本研究では,ユーザが与えた1語のクエリに対して,Web検索エンジンが持つ情報のみから同位語とそのコンテキストを発見する手法について提案する.同位語とは,共通の上位語を持つような語のことである.従来研究として,同位語や,上位語,下位語などを求めるような研究は数多くあるが,それらはWeb上の文書を利用するものも含めて,巨大なコーパスを解析して大量の結果を求めるというものであった.我々の提案する手法では,Web文書のタイトルやスニペットといったWeb検索エンジンが持つ情報のみを,少ない回数のWeb検索によって取得し,それらを解析して同位語を発見する.提案手法では,ある語に対する同位語は並列助詞「や」で接続されることを利用してWeb検索エンジンに対するクエリを作成して,その検索結果のみから同位語を得る.そこでは何の事前準備も必要なく,また,あらゆる分野の語に対して同位語を発見することができる.さらに,発見された同位語とクエリの語の背後にあるコンテキストも同時に取得する.このような同位語発見は,Web検索におけるクエリ拡張や想起支援や,何かを調べるにあたって他のものと比較したいときの比較対象の発見など,幅広い分野で利用することができると考えられる.We propose a method of using only a Web search engine index to discover coordinate terms, i.e., terms that have the same hypernym. Several research methods acquire coordinate terms, but they require huge corpora or many Web pages. Our proposed method uses only the information in a Web search engine index such as titles and snippets of Web pages. These are obtained by a few Web searches, and then they are parsed to discover coordinate terms. We focus attention on coordinate terms that are connected by the coordinating particle "ya," and use those to make queries for a Web search engine. Our method does not require any preprocessing, and can find coordinate terms for terms in any field. At the same time, we find the background context between a query term and each discovered coordinate term. Such a service for discovering coordinate terms can be used in any field for such purposes as query expansion, word remembrance support system, or finding comparable objects.

本論文では,Speed-Accuracy Trade-offの問題に関して,水平面内における2点間到達運動において,運動距離,運動精度を変化させ,そのときの運動軌道及び,筋の活性度を示す終電信号を計測した.また,比較実験として運動精度を要求しない課題を行った.その結果,Fitts's lawに準じた2点間到達運動において,運動の筋端点近傍で運動トルク生成のためには不必要な筋の活性が行われていることを示した.また,その筋の活性度は,要求された運動精度が高くなり,運動速度が遅くなっても,小さくはならないこと,更に,精度を要求されない同じ運動速度の運動に対して,精度を要求された精度の高い運動においては,その筋の活性度が大きくなることを示した.この結果は人がFitts's lawに準じた2点間到達運動を行っている際,腕の粘性や剛性といったインピーダンスを積極的に調節することによって,試行ごとに生ずる誤差を小さくするというメカニズムが存在していることを示す.

〔目的〕格闘技選手においてstate-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)とemotion intelligence scale(EQS)から精神的特性を検討した.〔対象〕格闘技選手(健常男性80名,平均年齢22.6 ± 4.7歳)とした.〔方法〕STAIとEQSを実施し,ボクシングとキックボクシング(打撃群),柔道とレスリング(組み技群)に分け,群間及び競技種目間で比較検討した.〔結果〕STAIでは,群及び競技種目間に差はみられなかったが,状態不安,特性不安が基準値に対し高値の傾向にあった.EQSでは,打撃群が組み技群に比べ「自己対応」が有意に高値,「対人対応」が有意に低値であった.〔結語〕格闘技選手の精神的特性として,不安を抱えやすい傾向にあり,競技特性が情動知能の対応領域に差をもたらす可能性が示唆された. <br>

Highly influenced by Dumarsais's treatise On Tropes (1730), French rhetoric in the 18th century was "restricted" to the study of models of signification or tropes. I shall propose here four historical counter-arguments to this thesis put forward by Gerard Genette in 1970. First, in the 18th century there is no relevant break in French rhetoric since it remained unrestricted from 1598 to 1885. Second, considered a grammar by its own author and a poetics by its contemporaries, the treatise On Tropes is not in fact significantly representative of the evolution of rhetoric. Third, even in the treatises of rhetoric influenced by Dumarsais, the part assigned to tropes remained unchanged throughout the 18th century. Fourth, some other aspects of rhetoric structure reveal a considerable amount of mobility in the 18th century: action, passions, design, models of construction and styles. In brief, though stimulating in 1970, this thesis of "restricted rhetoric" has nowadays become an epistemological obstacle to the understanding of the history of rhetoric in France.

