本稿の目的は,下記の2つの問い(RQ)について,長年にわたり多文化保育を行ってきた横浜中華保育園を事例とし,おもに保育者へのインタビュー調査をもとに明らかにすることである。特に本稿では,保育者ストラテジーの観点から,保育者の問題対処の仕方を描き出す。 RQ1:外国につながりのある子どもに関して,現在どのような問題が生じているのか RQ2:保育者たちは,そうした問題に対して,日常的にどのように対処しているのか分析の結果,以下の知見が見出された。第1に,横浜中華保育園では,認可園への移行後,園環境及び子ども・保護者の変化が見られた。子どもや保護者の文化的・経済的背景の変容である。特に幼児クラスでは,新たに中国から来た日本語が分からない子どもが増加していた。第2に,そうした言語に関わる問題に対して,保育者は,「子どもは自然と慣れていく」といった乳幼児観に基づき,過度な援助・介入は行わない,「見守る」基本姿勢をストラテジーとして採用し,子どもの成長・発達,自発的な互助に委ねた対処をしていた。第3に,それと同時に,同僚の保育者や園長,幼児,保護者といった「他者」を資源として活用する「協働ストラテジー」を駆使し,日本語が分からない子どもや保護者への対応という,日常的に生じる問題の解決も行っていた。また,協働ストラテジーは,園内の限られた構造的条件の中で,保育者が自らの目的・目標を達成する上で有効に活用されていることが示された。

Error factors in sensorless cutting force estimation under ball-screw-driven stage were discussed. In addition, their influence on estimation accuracy was experimentally evaluated through several end milling tests. Because rigid body-based formulation is difficult in ball-screw-driven stage, estimation principle of cutting force needs to be formulated considering interaction between rotation and translation to enhance estimation accuracy of the cutting force. Simulation results revealed that phase lag element between current and position/angle response was non-negligible in higher frequencies as well as measurement error of acceleration due to numerical differential. Therefore, both phase lag compensation and high-resolution encoders are necessary. Fluctuations of disturbance force and acceleration synchronizing rotation of servomotor were classified in terms of their period: comparatively low-frequency fluctuations ranging from submillimeter to millimeter resulting from mechanical elements; high-frequency fluctuations with period of several micrometers resulting from interpolation error of encoder signal. The former can be eliminated more effectively than the latter, because preliminary identification is possible based on position dependency and repeatability. On the other hand, the latter needs to be eliminated by signal processing, because preliminary identification including phase is difficult. The result of milling tests revealed that it was possible to enhance estimation accuracy of the cutting force by constructing estimation system considering the above error factors.

The volatile compounds obtained from the different organs of Houttuynia cordata (Saururaceae) and Litsea cubeba (Lauraceae) were analyzed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS), Headspace Solid Phase Micro Extraction-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC/MS), and GC/olfactometry (GC/O). The major component of all parts of H. cordata is assigned as 4-tridecanone. Each organ produces myrcene as the major monoterpenoid. The major monoterpene in the rhizomes and roots was β-pinene instead of myrcene. 1-Decanal which was responsible for the unpleasant odor of this plant, was the predominant polyketide in both leaves and stems. The presence of 1-decanal was very poor in flowers, stem collected in summer, rhizomes, and roots. GC/MS analyses were very simple in case of the crude extracts of flowers. The content of sesquiterpenoids was extremely poor. (8Z)-Heptadecene, geranial, and neral were detected as the major components in Litsea cubeba. Odor-contributing components by GC/O analysis of the ether extract of the fresh flowers of L. cubeba were neral and geranial which played an important role in sweet-lemon fragrance of the flowers. The role of a high content of (8Z)-heptadecene was still unknown but it might play a significant role in the dispersion of the volatile monoterpene hydrocarbons and aldehydes. The flower volatiles of the Japanese L. cubeba were chemically quite different from those of the Chinese same species.

