強い気虚や不眠,抑うつを呈する患者に対して随証治療を進めて加味帰脾湯を投与したところ,月経前症候群(PMS)の精神症状だけでなく,月経痛も軽減した3症例を経験したので報告する。症例1は26歳女性で月経前のイライラ,乳房痛,月経痛を訴えていた。疲労感などの気虚が強く不眠も認めたため加味帰脾湯を処方したところ,不眠と倦怠感の改善とともにPMS 及び月経痛も軽快した。症例2は38歳女性で疲労倦怠感が強く,不眠,月経前のイライラを認めたため加味帰脾湯を処方した。倦怠感の改善に伴いPMS 及び月経痛も軽快した。症例3は31歳女性で膀胱炎を繰り返し,倦怠感が強く不眠や憂うつ感もみられた。加味帰脾湯を処方したところPMS や月経痛の軽快だけでなく膀胱炎も再発していない。加味帰脾湯は帰脾湯に柴胡・山梔子を加味した処方である。気虚が強い患者で不眠や抑うつ傾向があり,PMS や月経痛を訴える場合に有効であると考える。

We investigated the effect of ploughing on overwintering populations of Laodelphax striatellus nymphs in two successive periods. The population densities of L. striatellus were remarkably lower after ploughing. Almost identical results were recorded irrespective of the ploughing seasons (November or January). In addition, the population densities remained low until early spring when the examinations ended.

This paper reports the construction process and the architectural features of Old Adachi Villa in Hayama (Kanagawa) 1933, designed by Koichi SATO (1878-1941). This house constructed by the dry construction method called as TROCKEN BAU, and its appearance is half-timber design. Especially, the fiberboard ‘Toma-tex’ produced by Oji Paper Co., Ltd. (Tomakomai) was used at any part of this house adopting various patterns of combination, even as roof base or exterior material. These features were caused by the relationships between the owner Tadashi ADACHI who was the president of Oji Paper and the architect SATO who was a professor of Waseda University.

Nucleic acid extracted from environmental samples is an important analyte in instrumental analysis. With respect to the phenomenon in which sodium tungstate promotes the methane production in anaerobic digestion, the analyses of microbial community using RNA were conducted; however, we noticed that only RNA concentration measured by absorbance measurement (NanoDrop) was remarkably high. Therefore, in this study, DNA and RNA were extracted from the anaerobic digestion sludge samples with sodium tungstate, sodium selenite, or sodium molybdate, and these nucleic acids were quantified and compared by absorbance measurement, fluorescence measurement (Qubit), and gel electrophoresis. Interestingly, it was found that only the RNA concentration of the sample containing sodium tungstate measured by NanoDrop was 3 times higher than that by Qubit analysis. In addition, there was no difference between the RNA concentration measured by Qubit and gel electrophoresis. Regarding DNA concentration and the other compounds, there were no differences. Hence, these results indicate that the Qubit system is useful for the quantification of the RNA concentration in the environmental samples.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the level of organizational commitment and the social power of sports coaches, and to identify the social power that coaches can rely on to increase organizational commitment based on that relationship. An online-questionnaire was used in this study, and 464 basketball players enrolled in the Division 1 of Kanto Collegiate Basketball Federation was a target for this study. A total of 166 basketball players participated in a self- administered questionnaire between the 29th of July and the 9th of August, 2020 (response rate: 35.8%). A multiple regression analysis was performed with the level of organizational commitment (Allen & Meyer, 1990) as the dependent variable and the five types of power resource (Mori, 2005) as the explanatory (Independent) variable. It was suggested that in order to increase organizational commitment, it is important for coaches to provide guidance that relies on the passion for coaching power and the expert powers.

Drive video recorders (DRs) have been installed on a plenty number of the taxicabs in large cities in Japan. This paper discusses how to carry out a detailed traffic accidents analysis using drive video recorder data obtained in Tokyo. The sequential motions of the cars concerned before and after the crash are illustrated throughout a process in the case studies of two traffic accidents. The causes of the accidents are discussed as well as measures to prevent the accidents and the DR data requirements for effective analysis based on the motion picture and the log data recorded by the commercial DRs. This newly-developed approach makes those possible to carry out the reproduction of the accident process, the estimation of the causes and the background factors, and the consideration of the preventive safety measures. It is more effective to make such analysis by using not only the DR data but also the Internet resources such as a map, an aerial photograph and other information. The requirements of DR hardware and DR data for the proper analysis of the accidents were also examined.
