今年は長野県スキー発祥100周年である。本稿では、「人口減少に向き合う地域」として、長野県で行われる余暇活動、山岳スポーツであり、ウィンタースポーツであるスキー・スノーボードに焦点を絞って考察した。日本の余暇の現状を分析し、余暇活動の現状を分析し、余暇活動の現場として長野県を捉え、地域の独自性や魅力は、大地のエネルギーを五感(視・聴・嗅・味・触)、場合によっては第六感で吸収するしくみをデザインすることであると指摘した。

近年,医学および獣医学から生物多様性保全に貢献する学問分野として保全医学が台頭してきている。感染症問題もこの保全医学からの視点で捉えることが大事で,有効な感染症対策を考えるには,人や家畜での病因学や疫学に関する情報に加えて,野生動物を含む自然界での宿主,ベクターおよび病原体(微生物)の生態についての知識が必要である。本稿では,ライム病および回帰熱Borrelia spp.,Anaplasma spp.,Ehrlichia spp.,Candidatus Neoehrlichia sp.およびBabesia spp.といったマダニ媒介性感染症を例にとり,動物宿主-ベクター-病原体の関係を“disease ecology”の観点から眺める。

The number of CT examinations has increased over the last decade using multidetector CT. With the development of technology, multidetector CT, enabling scan faster and wider, can be used as a one-stop-shop procedure in many clinical settings. Routine CT scan protocols are necessary to meet the growing clinical demands. However, we often encounter situations where routine protocols are not enough to assess a patient's condition and specify the diagnosis. Tips for CT image acquisition that can help diagnosis and treatment are discussed through case presentations.

Taehyun 太賢 commented on the Fanwang-jing 梵網経 in his Pommanggyong kojokki 梵網経古迹記,and saw it as the One Vehicle teaching 一乗教.He accepted the trividhāni śīlāni and included the Precepts for the seven groups of disciples 七衆戒 and the Yogācāra precepts in the precepts of the Fanwang-jing 梵網戒.In addition, he cited the Yogācāra precepts as a basis for the non-transgression 無違犯 of Bodhisattvas.Taehyun is the founder of the Silla Yogācāra School, and it is natural that he quotes Yogācāra precepts. However, he did not comment on the Yogācāra precepts as did Seungjang 勝荘,but cited the Yogācāra precepts as the basis of his commentary.In this study I confirm the characteristics of quotations from the trividhāni śīlāni and Yogācāra precepts in Taehyun’s Pommanggyong kojokki. And I examine how it had an influential relation with commentaries later tham Zhiyi 智顗.I further confirm the location of Taehyun in the history of commentaries on the Fanwang-jing.

We report a 25-year-old woman who complained of an increasing throat pain. Physical examination revealed that the mucosa of her oropharynx exhibited butterfly appearance and serological testing showed high RPR and TPHA titers. According to these findings, we diagnosed it as pharyngeal syphilis. After treatment with oral penicillin, the pharyngeal lesion was improved. Because of the increase in the commercial sexual activities, consultations for sexually transmitted diseases of the oropharynx are increasingly common.

HPV ワクチンの接種が推奨されていた世代に属する大学1,2年生女子の子宮頸がんとその予防に関する知識,子宮頸がんと子宮頸がん検診に対する態度の状況を把握することを目的とし,2014 年度に質問紙調査を行い,393 人の結果について分析した.HPV ワクチン接種者は62.3% で,子宮頸がん,HPV ワクチン,子宮頸がん検診の用語は知っていても,子宮頸がんとその予防に関する詳細な内容の理解は十分ではなかった.子宮頸がんに罹患する可能性と子宮頸がん検診の有益性を認識していた者は10% 台で,20 歳からの子宮頸がん検診受診の意識が非常に高かった者は18.6% であった.子宮頸がんとその予防に関する教育を受けた者は29.5%,20 歳からの子宮頸がん検診の受診を周囲から勧められた者は8.4% であり,10 代後半女性の子宮頸がんとその予防に関する理解と認識を深めるために,養護教諭や医師などの専門職がこれらの情報を積極的に提供することが必要であると考えられた.
