Data center has been built with spread of cloud computing. Further, electric power consumption of it is growing rapidly. High power cooling fans are used for servers in the data center and there is a strong demand to increase power of it because of increase of quantity of heat from the servers. Contra-rotating rotors have been adopted for some of the high power cooling fans. It is important to clarify complicated internal flow condition and influence of a geometric shape of the cooling fans on performance and internal flow condition to achieve the high performance cooling fans. The performance characteristics of the front and rear rotor of high power contra-rotating small-sized cooling fan is clarified by numerical analysis and design guideline to improve the performance is discussed.

Tokyo National Research Institute for Cultural Properties has regularly been making recordings of performances of kodan (with focus on long repertory) since 2002. Following is a list of actual performances recorded from March 2002 to February 2020. The project is scheduled to be continued in the future. Performances are recorded both audio-visually and stored at the Institute. Since the recordings are made for purposes of research and transmission, they are not for the time being intended to be made public. However, it is possible to access these recordings for the purposes mentioned above.

This paper presents a sensorless control of IPMSM using an estimated axis error on the basis of an extended emf. In the sensorless control method using a rotational axis model, the approximated model is generally used, thus some problems exist in the sensorless control at IPMSM with a large saliency ratio. In this paper the use of a rotational axis model using an extended emf can accomplish a sensorless control on the basis of an IPMSM model without any approximation. Moreover to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method this paper shows simulation results of some kinds of drive situations and IPMSMs with various saliency ratios.

本研究は、静岡県における最近30 年間(1981 年から2010 年まで)の降水量の経年変化について調べたものである。 最近30 年間における変化傾向(回帰係数)を調べた結果、県北部の山間部(井川、梅ヶ島、白糸)及び伊豆半島中部(湯ヶ島)と東部(稲取、網代)で正のトレンドが、県の西部では負のトレンドが卓越していた。しかし、統計的に有意なトレンドは全地点で検出されなかった。 最近30 年間における降水量の経年変化の特徴をより詳細に明らかにすべく、残差和曲線による解析を6 地点(浜松、御前崎、静岡、三島、石廊崎、網代)を対象に行った。その結果、浜松と石廊崎では30 年間の始めから中頃までは上昇傾向、中頃から期間終わりまでは下降傾向がそれぞれ見られた。網代においては、30 年間の始めごろは下降傾向、期間の中頃から終わりにかけては上昇傾向を示していた。御前崎、静岡、三島については、特に目立った特徴は見られなかった。

Beginning as early as Genji Monogatari and continuing to the present, women writers have had a significant impact on Japanese canon. Their perspectives present a critical view of the social structure and its effects on the lives of women, both in fiction and in factual biographical accounts. This essay posits that many female authors from modern Japan defied gender stereotypes and wrote about the difficulties that women faced. To illustrate this point further, Oba Minako (1930-2007) is introduced as an exemplary author who succeeded in her career despite many potential obstacles. Oba's writing combines imagery of women's power in the literary tradition as well as motifs from Japanese mythology to express a deep-seated anxiety with regard to the individuation process. Her short story "Yamamba no Bisho" examines this theme from the perspective of a psychic witch haunted by her supernatural abilities. Through an analysis of this story, the author will theorize that these abilities embody women's dual desire to both conform to the existing power structure and to reject it.

(1) 鶏骨を水とともに煮沸してスープをとり、官能試験を行なうとともに、抽出された窒素化合物と糖類の量の変化を経時的に追跡した。(2) スープは、時間経過に従い、色はわずかに褐色化し、 3 時間煮沸すると、鶏臭がやわらぎ、味も丸味を帯びてくる。(3) 窒素化合物は、時間経過に従って増加し、過塩素酸可溶性窒素化合物も同様な傾向を示した。(4) 全糖は、加熱によってスープへの移行が急速に増加し、還元糖は、3 時間以上加熱すると減少する。(5) 薄層クロマトグラフ法によって、ブドー糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖を検出した。

This article aims to make clear the reasons of the absence of “the sovereign” in the contemporary theory of sovereignty. This article sheds light on the ontology of the sovereign which has been composed in current political theory such as Negri=Hardt and Laclau in order to reveal conceptual features of the sovereign. This article argues that the concept of the sovereign contains the political instance which provides the concrete meanings of the sovereign and, therefore, is changeable through public processes. Section 1 analyzes some of typical theories of sovereignty and refers to a common feature that the theory of the sovereign is absent. Section 2 confirms that there is a gap between the universal people and the particular nation in terms of the sovereign's existence. Then, Section 3 considers the conceptual relationship between politics and the sovereign. “The sovereign” is not theoretically required because it is provided by real politics.
