赤かび病菌Fusarium graminearumはトリコテセン系かび毒を産生し穀類を汚染する病原菌である.トリコテセン類は安定性が高く,分解・除去が困難であるため,かび毒の産生そのものを制御する手段の確立が望まれている.我々は赤かび病菌のトリコテセン系かび毒の産生制御に向けた制御化合物の探索を行っている.理化学研究所天然物化合物バンク(NPDepo)から供与される化合物を直接,毒素誘導条件下の菌体に処理してトリコテセン産生への影響を調べる方法に加え,化合物アレイを用いてトリコテセン生合成酵素の阻害剤を探索している.本稿では,これらの手法によって現在までに得られつつある有用化合物に関する活性評価と作用機作についての概要を紹介する.

In the semiotic study of art till today, the main subject has usually been the meaning of art. It is presupposed that the art as work of art has a meaning. A sign or sign-complex, however, comes to function properly and its meaning ton be posited. only through sign behaviors of interpretants This fact shows us that the previous semiotic research is not satisfactory and that we must pay attention to this aspect of art and the relation between works of art and conducts of artists. This important problem has been already suggested by many critics of modern art, who regard the meaning of artists' conducts as more meaningful than that of works of art themselves. But the possibility of objectification of such approach must be examined more accurately.

Three cases of intrascrotal rupture of the testis were presented. Case 1: A 21-year-old student got a kick at his left scrotum during Kwarate training. On the third posttraumatic day, the ruptured tunica albuginea was surgically sutured. Case 2: A 25-year-old man fell from the height and got the right scrotum injured. On the third posttraumatic day, the ruptured tunica albuginea was sutured. Case 3: A 58-year-old man got an injury at his right scrotum due to traffic accident while on a motorcycle. It was on the tenth posttraumatic day that the operation was performed. Because the tunica albuginea was so extensively injured, orchiectomy was necessitated. Histological findings of the ruptured testes were described. The rat testes were experimentally ruptured and histological study was made several times after trauma in order to investigate the changes with time.

Traumatic rupture of the testicle is rare because of the protection afforded by surrounding structures. Many clinicians now speculate that this entity is underreported due to misdiagnosis. However, the condition should not be overlooked because of the importance of early treatment for the preservation of testicular function. A more aggressive approach to scrotal hematoma has been advocated. A case of traumatic rupture of testicle in a 21-year-old patient is reported. The testicle was surgically explored 6 days after trauma to the scrotum. The tunica albuginea was repaired and the testicle was preserved. Discussion is made especially on the injury to scrotum.

本研究ではまず、インドネシア人コミュニティ形成の経緯について明らかにした。続いて、そのコミュニティの成員中100人を対象とした日本語のOPI(Oral Proficiency Interview)を行った結果、中級以上の話者が5人(5%)にとどまっていることが分かった。さらに、そうした現況の背景を探るために個人の生活史を聞き取り、日本語習得と関連付けて分析したところ、習得を促進する要因が見えてきた。比較対照のために行った韓国における調査においても似通った要因が見られた。

韓国は、非熟練労働者の海外からの受け入れを行っている。この制度の下では事業所の変更が厳しく制限され、移住労働者にとっては、韓国人支援団体とのネットワークが、劣悪な労働条件や賃金未払、時には暴力から逃れるために、必要不可欠である。このネットワークを通じての移住労働者の集中とその結果生じたを支援団体の機能不全を解決するために、互助組織が形成されていった過程をカンボジア人の事例を通じて見ていく。

This paper compares two path-tracking control procedures, one using the steering angle as the control input and the other using steering torque as the input. This comparison will make clear the characteristics of both approaches. While steering angle control provides superior robustness, the control system configuration does not allow the driver to intervene in the steering process. In contrast, steering torque control provides some degree of freedom for allowing the driver to steer even during the control process, thus offering the potential for the provision of a steering assist mechanism.
