化粧用コットンは,主に化粧水のパッティングやメイク落としなどに使われている。昨今は,さまざまな化粧用コットンがみられ,その使用方法もパッティングのみならず,パックにも広がり,スキンケアにおける重要なアイテムとなっている。本実験では,化粧用コットンによるパッティングのスキンケア効果を一般女性30名で調査した。「パッティング」により,肌の水分保持能を高める効果が認められ,被験者自身による有意なスキンケア効果実感が確認された。

【はじめに】ニセクロハツは北米、台湾、中国、日本に発生するが、発生環境や色、形が食用のクロハツと類似しているため、誤って摂取後、中毒症状を呈する。ニセクロハツのもつ毒性分である2-シクロプロペンカルボン酸により、摂取後嘔吐や下痢などの消化器症状を生じ、その後に中枢神経症状、呼吸不全、横紋筋融解症、急性循環不全、急性腎不全などの症状を呈し、重症例では多臓器不全となり死亡例も報告されている。【症例】75歳の男性、自分で採取したニセクロハツを摂取した後に嘔吐・下痢の消化器症状を認め、深夜に前医に救急搬送された。入院時は意識清明、歩行可能であったが、摂取後2日目より意識レベル低下、呼吸・循環不全となり、人工呼吸管理、カテコラミン持続投与開始された。その後乏尿、代謝性アシドーシスの進行あり、全身管理目的で同日当院転院搬送された。当院搬送後の採血にてCK38100と高値で赤褐色尿を認めており、横紋筋融解症による急性腎障害と判断して輸液療法、血液浄化療法を開始した。摂取後3日目に意思疎通がとれるまで意識レベルの改善を認めたが、CKは上昇し続け摂取後6日目に203800IU/Lまで上昇した。大量輸液、高容量の昇圧剤投与にても循環維持困難となり、再度意識レベルも低下した。摂取後7日目に家人同意のもと積極的な治療を継続しない方針となり血液浄化療法を中止、その後数時間で多臓器不全のため永眠された。【考察・結語】ニセクロハツ摂取後全身管理を要し、重篤な経過をたどった症例を経験した。ニセクロハツ中毒の報告は過去に数例と少なく、現状では確立した治療法はない。極めて希な中毒症例であり、文献的考察を加え報告する。

A new red cell preservation solution is described in which the red cells may be stored for 42 and 49 days. An in vivo and vitro study of 42 and 49 days stored red cells with saline, adenine, glucose, mannitol (SAGM) preservation solution (OPTISOL, Terumo Corporation) was conducted using 20 healthy volunteers to document in vivo efficacy and analyze the validity of the 51Cr technique. Standard in vitro parameters of OPTISOL red cell concentrates were well preserved with low levels of hemolysis and high levels of red cell ATP which is compatible with their survival after 42 and 49 days storage. Osmotic pressure at hemolysis ending point of 42 and 49 days stored red cells did not change, while osmotic pressure at hemolysis starting point increased on 49 days. The red cell viscosity increased and scanning electron-microscopic studies showed that the majority of them became echinocyte and spherocyte on 49 days. In vivo autologous post-transfusion recovery was measured by using a 51Cr-labeled red cells. After 42 days of storage, post-transfusion 24-hour recovery averaged 82.3±8.4% and 48-hour recovery was 79.1±9.1%, and after 49 days, 24-hour recovery was 75.9±3.6%, but 48-hour recovery, which averaged 69.9±5.2%, was significantly lower.The present study reports in vivo and in vitro evaluation of a new red cell storage medium which allows high levels of post-transfusion recovery and permits without significant hemolysis. The results suggested that 42 days if a more suitable shelf life than 49 days.

