって、ハイエクとフリードマンに代表される新自由主義、保守主義の理論構成の特質と諸要素の意義・限界を考察したものである。ケインズ主義的福祉国家は、市場の失敗の認識を前提していたが、かれらの理論はこれを否定し、経済変動における生産の不均衡、インフレ・強制貯蓄、恣意的な所得再分配などを、あげて「設計主義」的な政府の失敗に帰着させる点で特徴的である。貨幣的景気循環論や貨幣数量説再論がそのツールとされたが、それにもとづく「最小政府」論は、福祉国家の労資関係、社会保障などの広範な社会政策、混合経済における税・財政にわたって市場原理にゆだねるイデオロギーとして採用され、マネタリスト、公共選択学派、サプライサイダーを結びつけ、福祉国家解体の論理とされた。サッチャーリズムとレーガノミックスはその典型的な実験であったが、そこでは、政府の失敗の上に、市場の失敗が重畳し、現代国家が福祉国家としてさらに再構成されねばならない課題に直面していることを示唆した。

In the design and construction of a long beam, considerable attention should be paid to its deflection. This paper discusses a method that minimize the beam deflection by successfully utilizing the composite effect of steel beam and concrete slab. The camber of the beam to cancel its deflection can be reduced, if the beam is temporarily supported at several points until the achievement of composite effect. The error of the camber can be moreover adjusted by pushing up the supports. Also presented is a practical application of the method to the long span crossed beam in a highrize office building.
