8ミリビデオは1983年3月に世界規格が大筋合意したことから、各社とも製品化に向けて走り出した。しかしなぜか自社ブランドでの製品投入には二の足を踏んでいた。既存のユーザーに「あのメーカーは2分の1を切り捨てて、8ミリに走った」との印象を与えたくなかったためだ。 互換性も問題だった。各社ともカメラとビデオのマッチングに苦労していた。

本稿は, 治安という意味と生活保障という意味を包含した二重のセキュリティという観点から移民の統合政策の政策方針を論じたものである. 近年のドイツでは, 国家の構成員資格の基準が従来のエスニック同質的な価値規範ではなく, 民主主義, 法治国家の原則, 両性の平等, 政教分離といった理念的な原則を順守することに加えて, 自己統治の実践という社会経済的な原則を守ることになっている. こうした原則は国籍を超越した全人口を対象とするものである. 他方で液状化する近代, あるいは高度近代における経済的・存在論的な不安の高まりの中で, 公的な統治は移民とセキュリティ概念を結びつけ, 防衛的, 警察的な対策を推し進めて移民を排除する方針を掲げている. すなわち福祉国家の再編・統合能力の減退という問題のもと, 公的な統治はその正統性を確保するために, 福祉国家に負荷をかける, 自己統治能力のない移民が過激思想に染まるのを未然に防ぐために, ゼロ・トレランスの観点からこうした移民を排除する. その対策において決定的に重要な役割を果たすのが, 本稿で検討するように治安機関や警察などのセキュリティ対策の専門機関の有する知識・情報・実践である. こうした専門機関の役割により, 移民は道徳的モラルの観点から非難されるだけではなく, 治安管理の対象として取り締まられる. そのため移民統合政策は移民の統合を促進するよりも, その排除を推進する危うさを有している.

Anxieties about the quality of generic drugs are one of reasons why these drugs are not generally used in therapies in Japan. To reduce anxieties, we propose a statistical and objective method to evaluate the quality of generic drugs using the coefficient of variances (CVs) calculated from their pharmacokinetic parameters. CVs were estimated from AUC, Cmax, Tmax, t1/2, and MRT, which were provided as publicly-available drug information. The generic drug assessment tool (G-DAT), an original equation derived from the ratio of CVs of corresponding generic to original drugs, and the quality of generic drugs was statistically evaluated. As expected, when evaluated with G-DAT, there was little variance between original and generic drugs using 11 medicines. Antihypertensive dihydropyridines with a lower solubility were shown to have a larger CV. No significant difference in CVs was observed when famotidine and ebastine OD tablets were taken with or without water. G-DAT and the ratio of CVs (CCVs) of generic to original drugs revealed pharmacokinetic equivalences between generic and original drugs. The proposed comparative evaluation showing equivalent pharmacokinetics of generic to original drugs can be used as one solution to reduce anxieties and increase the reliability of generic drugs.

後天性免疫不全症候群(AIDS)は,ヒト免疫不全ウイルス(HIV)の感染によって引き起こされる.HIVへの感染により免疫不全が生じ,その結果,日和見感染やがんなどを発症して最終的には死に至る.AIDSの発見当初から現在に至るまで,様々な治療が試みられてきたが,いまだ根本的治療法の開発には至っていない.その理由として,一般的に知られている他のウイルスとは異なり,HIVが細胞性および液性免疫を担うヘルパーT細胞に感染し,免疫系を破壊するウイルスであること,またワクチンとして使用されるようなウイルス表面に存在する表面抗原の構造変化が,他のウイルスに比べて著しく速いスピードで起こるため,効果的な抗体を作ることが難しいことなどが挙げられる.なお,本稿は下記の文献に基づいて,その研究成果を紹介するものである.1) Picker L. The eruptive history of the Higashi Izu monogenetic volcano field for the past 32,000 years is revealed by tephrochronology and loess-chronometry. Morphology, color, and size of basaltic tephra grains are widely variable depending on the mode of the eruption; e.g., spinose red scoria are fallout from a strombolian eruption column when a scoria cone is established around the crater; yellowish green lapilli and hard tuff (kata) are products from phreatomagmatic explosions, the former being more magmatic than the latter. In the field, these discriminations are useful not only for identification of each tephra bed, but also for understanding the transition of eruptive styles during one eruptive event. Because vents are closed or sealed at the end of an eruption, an absolutely quiescence occurs between eruptive events in a monogenetic volcano field. This proves the validity of loess-chronometry. Some of the NW-SE or NE-SW trending alignments of volcanoes proved to be created by eruptive fissures; i.e., they are erupted simultaneously. Among them, the 11 km-long Iwanoyama-Iyuzan volcanic chain is the most conspicuous, which was active about 2,000 years ago. Eruptive events more than 10^9 kg of magma discharge are recognized 13 times during the past 32,000 years, so that the average frequency of eruption in this field is calculated one every 2,500 years. The last is the Iwanoyama-Iyuzan eruption. The discharge rate of magma is 100×l0^9 kg/ky for the past 32,000 years or 330×10^9 kg/ky for the past 5,000 years. The rate seems to be accelerated recently, however, it is still an order of magnitude lower than that of a polygenetic volcano such as Izu Oshima. The Kawagodaira eruption of 3,000 years ago is remarkable for two reasons: the largest with 765×10^9 kg of magma and the first appearance of rhyolite in the field.