日進月歩の技術革新の世にあっては, 食品もその製造技術の改良進歩により品質は益々向上し, 本来の製法が必らずしも良品を生むとは限らなくなる。ともあれ, 消費文明の高揚は昔のものへのノスタルジアにかられる。それもかけがえのない消費者の要求とあれば業界も十分に傾聴しなければなるまい。業界にとっては当然の事でも消費者の納得し得ない何物かがあるとすれば, 消費者への説得が不十分なのかも知れない。内ゲバから脱却し業界一丸となって消費者教育に乗り出す上にも, 一見身勝手と思える消費者の声を冷静に聞きとる寛容さが必要であろう。

毒キノコであるニセクロハツによる重症横紋筋融解症を経験した。70歳代の男性が,自分で採取したニセクロハツを摂食した。嘔吐,下痢で発症し,続いて横紋筋融解症をきたした。当院搬送時の血清クレアチンホスホキナーゼ濃度(以下CK)は38,100IU/Lであった。 人工呼吸療法,大量輸液療法と昇圧薬の持続投与で循環動態を維持しながらオンライン血液濾過透析(以下OHDF)と持続的濾過透析で有害物質の除去を試みたが,血管透過性の亢進が続き,全身の浮腫が進行した。当院入院4日目にはOHDFを中断するとショック状態になってしまうため,連続してOHDFを施行した。しかし,最大CKは203,800IU/Lに達し,血圧の維持が困難となり,摂食から160時間後に死亡に至った。 OHDFは横紋筋融解による有害物質を取り除くことができるとされる。しかし,本症例では連続したOHDFでも除去しきれなかった。

日本の「民族主義」を代表する作曲家の一人とされる早坂文雄(1914-1955)の《交響的組曲「ユーカラ」》(1955) は無調性への傾斜や複雑なリズム語法の使用などの特徴から、早坂の新しい境地を示した作品であるとされながら、これまでその音楽語法は明らかになってはいなかった。本稿は早坂の《ユーカラ》における音楽語法を、メシアンの音楽語法との関連から考察することを試みたものである。 早坂が《ユーカラ》において用いた音楽語法には、メシアンの音楽語法である「移調の限られた旋法」、「添加価値」をもつリズム、「逆行不能リズム」、「鳥の歌」と類似する手法が頻繁に用いられている。またそうした手法のなかには武満徹(1930-1996)の音楽語法との共通点もみられた。 早坂がメシアンに関心をもっていたという言説を踏まえれば、早坂の《ユーカラ》における音楽語法は、メシアンの語法との近親性を具体的に例示することになるだろう。またその語法は、武満徹をはじめとする早坂の影響を受けたとされる作曲家の語法との関係をより具体的に示しているといえる。

本研究はコルヒチン処理とair-drying法によりフナ属魚類の体細胞の染色体を観察した.その結果, 金魚, キンブナ, 宮崎系ギンブナ (雄の1個体を除く), ヨーロッパブナ等の染色体数はいずれも100で, 核型分析の結果も一致し, metacentricは10対で20個, submetacentricは20対で40個, acrocentricは20対で40個の染色体よりなり, acrocentricのほぼ5対目の染色体にはsatelliteが認められた.また核学的には雌雄の問では差異は認められなかった.一方関東系ギンブナ30個体中の28個体は染色体数が156で, 核型分析の結果, metacentricが17対で34個, subrnetacentricが31対で62個, acrocentricが30対で60個であった.また残りの2個体では206の染色体数が数えられ, その核型分析の結果は, metacentricに22対で44個, submetacentricに41対で82個, acrocentricに40対で80個の染色体があり, acrocentric中にはsatelliteが認められた.以上の結果より, 関東系ギンブナはフナ属魚類中に生じた3倍体および4倍体に相当するものではないかと考え, これが関東地方のギンブナに雌のみを生ずる原因と関連をもつものではないかと推測した.