本稿では,国立国会図書館(NDL)のデジタルアーカイブ構築の現状と,「知識の共有化」が目指す「新たな知識の創造と還流」に向けた活動の方向性について述べる。NDLは,納本図書館として,冊子体資料だけでなく,政府系インターネット情報等のデジタルコンテンツを含めて収集保存する責務を持っており,それらをいつでもどこでも利用できるようにすることが望ましい。NDLは,あらゆる資料や情報を可能な限り収集・保存し,NDLデジタルアーカイブを構築する。しかしながらすべてを収集することは不可能であるので,他の機関と併せて網羅的な知識の蓄積を図り,分散デジタルアーカイブを構築する。それらNDLが収集できていないものも含めて,分散したデジタルアーカイブの情報を一元的にナビゲートし,かつ,意味的に関連付けて知識として利用できるようデータプロバイダーの役割を果たすNDL Searchを構築する。このような既存の情報を知識として再利用して新たな知識の創造を可能にする知識インフラを構築する。

This paper discusses the danger involved in the declaration by Okinawans themselves that "Okinawans are also aggressors". The question of whether Okinawans are aggressors or not is first and foremost completely irrelevant. The reality lies in the fact that the problem surrounding Japanese aggression is difficult one to budge. Nonetheless, many Japanese have read this declaration as an opportunity to lighten their own sense of responsibility. This is the first danger that I would like to point out. The second danger is that many Japanese read this declaration as one which does not question their own responsibility as aggressors. The logic behind this is, "not only are Japanese aggressors, but so are Okinawans". The reason for this is that the word victim is completely missing, and the fact that Japanese should take responsibility is not even questioned. This is the politics involved in the making of an accomplice. In other words, the allegation that "Okinawans are also aggressors" holds the danger of evoking a political effect which blurs and ignores Japanese responsibility. In this paper, I will analyze the text of one Japanese sociologist to examine this problem.

本稿では,Ruby on Railsアプリケーションのソースコードをモデル規範形式仕様記述言語Alloyによる記述に変換して検証することで,不具合の効率的な検出を支援する手法を提案する.Alloyではスコープを指定することにより,短時間で限られた探索範囲を自動的に解析することが可能である.ソースコードをAlloyによる記述に変換するツールを作成し,Alloyを用いてRuby on Railsアプリケーションの開発を支援する.

本稿は,観智院本『類聚名義抄』中にある平声軽点の粗雑な写しと見られるものを利用し,従来同じ下降調として再建されてきたものの中に現れ方の異なる二つのものがあったことを示すものである。まず,観智院本『類聚名義抄』の中で,従来下降調として再建されるものに差されている声点のうち平声点位置に見られるものを下降調を示す平声軽点の「粗雑な写し」であると認められることを示した。そして,下降調として再建される形容詞終止形接辞「シ」と二音節名詞5類の第二音節に差される声点の在り方が異なることを示し,同じ下降調でも現れ方の異なる二つのものがあることを明らかにした。最後に本稿での議論を踏まえ,従来から議論のある[HF]型の存否の問題について論じた。

An experimental study on reduction of aerodynamic heating due to opposing jet in supersonic flow has been conducted. Experiments are conducted by using a conventional blowdown type wind tunnel. A hemisphere model is installed into supersonic free stream of Mach number of 4 and coolant gas is injected through a sonic nozzle at the top of the model. Significant decrease of surface heat flux distribution is observed and opposing jet is proved to be quite effective on the reduction of aerodynamic heating at the nose region of the blunt body. The effect of total pressure ratio of opposing jet to the free stream on the reduction of aerodynamic heating is also investigated.
