近年、携帯電話上で絵文字を利用したメールや、モバイルカメラで撮影した写真に簡単な加工を施して他人に送信するなどの、画像を利用したコミュニケーションが盛んに行われている。しかし、現在は、携帯電話上でユーザが自由に画像を作成することはできず、利用できる画像は、端末内にあらかじめ用意さらたものや、Web上からダウンロードされたものに限定される。そこで、筆者らは自作の画像による携帯電話でのコミュニケーションを可能にするツールとしてCONTE(Canvas ON mobile TElephone)を提案する。本稿では、CONTEシステムを設計、実装し、比較研究とアンケート調査による評価を行った。評価結果より携帯電話を用いたお絵描きツールの有効性が示された。In recent years, mobile communications with not only texts but also pictures have been widely used. For example, we can send e-mail including face marks and a pictures taken by a mobile camera. However, we cannot use original images in e-mail and draw graffity on a picture. We can use only images downloaded from hosts the Internet or prepared in mobile phones. In this paper, we propose a drawing tool CONTE(Canvas ON mobile TElephone) for mobile phones with Java virtual machine. In this study, we have designd and implemented the CONTE. In addition, we have evaluated the system by comparing images written by mouse with drawn by CONTE and questionnaires about the interface of the CONTE. From the evaluation result, the validity of the draw tool using mobile phone was shown.

「おもしろいなあ.だって, グリーンとケミストリーって, ほとんど逆の概念でしょう?」.科学部のある記者が, 「グリーンケミストリー」の話を聞いてこんな感想をもらした.2年前の秋のことだ.さらにその記者は続けて, 「つまりは, 化学のイメージ挽回作戦ですね」.なるほどそういう見方もあるのかと, ちょっと驚いたが, 化学物質による環境汚染や毒性と結びつけて考えられがちな化学のイメージを考えれば, さほどとっぴな見方ではないかもしれないと, 思い直した.この記者は文科系出身, とくに化学にくわしいというわけではなかったが, それだけに, ごく普通の感覚に近いといえるかもしれない.

In this report, use and the effect of the BIM construction data in M/E design calculation that we have been actually applying for several years are described. Concretely, it reports on the system that achieves the coupling simulation of natural ventilation calculation and thermal load calculation by using BIM.

In 2009 The Democratic Party of Japan( DPJ) led by HATOYAMA Yukio, leader of the party, tookoffice after the general election of The Lower House in Japan. This meant a historic change of the centralgovernment in Japan, because over these five decades The Liberal Democratic Party of Japan(LDP) had been in office. In the field of education policy DPJ changed some of the former policy. For example families withchildren under 15 became to get child allowance. The first law provided 13,000 yen a month per childuntil graduation from junior high school. The second law effectively eliminates tuition fees at publichigh schools and provides tuition aid to students attending private high schools. Concerning this policy DPJ Noda administration got cancellation of the reservation of the clause offree education policy of International Covenants on Human Rights( 1966) on 24 September 2012. Thismeant also very significant change in education policy. As a rule of thumb, however, DPJ rapidly lost the support by the people due to the bad handling ofthe government, which lead to the change of government. Thus LDP again got office in 2012. LDP Abeadministration has started to enforce the reactionary policy especially in the fields of local educationadministration and school textbook authorization system. Such policy would undoubtedly have a negativeeffect on Japanese education.

Concretely, it reports on the following items, outline of composition of BIM use system, automation in thermal load calculation, automation in PAL calculation, automation in natural ventilation calculation, use in rough estimate of equipment, and other use.