Somatic chromosomes of the nigorobuna (<I>C.auratus grandoculis</I>) obtained from Lake Biwa, two local varieties of the nagabuna (<I>C.auratus buergeri</I>) from Lake Suwa and the Hokkaido district, and two local varieties of the ginbuna (<I>C.auratus langsdorfii</I>) from the Okayama Prefecture and Lake Biwa were studied and compared.Chromosome preparations was performed by the same methods previously described (Kobayasi et al., 1970).<BR>The results showed that the nigorobuna and nagabuna of Lake Suwa and the ginbuna of the Okayama Prefecture had the same diploid chromosome number of 100.Their karyotypes consisted of 10 pairs of metacentrics, 20 pairs of submetacentrics and 20 pairs of acrocentric elements.There was no morphological difference between the male and female karyotypes. On the other hand, 5 females of the nagabuna collected from the Hokkaido district and 4 females of the ginbuna (hiwara) from Lake Biwa had the chromosome number of 156, consisting of 17 pairs of metacentrics, 31 pairs of submetacentrics and 30 pairs of acrocentrics. The populations of the ginbuna and nagabuna in these regions consisted mostly or almost entirely of females.It was proved from these evidences that the nagabuna and ginbuna with triploid state occur not only in the Kanto district but also in the Hokkaido district and Lake Biwa.These triproid females might be arisen by gynogenesis, as has been reported in the ginbuna obtained from the KantO district by Kobayasi (1971) and Kobayasi and Ochi (1972). This research collects the modern Japanese plural demonstratives‘‘korera, sorera, arera”. As for the Japanese demonstrative, it can display plural ones in single several ways, but Japanese plural demonstratives have‘‘ind孟viduality”, which keep looking at plural ones, it differs from‘‘totality”, the case which it display at the singular. But the“individuality”is something, which diff巳rs f「om the person to the interpretati.on, in plural demonstratives it is possible to replace in the singular excluding the case of logical composition」n other words, the reference range of plural demonstratives is quite narrow. In addition, Japanese ‘‘ ≠窒?窒=his thought that it isn’t natural to be used because it has deviated from Japanese demonstrative system, but even today it is used from the transiation of English“those”. And that the reference range of p正ural demonstratives is narrow is thought that is, because that reference keeps tuming“the human reference” to‘‘the thing reference”.

魚食性魚類に餌として利用されている魚類の分類群とその大きさを明かにするために、南日本の口永良部島の磯において肉食性魚類の消化管内容物を調査した。調査対象種14科31種723個体中、アオヤガラ Fistularia petimba、ワヌケトラギス Parapercis cephalopunctata、アカエソSynodus ulae、ギンガメアジ Caranx sexfasciatus などの14科31種156個体によって合計339個体の魚類が捕食されていた。この中で、表層性のキビナゴ Spratelloides gracilis が最も多く利用されていた。また、口永良部島の磯においては、体長19.0mmから55.0mm、体高4.0mmから8.0mmの魚類に対する捕食圧が高いことが明らかになった。The gut contents of piscivorous fishes (14 families, 31 species, 723 specimens) collected at the reefs of Kuchierabu-jima, southern Japan, were examined to determine the composition and size of their fish prey. One hundred fifty six of predators in 31 species and 14 families, including Fistularia petimba, Parapercis cephalopunctata, Synodus ulae, Caranx seafasciatus, fed on 339 items of prey. Piscivorous fishes at the reefs ate mainly the pelagic fish, Spratelloides gracilis. The feeding pressure was particularly high in fishes with body length 19.0-55.0 mm and body depth 4.0-8.0 mm at these reefs,

The teaching tool for learned the mechanism of wind power generation in junior high school industrial arts and homemaking course was developed. Developed teaching tool is a windmill of the savonius-type. The magnetic levitation bearing has been installed so that the impeller may lightly rotate. The rotation of the blades are accelerated by the gear, and the magnet rotates it. The transformer has been installed at the lower, and the electricity is being generated by the change of the magnetic field. The main body is made in the transparent acrylic pipe, as to observe the transmission of the power is possible. The class practice was carried out by the utilization of this teaching tool for junior high school students. As the result, it was possible to learn the mechanism of the wind power generation experimentally, and the fixing of the learning heightened.
