大学などにおいて講義をアーカイブ化して活用する動きが盛んになっている.講義のアーカイブ化のためには講師と受講者が発する情報を映像として記録することが重要である.講師は多くの場合一人であり,行動範囲が限られているため撮影が容易である.しかし,受講者に関しては不特定位置に複数存在するため,撮影対象を特定し撮影することはより困難である.そこで,本研究では位置が不特定な発言中の受講者をミドルショットで撮影する手法を提案する.提案手法では,受講者はマイクロホンを持って発言を行うという条件の下で,マイクロホンに取り付けた赤外線タグの位置を検出し追跡することで発言中の受講者を撮影する.There are many cases where lectures are recorded to build video archive for improving reusability. It is important to record utterance by the lecturer or students. In many cases, a lecture is given by a single lecturer and the possible area of his/her movement is relatively limited. Therefore, it is easy to shoot the lecturer. However, shooting one of the students who is asking a question is more difficult problem since the position of the student is located at an arbitrary position in the wider area in the classroom. This paper focuses on the issue of shooting a student in utterance by the middle shot size. We propose a novel method of shooting a student in utterance using the IR-tag installed on the microphone. By detecting the IR-tag, a student in utterance is kept tracked.

糖尿病患者における薬物療法の導入は,時として重症低血糖を引き起こす.今回,特に医療機関における処置を必要とした低血糖発症の原因を明らかにするために,2009年10月から2010年9月の1年間に当院救急外来に低血糖で搬送された51例(複数回搬送された患者を含む),うち2型糖尿病患者33名の臨床的背景について検討した.HbA1c(以下,HbA1cはJDS値で表記)<6.5 %群は≥6.5 %群に比べて,平均年齢が有意に高値(78.8±3.9 vs 70.3±11.2歳),スルホニル尿素(SU)薬の使用が有意に高率だった(47.1 vs 13.3 %).搬送後,入院となった患者は帰宅できた患者に比べて平均年齢が77.5±8.5歳と有意に高値(p<0.05)であった.治療内容については,入院患者は帰宅患者に比べて,SU薬の使用が52.6 %と有意に高率(p<0.01)であった. SU薬は臨床で広く処方されているが,高齢者ではSU薬による厳格な血糖管理が低血糖を引き起こす可能性を高める.そのため,臨床の場では薬物療法,とくにSU薬による低血糖の危険性に留意して,常にその危険性と対処法を患者に指導する姿勢が重要と考えられた.

Inhibitory effects of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC), cannabidiol (CBD), and cannabinol (CBN), the three major constituents in marijuana, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) contained in marijuana smoke on catalytic activity of human cytochrome P450 (CYP) 2C9 were investigated. These phytocannabinoids concentration-dependently inhibited S-warfarin 7-hydroxylase and diclofenac 4′-hydroxylase activities of human liver microsomes (HLMs) and recombinant CYP2C9 (rCYP2C9). In contrast, none of the twelve PAHs including benz[a]anthracene and benzo[a]pyrene exerted substantial inhibition (IC50 > 10 µM). The inhibitory potentials of Δ9-THC (Ki = 0.937–1.50 µM) and CBN (Ki = 0.882–1.29 µM) were almost equivalent regardless of the enzyme sources used, whereas the inhibitory potency of CBD (Ki = 0.954–9.88 µM) varied depending on the enzyme sources and substrates used. Δ9-THC inhibited both S-warfarin 7-hydroxylase and diclofenac 4′-hydroxylase activities of HLMs and rCYP2C9 in a mixed manner. CBD and CBN competitively inhibited the activities of HLMs and rCYP2C9, with the only notable difference being that CBD and CBN exhibited mixed-type inhibitions against diclofenac 4′-hydroxylation and S-warfarin 7-hydroxylation, respectively, by rCYP2C9. None of Δ9-THC, CBD, and CBN exerted metabolism-dependent inhibition. These results indicated that the three major phytocannabinoids but not PAHs contained in marijuana smoke potently inhibited CYP2C9 activity and that these cannabinoids can be characterized as direct inhibitors for CYP2C9.

従来,社会学と精神分析は対立関係にあると思われてきた.その理由の1つは,社会学が社会に関心をもつのに対して,精神分析は個人に関心をもつと思われてきたからである.だが,社会学と精神分析の本質的違いは,社会学がおもに構造の現状に関心をもつのに対して,精神分析は構造の始まりに関心をもつという違いにある.よって,社会学が構造の始まりに関心を向ける際に,精神分析の知見は役立つであろう.今後,社会学と精神分析が協力できうる主題の一例が,自閉症をめぐる諸問題である.自閉症は個人の脳の機能障害なので,社会学とは無関係のように見える.しかし自閉症の中心的な障害の1つは社会性の障害であり,社会学と無縁ではない.ところが従来の社会学を用いて自閉症を論じることは難しい.そこで,役立つ可能性があるのがジャック・ラカンの精神分析である.ラカン精神分析の基本用語の1つに「隠喩と換喩」がある.とくに隠喩は個人の社会性成立に深く関わる機能である.ラカン精神分析から見れば,自閉症とは隠喩の成立の不調である.じっさい,自閉症者は隠喩を用いるのが得意ではない.隠喩という視点を採用することによって,自閉症をラカン精神分析さらには社会学と結びつけることができる.このような試みは,今後,社会問題として自閉症を考えるうえで重要な役割を果たすであろう.

The author translated " The Influence of Chinese Literature on Japanese Literature (簡論中国文学対日本文学的影響) " in the book titled "The collection of comparative literature study selected by the author (孟慶枢自選集) " written by Meng Qingshu (孟慶枢) , the professor of the College of Humanities at North East Normal University (東北師範大学・中国) (published by時代文芸出版社,2003) into Japanese. This essay consists of three chapters titled "From The Viewpoint of Chinese Classics in Japan, The Influence of China on Japanese Literature (従日本漢文学看中国対日本文学的影響) ", "From The Viewpoint of Japanese Classic Tales, The Influence of Chinese Literature on Japanese Literature (従物語文学看中国文学対日本文学影響) " and "Accumulation of Influence: The Influence of China on Japanese Modern Literature (影響的積淀:中国対日本近代文学的影響) ". The author also added simple comments at the beginning.
