This article describes the results of a study that reveals previously hidden facts from a large amount of behavioral data currently being collected in the educational field (educational big data) by individually excluding those factors that affect human behavior on the basis of cognitive psychological findings. Furthermore, actual cases are presented to show that the information revealed in this study can be a driving force for changing the learning behavior of individual children, and consequently solve various educational problems. In order to extract meaningful information from the big data collected from human behavior, a deep understanding of human behavior is essential. Conversely, with a deep understanding of humans, big data that are a simple mass of information could become an abundant source of information.

In this article, I have referred to the current state of child abuse in Japan and listed serious problems in solving from the viewpoint of the criminal law. The prevention of child abuse is indispensable to constructing of social systems and it needs multidisciplinary corporation with the other organizations and various occupations like the Multidisciplinary Team. We have to continuously study and share experience that leads to protect child from abusing and prevent child abuse. The childhood sexual abuse is one of child abuses that victims are forced to be imposed a lot of emotional burden and the most of victims has frequently suffered from PTSD. Especially in the case that perpetrators are father by birth or teacher. In such case the victims are forced more difficulties in recovery due to self-reproach. So childhood sexual abuse should be considered this status and take measures to prevent from the viewpoint of the public health. I would like to propose three new provisions for childhood sexual abuse in order to prevent childhood sexual abuse and regain the victim's self-esteem. 【Proposal 1】Make a new provision that the age of object raises from 13 to 14 in case of crimes of rape and forcible indecency. 【Proposal 2】Make a new provision to forbid childhood sexual abuse by a person who is at a certain position like a person being relatives, the one living with a child obliged to care for, or the one obliged to teach or guide.

日本各地から入手した我が国の代表的な飲料水の分析成績をもとにこれらの飲料水の人工合成を行うとともに, その官能試験を順位法により行った。さらに, この官能試験結果をもとに, 水の味に関するミネラル成分バランスにつき検討を加え次の知見を得た。(1) 日本各地の飲料水の分析値に基づき人工ミネラルウォーターの合成を試み, 分析値に近い人工ミネラルウォーターが調製できる事が判かった。(2) 人工ミネラルウォーターの官能試験を順位法にて行った結果, 従来からおいしいとされてきた水前寺公園の湧水, 熊本の水, 奈良二月堂の井水と同等のミネラル組成をもつ人工ミネラルウォーターが, 試験した人工ミネラルウォーターの中でおいしいと判定された。(3) 官能試験で供試人工ミネラルウォーターに各パネリストがつけた順位点の合計値 (Tj値) と主要ミネラル成分との相関関係の検討から, Ca, K, SiO2が人工ミネラルウォーターの良い味に関係していることが判かった。(4) 飲料水のおいしさを表す指標 (OI) として, OI= (Ca+K+SiO2) / (Mg+SO4) を提案し, この指標によりおいしい水の判定がある程度可能であることを明らかにした。

農学部附属演習林では,平成15年6月17目(火),加藤鐵夫林野庁長官を講師に招き,「日本の森林整備の方向と課題」についての特別講演会を開催し,約130名の教職員及び学生が参加しました.初めに,小川演習林長から,大学演習林をとりまく情勢についての挨拶がありました.続いて,加藤長官から平成13年度の森林・林業基本法の制定に伴う森林政策の現状と施業,林野庁の地球温暖化防止森林吸収源十ヵ年対策の策定(生産林から環境林への転換,バイオマス・ニッポン総合戦略の推進,地域との共生等),国際的な林業事情,木材価格の現状等について,林業政策の責任者として具体的に,わかりやすい講演があり,これに対し,学生から絶滅危惧種の保護の考え,シカの被害と保護の考え等についての質疑がありました.以上,当日の行われた講演内容を演習林報告に記載し,森林にたずさわる教育・研究者及び院生・学生諸君の参考に供したいと思います.

This paper reports research outlines and safety issues from an experimental study conducted recently by Japan Automobile Research Institute on the fire safety, including existing safety measures, of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles (“HFCV”). One of the concerns about the fire safety of vehicles equipped with a compressed hydrogen cylinder is the proper presence and function of a pressure relief device (“PRD”) designed to release hydrogen gas from the cylinder at the detection of a fire. Since bursting energy in a 70-MPa high pressure compressed hydrogen cylinder can reach 2.4 - 4.2kg in TNT equivalent in case of PRD failure, every necessary step must be taken to prevent PRD malfunction. If the PRD of a 35-MPa hydrogen cylinder is activated, an upward flame of as high as 10m is generated for about 1 minute. However, this short-lived flame is not thermally sufficient for adjacent vehicles to catch fire; HFCV on fire are equivalent with CNG and gasoline vehicles on fire in terms of their thermal impact on surroundings. Furthermore, HFCV fire can be extinguished by an spraying of water while dispensing with any special fire fighting measures.

<p>おそ下がりは,アクセント核に後続するモーラに基本周波数の下がり目が生じる現象である。本研究では,東京方言話者の男性21名,女性27名,計48名が読み上げた230語の単語音声を対象にしておそ下がりの生起条件を調査した。その結果,おそ下がりは(1)男性よりも女性の方が生じやすい,(2)中高型よりも頭高型の語に現れやすい,(3)語に含まれるモーラ数が多い方が現れやすい,(4)アクセント核のあるモーラに後続するモーラに広母音を持つ語で現れやすいことが示された。</p>

サービス産業の発展に伴い,サービスの価値は顧客と企業(従業員)とが共創する「サービス・ドミナント・ロジック」や,従業員満足・顧客満足・企業利益の関係を示す「サービス・プロフィット・チェーン」という考え方が重要であると認識されて来ている。本研究では,タイプ別サービス効果分析システムを用いて顧客のタイプ分け,従業員のタイプ分けを行い,さらにサービス・ドミナント・ロジックやサービス・プロフィット・チェーンに基づき,従業員と顧客の双方がベネフィットを得られる関係を構築するために,顧客のロイヤリティや従業員のサービス品質,従業員満足の因果関係の構造を分析することで,価値を共創することができる顧客と従業員のマッチング方法を提案する。
