This paper presents the design of a single-ended quadrature voltage controlled ring oscillator with the improved figure of merit (FOM). It exhibits a frequency tuning range of 1.23GHz to 4.17GHz with coarse and fine steps. The design is realized in 0.18μm CMOS and the measurement results obtained show a FOM of-163.8dBc/Hz at centre frequency 3.62GHz with phase noise of -125.8dBc/Hz at 4MHz offset from the centre frequency. Also a new topology to prevent latch-up in single ended ring oscillators is proposed.

1997年、児童福祉法は制定以来50年ぶりに改正された。以降、保育所にかかわる主な改正は、2001年、2003年と続いた。これら-連の改正の中に、現在、そして今後の保育所のあり方を規定する大きな「うねり」の起点があるのでは、という問題意識が膨らむ。その「うねり」とは、保育分野の規制緩和であり 、さらには、それを具現化した公立保育所の民営化などを含むいわゆる「保育改革」である。本稿の目的は、97年以降の保育所にかかわる児童福祉法改正の動きを追い、その中に保育改革につながる起点を確認していくことにある。

現在日本の音楽創作状況は良くも悪くも多様化しすぎている。音楽特性の絶対性を追求した作品は極端に少なくなり,標題やコンセプト中心作品がほとんどである。後者は世界的に現代音楽の流れもあり,否定するものではないがいずれもその音楽作品としての質の追求が疎かになっていないだろうか。珍しさを追求するあまりに音そのものを「紡ぐ」作業が軽視されていないだろうか。興味本位のコンセプト音楽からはあらたな創作や表現の発見はあるかもしないが,過去の歴史的作品を陵駕する価値を伴った作品が生まれる土壌はない。今後さらに質の高い「音楽」とはかけ離れた方向へ流されてしまう懸念が拭えない。音楽家の基本は歌う事であり,その延長線上に和声や対位法,作曲技法(十二音技法も含めて)等が展開され,同時にピアノなどの楽器の演奏技法の開発や楽器そのものの発達に繋がりながら,合奏へと発展し管弦楽法や電子音楽といった分野が興隆,発展してきた。今一度音楽の根本である音楽を見つめる姿勢,作り手の姿勢も含めた「作曲,歌う,聴く」つまり創作,演奏,鑑賞の根本に戻った作品の創作を実践したいと考え声楽のアンサンブルであり,ルネッサンス,バロック,古典,ロマン,近現代いずれの時代にも一貫して作曲されている a cappella の作品創作に着目し,その実践作品についての考察と分析を論じる。

Disaster education is one of the most important components for building a resilient society. School disaster education especially has an effect on spreading awareness and knowledge of disasters widely. In the past decade, the world has faced many natural and human made disasters. People's awareness of disaster impacts is becoming one of the driving forces for disaster education. However, disaster education should not be based only on disaster impacts. This is because the earth repeats a cycle of active and inactive periods. Hence, consensus between students, teachers and parents is necessary to realize sustainable disaster education in schools regardless of the occurrence of disasters. A questionnaire survey for junior and senior high school students in Wakayama prefecture, Japan was conducted on the first and second of November, 2006. The purpose of this survey was to inquire into students' attitude toward disaster learning in schools in the context of the educational curriculum. In order to keep reliability of this paper, 204 answers from junior high school students in Hirogawa town were selected for this paper from all answers. The result of analysing statistical data revealed several facts. Firstly, all of students have experiences of disaster education in schools and these are thought of as useful for their future life. Secondly, more than 90% of students learn about disasters in the integrated study time slots. Finally, through the comparison between the students who evaluate previous disaster education positively and the students who do not evaluate previous disaster education positively, the former students evaluate future disaster education in schools more positively than the latter students. Improving disaster education based on the people's attitude is one of the most important factors needed to build sustainable school disaster education in Japan.

本稿では,現在初等教育から高等教育まで,その普及が著しいe-ラーニングについて,その効果的な利用のために展開されている認知心理学的研究の二つを概観する。その第一はe-ラーニング学習環境で学習者に要求される学習方略(自己制御学習)に関する研究である。この研究の成果は,e-ラーニング学習環境における学習成果を向上させる教育的支援のあり方(足場掛け)について有益な示唆を提供している。そして第二は,学習者の認知的アーキテクチャに言及した認知的負荷理論の発展である。e-ラーニング学習環境における課題要求と,それを実行するための学習者の心的資源の関係をシステマティックに分析する視座を提供してくれている。それぞれの研究潮流を概観した上で,そうした研究アプローチが今後のe-ラーニングにおいてどのような意味を持っているのかについて著者なりの考察を加える。

単純パスワード方式に代わる覗き見に強い個人識別方式として,秘密鍵を知っている者だけが正しく作成できる解答を入力させるという対話型個人識別方式が,種々提案されている.これまでの対話型個人識別方式に関する議論は主に安全性についてであったが,専用の装置や専用のソフト無しでも実現が容易な方式が構成可能であることがわかった.本稿では,ユーザインタフェースを工夫した対話型個人識別方式を実装し,その操作性を検討する.

公共性の高い行政システムが,一般的に使われているインターネット技術を基に再構築さるのは,時代の流れであり,今後増加するものと考えられる。インターネット技術を用いた行政イントラネットでは,内容開示に伴う情報の公開性とともに市民および企業・団体等のプライベート情報の機密性が併せて要求される。これら一見矛盾した情報コントロールを実現するため,利用者の本人確認に加え,各々の行政アプリケーションについて,その本人のアクセス権限の有無を判断する必要がある。本報告は,「行政の電子化における権限認証モデル」を提案し,通信・放送機構が実施する「北海道札幌市マルチメディア・モデル市役所展開事業」における「見積もり合わせ実験」でその有効性を検証したので報告する。It is a general trend for administrative information systems to be reconstructed using generic internet technologies. In administrative intranet system using internet technology, openness as public information system and security control for private information of individual citizen or corporate are required at the same time. To realize these opposite demands, it is necessary for administrative application to authenticate not only user's personal identification but also access level control of each users. In this paper, we propose a model of authority authentication for electronic administrative system. The model was implemented and applied to "estimate matching experiment" in "Multimedia Model Municipal Office at Sapporo City" sponsored by Telecommunications Advancement Organization of Japan(TAO).

インターネット閲覧や電子商取引に代表されるような,遠隔地から各種のサービスを提供する情報システムは,利便性などからその需要は急激に拡大している.サービスを権利のある人に正しく提供するには,個人を特定する個人識別技術が必要となる.本報告では,入退室管理等のセキュリティシステムや本人確認を必要とする情報システムを構築するための,汎用性に優れた個人識別用ミドルウエアについて述べる.
