This paper approaches the idea of the Japanese “Workholic” as an idea centered on such mechanisms as “satisfaction”. An old criticism of the “Workholic” is based on the suppression of the individual by the company, i. e. a passive self which is strongly dependent on a company. However, the mechanism which brings about overwork voluntarily cannot be sufficiently explained by these approaches alone. Mbreover, there are problems whih emphasizing the importance of the individual. My approach pays attention to the self not in the schema of “individual vs company” but in that of the company as a field where the self is emerged. This approach aims to explain the mechanism that the pursuit of the satisfaction lead to alienation, anomie, overwork, and over-conformity.

Im Kunstturnen befinden sich zahlreiche Ubungen kommt erst unter der planmassigen, systematischen und in der methodisch Uberdachten Weise zustande. Die Entscheidung der Drehungsrichtung um die Langenachse ist einerseits ein unerlassliches Element fur das Erlernen der Ubungen und andererseits eine wichtige Auswahl fur den Fortschritt eines Turners. Durch unsere Untersuchung uber die Drehungsrichtungen mancher Grunubungen und daruber hinaus einiger entwickelten Ubungen wird der Leitfaden der Drehungsrichtungen wie folgt klar gemacht: 1. Falls die Drehungsrichtungen um die Langenachse eines Turners beim Rondat und Salto ruckwarts am Boden verschieden sind, kann er keinen ''Uberschlag seitwarts mit 1/4 Drehung und Salto vorwarts mit 1/2 Drehung (Kasamatsu)'' am Pferdsprung ausuben. Deshalb ist es wunschensweter, die gleichen Drehungsrichtungen beim Rondat sowie dem Salto ruckwarts zu erlernen. 2. Das Anstossbein im Hopserchritt vor dem Handstanduberschlag vorwarts bzw. dem Rondat sollte eigentlich mit demselben Bein ausgeubt werden, mit dem ein Turner zum Ansprung vor dem Salto vorarts oder zum Ansprung am Pferdsprung anstosst. 3. Im Allgemein sind die unterschiedlichen Kreisrichtungen der Kreisflanke am Pauschenpferd zwischen den auslandischen Turner und den japanischen zu beobachten. Die Turner aus dem Ausland neigen die Kreisrichtung nach links, wahrend die japanischen nach rechts kreisen. Aus der neulich entwickelten Ubung ''der gespreizten Kreisflanke in den Handstand, abschwingen und die gespreizte Kreisflanke (Gogoladse)'' konnen wir feststellen, dass die Kreisrichtung nach links gunstiger ist als die nach rechts.

多分化能を持つ胚性腫瘍P19細胞を、1nMレチノイン酸存在下で浮遊培養すると、約10%の細胞塊に搏動を伴った心筋が出現する。これを長期培養後、細胞をクローン化し、通常培地では増殖し、1%ジメチルスルホン酸(DMSO)存在下で高頻度で搏動細胞に分化する細胞を選択し諸性質を検討した。CL6細胞と名付けたサブクローンは、親株のP19細胞と異なり坑SSEA-1抗体とほとんど反応しない。さらに分化は接着状態のままで誘導され、シートを形成し分化誘導後10日目に搏動が始まり、14日頃にはシート全体が搏動した。またDMSO添加後2日毎に全RNAを抽出しノーザンブロット分析を行なったところ、CL6細胞では胚性の心筋型ミオシン-α及び-βの発現が10日目から見られ、一方骨格筋特異的な分化制御因子であるMyoDやマイオジェニンの発現は検出されなかった。ウエスタンブロット分析でもミオシンの発現が10日目に始まり、これは搏動が観察される時期と一致した。この条件下ではほとんど搏動の見られないP19細胞では14日目にかすかなミオシンバンドが検出された。また搏動細胞を固定し、蛍光標識したMF20抗体、ファロイジン、坑デスミン抗体そして坑心筋型c-蛋白抗体で細胞が染色され、横紋構造が確認できた。リズミカルに搏動している細胞へのアセチルコリン及びアトロピンの添加実験では、分化細胞の搏動がムスカリン性アセチルコリン受容体によって影響を受けることを示した。また親株p19細胞の神経分化条件では、低頻度の神経分化能がみられたので、CL6細胞は心筋細胞分化にコミットメントはしていないが、p19細胞より心筋分化しやすいところに位置する細胞と考えられる。従ってCL6細胞は、心筋細胞へのコミットメントや分化のin vitroでの研究に有効と考えられ実験を進めている。

This study aimed to identify planning factors that relate effective utilization of large-scale public gymnasium for athletic meets. In this topic, the utilization states of the arena space of Yoyogi National Stadium was surveyed. The following items were considered as planning factors to effective utilization of an arena space: 1) Duration of event 2) Features of spectators, number of spectators, number of days of using the facility, the ratio of "number of spectators" to "number of days of using the facility", and period necessary for preparation for each event 3) Kind of temporary equipment and places to install the equipment 4) Load carrying capacity of floor for installing the equipment, view from spectators' seats, methods of using lighting fixtures, and methods for installing scaffolds for the equipment 5) Heavy-duty zone to install large equipment used in the event

1)尿道炎症状を主訴として外来受診した160名の男性患者およびその性的パートナー22名に対して,抗クラミジアモノクローナル抗体を用いた直接鏡検法により,クラミジア感染症の細胞学的検索を行い,53名33%の男性患者,13名59%の女性患者にPAP陽性を認めた.2) ELISA法による血清抗体測定では,PAP陽性29例中8例26%に抗体価陰性を,PAP陰性44例中7例15%に抗体価陽性を認めた.3)淋菌性および非淋菌性尿道炎のクラミジア感染の割合は,前者が36例中11例31%,後者が63例中29例46%であった.4) Minocycline 0.2 g/日またはdoxycycline 0.2 g/日によるクラミジア治療により,35例中23例66%にPAP法によるクラミジア抗原の陰性化を認めた.また平均投薬日数は50日であったThe PAP-immunocytochemistry using a monoclonal antibody against Chlamydia trachomatis was applied to male patients with clinically manifest urethritis and their female sex partners. In addition, serum levels of the antibody were determined by means of an ELISA system. Immunoperoxidase reactions were recognized on urethral scrapes in 53 (33%) out of 160 cases, and on endocervical specimens in 13 (59%) out of 22 sex partners of PAP-positive patients. In patients with gonococcal urethritis, an infection of C. trachomatis was revealed immunocytochemically in 11 (31%) out of 36 cases, and in 29 (46%) out of 62 cases with non-gonococcal urethritis. Following medication with 200 mg of minocycline or doxycycline per day, PAP staining became negative in 23 (66%) out of 35 cases. The levels of serum antibody against C. trachomatis were undetectable in 8 (26%) out of 29 PAP-positive cases, but positive in 7 (15%) out of 44 PAP-negative cases.