34歳男性が左前胸部上部刺創で救急搬送された。諸検査で左血気胸,左横隔膜損傷ならびに横隔膜ヘルニアの診断となり,腹腔内臓器損傷は否定的であった。循環動態は安定しており,準緊急手術で対応可能と判断され,搬入後17時間で手術が行われた。手術所見では肺損傷は存在せず,胃穿孔が認められた。横隔膜は経胸的に縫合され,経腹的に胃損傷を修復した。十分に洗浄して閉創とし,術後に膿胸,腹腔内感染の発症はなく軽快退院した。昨今系統的な外傷診療が普及しても,体表の損傷状況から,ある程度の範囲の損傷が想定される場合は,体表受傷部位を中心とした診療となり,遠隔部位の損傷判断は疎かになりがちである。胸部穿通性外傷において横隔膜ヘルニアが存在する場合には,腹腔内臓器損傷は高率に起こり得て,消化管内容物が胸腔内へ漏出すると重症化する可能性が十分あるため,緊急手術に踏み切るべきであった。

道徳教育の資料として、スポーツを題材としたものは多い。スポーツと道徳との結びつきは、すでに明治年間に見られ、旧制中学校の生徒自身もスポーツが精神の向上に資するという主張を行っていた。日清戦争後の時期は、国家を担う人物の身体の養成という観点で精神的側面は希薄であったが、日露戦争前後には、文弱・奢侈といった青年批判論に呼応し、運動の精神的な意義を主張するようになった。さらに1910年代の野球害毒論に対する反論として、野球を修養の手段として論じるものも現れた。このように、時代状況や外部からの批判に応じ、運動の精神性や道徳的意義を主張する論が生徒の側からも生まれたといえるだろう。

In my previous research note "OSANAI Kaorus religious faith and that time" (2015), I argued that OSANAI had followed several religions in his life. Around 1900, he briefly became a Christian. Thereafter, he was closely involved with new religions: Shiseiden around 1916 and Omoto-kyo around 1920. Whereas he held these faiths temporarily, OSANAI was interested in spiritualism throughout his life. It is necessary to consider this tendency in his theatrical work. This paper discusses OSANAI Kaorus play Daiichi no Sekai (The First World), focusing on his religious faith and spiritualism. This play was written for a Kabuki actor, ICHIKAWA Sadanji II, performed by the Sadanji troupe in 1921. Until now, Daiichi no Sekai has been explored only in terms of its mysticism or symbolism, however this paper focuses on its connection to an autobiographical novel by a devout Christian: Shisen wo Koete (Before the Dawn) by KAGAWA Toyohiko. It is important to note that OSANAI had directed Shisen wo Koete, dramatized by the Shimpa (the new school), in the month prior to the opening performance of Daiichi no Sekai. Specifically, this paper focuses on the reflection of OSANAIs feelings in the characters of Yamanaka, the man of the house, and Shimamura, the orphan houseboy.