現在、津波から適切に避難するための手法や情報伝達のありかたが活発に議論されている。本研究では、津波等の災害発生時の避難行動を支援するスマートフォンアプリ「デジタル皆助ナビ」を開発し、内閣府「南海トラフの巨大地震モデル検討会」によって全国最大の34mの津波高が想定されている高知県黒潮町において実証実験を行った。 災害発生時は津波浸水や液状化、建物倒壊などで平時とは全く状況が変わるため、従来のカーナビ等の誘導の仕組みを用いることができない。そこで本研究では、ハザードマップや現地調査で得られた「リスクが高い地点」をアプリ上に明示し危険な進行方向に進んだ場合には「この先危険!」などと警告を出すことにより、避難行動を支援する。

都道府県による病害虫雑草防除基準の作成を支援するため, クライアント・サーバ型の農薬登録情報取得・編集システムを提案し, 開発を行った. 6県の病害虫雑草防除基準の内容を調査したところ, 県ごとに書式は異なるが作物ごとの農薬使用基準表などのデータ項目は共通部分が多いことがわかった. このため, 更新頻度の高い農薬登録情報のデータベースをサーバ側で一括管理し, Webを通して農薬使用基準データの提供を行うとともに, 各クライアント側でサーバから任意にデータを取得して編集を行うシステムが妥当であると考えた. 開発したシステムの構成は, 農薬登録情報のデータベース (農薬ナビDB) から農薬使用基準データを抽出して配信するサーバ側アプリケーション「農薬ナビDBサーバ」, ならびに, 対象とする農薬, 作物, 病害虫雑草に応じて農薬使用基準データを取得し並べ替え・集計等の編集を行うクライアント側アプリケーション (以下, クライアントアプリ) からなる. クライアントアプリは利用目的に応じて多数の種類があってよいが, 汎用性の高いクライアントアプリとして, データ検索・取得の操作性を追求した「ACFinder for 農薬ナビ」, ならびにデータの取得後に任意に編集可能な「ACLoader」を開発した. クライアントアプリ上でデータの並べ替え, 集計, 二次検索, 追記などの操作を直接行うことで, データの検索・編集に要する労力を軽減可能となる.

We report a relatively rare case of malignant lymphoma in a patient with ulcerative colitis. A 31-year-old woman visited our hospital for right cervical lymphadenopathy associated with common cold-like symptoms. She had been diagnosed as having ulcerative colitis at the age of 19 years and received treatment with salazosulfapyridine and prednisolone intermittently. CT examination revealed enlarged lymph nodes in the cervical, supraclavicular, and mediastinal lymph node regions. Histopathological examination yielded a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (peripheral T-cell lymphoma) , Stage IIB. She was treated with six cycles of combination chemotherapy with the CHOP regimen (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone) , followed subsequently by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. No evidence of relapse of ulcerative colitis was observed during the period of chemotherapy and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.

原発性免疫不全症(PID)の中には自己免疫疾患や自己炎症性疾患を呈するものが少なからず存在する.自己炎症性疾患の一病型である炎症性腸疾患(IBD)は慢性肉芽腫症やWiskott-Aldrich症候群などでときどき合併することが知られている.難治性IBDと診断されていた症例でIL-10/IL-10R欠損症が同定されたのを機に,IBDを呈するPIDが注目されるようになった.XIAP欠損症の主症状はEBウイルス関連または反復性の血球貪食性リンパ組織球症(HLH)であるが,一部にIBDを合併していることが明らかとなった.わが国のXIAP欠損症の約40%にあたる9例のXIAP欠損症でIBDを呈していた.反復するHLHの経過中にIBDを合併する症例のみならず,IBDのみを症状とする症例も認められた.治療抵抗例が多く,生物学的製剤の使用にも関わらずコントロール不良のため,腸切除に至った症例もある.わが国において小児例を中心に難治性IBDの中にはXIAP欠損症を基礎疾患とする患者が少なからず存在することは明記すべきである.1例ではあるが,臍帯血移植によって合併したIBDが寛解に至った症例がある.PIDを基礎疾患とするIBDは造血幹細胞移植の治療対象となりうるので,早期発見による治療介入により患者QOLの向上につなげたい.

酒造をはじめ, 広く食品産業全般にとっても用水の重要性は古今変ることはない。奈良朝以前より人々に水を司る神として信仰されてきた京都鴨川の川上, 鞍馬の漢谷にある貴般神社の伝承等について, 山上宮司に解説していただいた。
