Individuals can make the greatest contribution to changes in human disease structure by reviewing their living environment, which reduces the burden on the natural environment, but nursing students are less aware of relationship between environment and health issues. In order to build awareness of environmental issues, it is important to make them interested in it. Therefore, from three nursing viewpoints such as eating, breathing and wearing (touching the skin), three points will be described in this document; such as “how neonicotinoid compounds affect human health”, “how pyrethroid insecticides, quaternary ammonium salts and isocyanates affect human health” and “how synthesis surfactant affect skin barrier structure”. Learning about the connection between the environment and health and working on improving the environment is also about thinking about the past and future of humanity. Investigating the environmental factors that have caused illness from nursing subjects together with the subjects leads to real life activity support as a nursing staff.

Pain control is very important since, even today, 20 million people suffer from neuropathic pain. Although many basic science and clinical researchers have made efforts to control pain, the mechanism of neuropathic pain is unfortunately still not fully understood. Morphine, a prototypical opioid, is a useful medicine to relieve severe pain. However, repeated or continuous use of morphine and other opioids are associated with a potential risk of analgesic tolerance, which requires an increase in dosage to maintain the same efficacy. In addition, morphine is not always effective in neuropathic pain. In this review we focus on: (1) the role of muscarinic receptors in the spinal cord and anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) in neuropathic pain, (2) how chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 1 (CCL-1) is involved in neuropathic pain, and (3) the novel mechanism of morphine tolerance. The findings in this study may cast new light on novel mechanism of neuropathic pain and development of novel clinical medicines in the future.

本稿の主題は, 現代フェミニズムと家族との関連性を考察することである. まず, 第1に, 現代フェミニズムの家族に関する主要な論点を明らかにする. それは「家族の否定」ではなく, 「性別分業家族」批判であった. 「性別分業家族」においては, 女性の過重な家庭内役割のゆえに, 女性の経済的自立が困難だったからである. 次に, 現代フェミニズムの家族批判の根底にある公私分離規範に関する論点を, 「家族領域」を社会から切り離す公私分離規範批判と, 女性の「身体の自由」権を認めない公私分離規範批判の, 2点で把握し, それらがいずれも, いわゆる「近代家族」への批判につながることを示す. この観点から「近代家族」類型を位置づけると, 「近代家族」とは, 女性の人権を認めない前近代的要素を含んでいる家族類型と位置づけることができる. 最後に, 現代フェミニズムの公私分離規範批判から導かれた論点に関連する家族変動要因を, ハビトゥスの水準と, 社会制度的水準において把握し, 「ジェンダー秩序論」の視点から, 「これからの家族」を考える.

Changes of causal inference concepts in medicine, especially those having to do with chronic diseases, were reviewed. The review is divided into five sections. First, several articles on the increased academic acceptance of observational research are cited. Second, the definitions of confounder and effect modifier concepts are explained. Third, the debate over the so-called “criteria for causal inference” was discussed. Many articles have pointed out various problems related to the lack of logical bases for standard criteria, however, such criteria continue to be misapplied in Japan. Fourth, the Popperian and verificationist concepts of causal inference are summarized. Lastly, a recent controversy on meta-analysis is explained. Causal inference plays an important role in epidemiologic theory and medicine. However, because this concept has not been well-introduced in Japan, there has been much misuse of the concept, especially when used for conventional criteria.

本研究の目的は,大学生における同性友人,異性友人,恋人に対する期待の違いを明らかにすることであった。大学生115名を対象に,期待項目35項目について,同性友人,異性友人,恋人に対する期待の程度の回答を求めた。因子分析の結果,「信頼・支援」,「外見的魅力」,「他者配慮」,「積極的交流」,「相互向上」という5因子が抽出された。同性友人に対しては,男性も女性も,「信頼・支援」,「他者配慮」,「積極的交流」,「相互向上」を期待していた。異性友人に対しては,男女とも,「信頼・支援」,「他者配慮」,「積極的交流」を期待しており,男性はさらに「外見的魅力」を,女性は「相互向上」を期待していた。恋人に対しては,男女とも,5つすべてを期待していた。

沖縄県では、自治体による地域史の刊行が盛んにおこなわれているものの、そこには資料の収集や活用という点において、いくつかの課題が存在する。本稿では、沖縄県南城市「なんじょうデジタルアーカイブ」の事例を紹介し、地方自治体における地域史編さん業務とデジタルアーカイブの連携について考察した。膨大な資料を扱う地域史編さん業務において、デジタルアーカイブは資料の管理や活用に大きな役割を果たす。今後、沖縄でデジタルアーカイブを活用した地域史研究を活性化させるためには、自治体間において活用事例やノウハウの共有を進める必要がある。

めん羊肉脂質の性質,特性をさらに明らかにするために,5頭の雌のめん羊について,背肉(背最長筋),肩肉(上腕三頭筋)および腿肉(半膜様筋)から抽出した脂質について,その脂肪酸組成ならびにトリグリセリド構造をしらべた.その結果,背肉は肩肉よりもいくらか全脂質や中性脂質が多く,腿肉は他の部位よりもリン脂質が少なかったが,統計的には有意な差は認められなかった.背肉の全脂質は肩肉や腿肉よりC18:2が少なく,飽和酸が多い傾向があった.肩肉の中性脂質は,背肉や腿肉よりもC16:0が少なかった.また肩肉のリン脂質は,背肉や腿肉のに比べて,C16:0やC18:0が少なくC18:2が多く,したがって不飽和酸が多かった.めん羊肉脂質ではC15:0,C16:0,C17:0およびC18:0,したがって飽和酸はトリグリセリドの1と3の位置に多く,これに反してC17:1,C18:1およびC18:2,それ故に不飽和酸は2の位置に多く存在していた.めん羊肉脂質のトリグリセリドの平均組成は,SSS,9.64%;SUS,31.45%;SSU,10.77%;SUU,35.47%;USU,3.08%およびUUU,10.23%であった.また1-パルミト-2,3-ジオレイン,1-パルミト-2-オレオ-3-ステアリン,1,3-ジパルミト-2-オレイン,1-ステアロ-2,3-ジオレイン,トリオレイン,1,3-ジステアロ-2-オレイン,1,2-ジパルミト-3-オレインなどが,めん羊肉脂質を構成するおもなトリグリセリドであると考えられた.なお,背肉や腿肉は肩肉に比べて,ジパルミト•オレインとトリパルミチンが多かった.
