The author performed quantitative analyses of the amount of urine excreted, the urine density, pH's, microprotine content, urine protein content, the amount of Donaggio reaction-positive substance, urine creatinine, uric acid, urine lactic acid, urine phosphoric acid, and the urine calcium content in the urine before and after work, selected from various groups of persons such as a group of marathon runners, a group of soldiers marching, and a group of ammunition carriers; and obtained the following results.<br>1. In the group of marathon runners whose work is thought to be relatively intense and of a comparatively short duration there can be recognized a rapid decrease in the urine content, an increase in the amount of urine microprotein and in urine protein-positive cases, an increase in the hourly excretion of Donaggio reaction-positive substance, a rapid increase in the density and hourly excretion of lactic acid, a slight decrease in the density and the hourly excretion of creatinine, an increase in the density and hourly excretion of phosphoric acid, and a decrease in the density and hourly excretion of calcium.<br>Judging these estimated values stoistically, it has become possible to obtain significant values in the Donaggio reaction and in the lactive acid with an error of less than one per cent in the hourly excretion contents and similarly significant values in the mucoprotein and phosphoric acid contents under 5 per cent deviation.<br>2. In the marching which is relatively of an intermediate degree of fatigue and of a longer duration, there can be observed a decrease in the quantity of urine, an incrase in the urine density, acidification of the pH, increase in the protein-positive cases, a transient increase and decrease in the excreation of creatinine and the hourly excretion amount, stability of the density and houly excretion of uric acid, a transient increase in the early stage uric acid, and a transient increase in the density and excretion of phosphoric acid. Namely, the substance estimated in this group tend to iucrease at an early stage of the marching but in the terminal stage they tend to return to the normal values.<br>3. In the group of munition carriers whose work is successive from day to day and is of a high degree, there can be recognized a tendency of relatively little change in the urine pH's, an increase in the donaggio value, a transient increase in the density and hourly excretion of creatinine, and also an transient increase in the quantity and hourly excretion of uric acid, revealing a tendency to become orientated to the daily successive labor.

<p>本研究は,レイプ被害者の友人など周囲の人間の性役割観と被害者への過失帰属との関係について,以下の二つの仮説を立て,検証した。仮説1は,伝統的性役割観と被害者への過失帰属の関係は,周囲の者の「女性の暴力的性願望を肯定する態度」と「派手な若い女性が被害に遭うという被害者観」によって媒介され,これらの態度と認知が過失帰属を強めるというものである。仮説2は,上記の関係は,「見知らぬ変質者がレイプをおこなうという加害者観」によって媒介されるが,その加害者観は被害者への過失帰属を弱めるというものである。男女大学生370名(男子学生162名,女子学生208名)に質問紙調査を実施し,次の結果が得られた。1)仮説1の,女性の暴力的性願望を介するパスは男子学生,女子学生いずれの回答者でも支持された。2)しかし,被害者観の影響は女子学生でのみ確認できた。3)仮説2は,男子学生でのみ確認された。これらの性差について,Shaverの個人的類似性の概念による解釈の可能性が議論された。また,本研究では過失帰属と同時に被害の過小評価も従属変数に含めたが,分散が小さいことから分析の対象から外し,これについては今後の課題とした。</p>

本研究は,一斉授業で,指名されていない児童の発話に教師がどのような対応をしているのか,また,教師の対 応によって授業展開にどのような影響が及ぶのかを検討する。小学校2 年生の算数授業の記録を対象に,指名さ れていない児童の発話への教師の対応に関するカテゴリー分析,授業計画と実際の授業展開の比較を通した事例 の分類と考察を行った。その結果,以下の3 点が明らかになった。第一に,教師は指名されていない児童の発話 を授業に活かし,児童の学習に繋げようとしていた。第二に,指名されていない児童の発話への教師の対応がきっ かけとなり,授業計画に変更が生じていた。第三に,指名されていない児童の発話に対して,教師が学習を深め る意図を持つ対応をすることで,授業計画が変更され,児童に合わせた話し合いがなされていた。具体的には, 指名されていない児童の発話を授業計画に関連づけて扱う場合には,〈追究〉し,指導内容に近づけていた。また, 指名されていない児童の発話を授業の問いとして扱う場合には,〈繰り返し〉によって,疑問を共有し,話し合い に繋げていた。以上の事例分析から,教師が指名されていない児童の発話に受容的に対応し,柔軟に計画を変更 して児童の疑問について話し合う授業過程が示された。指名されていない児童の発話への対応をきっかけに計画 とは異なる展開となった場合にも,学習の深まりに繋げられる可能性が示唆された。

レミフェンタニル麻酔がストレス反応を抑制する可能性が報告されている. 一方で, レミフェンタニルに関連するいくつかの問題点が指摘されている. 導入時の徐脈は0.5μg/kg/minで投与すると20%に生じた. アトロピンの併用やレミフェンタニルの減量が有効である. シバリングには非体温調節性因子も関与している. 急性耐性や痛覚過敏については現在も研究が続いており賛否両論である. 循環抑制以外の問題点は, レミフェンタニルの急激な作用消失に起因する可能性があることから, transitional opioidが重要となる. 具体的には, モルヒネ0.15mg/kg, あるいはフェンタニル200~300μgを投与する.

We can't say that the motives of characters' actions in Richard Ill are fully supplied before and after they are determined upon. As the main examples of incomplete motivation, we can pick up three ones: why did Richard live such a wicked life? why was Anne, the widow of Edward, Prince of Wales, wooed and won by Richard with all her hatred to him? and why were others so helpless against him? There have been many explanations, which we can't be fully satisfied with. Now, in this play we often meet the word 'shadow', uttered mainly by Richard himself. Seeking for its true meaning, we come to the conclusion that it almost coincides with what Jung calls `the shadow'. When we take the viewpoint that Richard is the image of the archetypal shadow as well as of the personal one, the problems picked up above can be solved, I suppose. And observing how others get out of his control over themselves, we find there rises up the image of `the self', one of Jung's archetypes, from behind them.

レミフェンタニルの特徴は, 蓄積性がなく調節性が良いことである. しかし, 副作用として, 低血圧, 徐脈の頻度が高く, オピオイドに特徴的な筋硬直が時としてみられる. また, レミフェンタニルの効果が速やかに消失することにより, 時として嘔吐を伴うほどの激しい疼痛が術直後から出現し, 麻酔中の体温低下による悪寒やシバリングが強く表れるという不利な面もある. このため, レミフェンタニルの鎮痛効果が消失する前に神経ブロック, 他の中長時間作用性オピオイドやNSAIDsなどを用いて十分な術後痛対策を行うとともに, 体温管理を積極的に行うことが重要である.
