市販カセイン膠の成分と膠着カを求めたり次にカセイン膠の膠着カと可溶性アルカリ度との關係を知りカセイン膠のアルカリ度は變數にして、カセインと結合してカセネートを成生すろ以外膠着材面をアルカリ化すろ役目を有し共のアルカリ化面成生の適當なろ時に膠着力強大なりとす、又カセイン膠の變質はアルカリ度を減少し、「ナトリウム、タングステン」塩化ナトリウム、硼砂、「ナトリウム、ハイポサルファイト」及其他少量の塩類の混合は共の減退を阻止すろ能はず油は比較的有効なりとす。

This study investigated the relationships between approach-avoidance tendencies and depression involving two self-focus processes of reflection and rumination. The results of a path analysis suggest that an approach tendency was negatively related to depression and an avoidance tendency was positively related to depression. An approach tendency was positively related to reflection, and reflection had indirectly a positive relationship with depression through rumination. An avoidance tendency had indirectly a positive relationship with depression through rumination. The relationship between reflection and depression was not significant. These results suggest that an approach tendency might have an important role in enhancing reflection as an adaptive self-focus.

The purpose of the present study was to develop a Japanese version of Rumination-Reflection Questionnaire (RRQ) and examine its reliability and validity. Previous studies suggested that RRQ had two subscales: rumination and reflection. Rumination was dispositional self-attentiveness evoked by negative events, and reflection was dispositional self-attentiveness motivated by intellectual interests. Data from 241 undergraduates were analyzed, and factor analysis showed two factors, corresponding to the previous findings. Both subscales showed sufficient internal consistency and concurrent validity with clinical and personality scales. These findings provided support for reliability and validity of Japanese-version RRQ.

Recent vast development of high-speed computer and large storing facilities together with network environment enables us to construct very large or sometimes huge databases such as giga-byte level. In order to extract novel, useful and also interpretable information from those databases, new technology becomes potentially important and being called for in various research and commercial fields. Data mining and knowledge discovery in databases(KDD)are the names given to such activity which involves database technology, machine learning, data visualization and statistics. Since we deal with data, statistics and statisticians are to be expected to play an essential role in data mining and KDD as well. Data mining, however, differs from traditional statistics on some dimensions, in which?gscale?his the most important one. The present paper first reviews recent achievement of data mining and KDD from a statistical viewpoint. Although some differences between data mining and traditional statistics are pointed out, it will be emphasized here that those two areas are closely related and should be recognized as complement to each other. Some important research areas are also discussed. One important message of this review is that statisticians should be involved in this new activity and should play a vital role in developing new methodologies and also in finding various application areas in practice.

骨格系と免疫系は,サイトカイン,シグナル分子,転写因子や膜受容体などの多くの制御分子を共有し,非常に密接な関係にある.関節リウマチ(RA)における炎症性骨破壊研究の発展が,両者の融合領域である骨免疫学に光をあてた.その後,種々の免疫制御分子の遺伝子改変マウスに骨異常が見い出され,骨免疫学の重要性が浮き彫りとなった.骨と免疫系をつなぐことになった最も重要な分子である破骨細胞分化因子(RANKL)は,破骨細胞分化を制御する中心的なサイトカインである.骨免疫学はRANKLを中心とした研究からRA骨破壊のメカニズムの解明や骨免疫疾患の新しい治療戦略にますます重要になっている.ここでは,免疫系と骨軟骨細胞のクロストークについて概説し,T細胞が産生する制御因子による破骨細胞分化制御,破骨細胞分化マスター転写因子NFATc1の同定,免疫グロブリン様受容体群を介したRANKL共刺激の発見やカルモジュリンキナーゼ(CaMK)による破骨細胞分化および機能の制御などの最新の知見を紹介する.
