1. Introduction I remarked the reason why I selected the theme, and the necessity of considering the system legally and culturally, which is described from a different point of view comparing with other postwar treatises on the Constitution of Japan. 2. The purpose, nature, and problems of this sytem I calssified some main interpretations of the Constituton focussing on the system. And then I showed the limitations of postwar explanations for consistency between the system and Japanese society's condition. Plus I wrote I and other specialists could not present a significant vision for the future from the postwar viewpoints. 3. The Judical Precedents of the Review of the Supreme Court I analized the precedent of the Supreme Court in 1952. And I looked over the background of the precedent which states the system of the review of the Supreme Court is that of recall. 4. The Origin of the system and the Revision from Japanese Conception I investigated throughly the process in which the legal system was added into the Constitution for the first time. And I researched into the reason why the original model of the review system has been changed into the present one. 5. Conclusion In conclusion, I specified three main points of legal culture or conception in Japan, which come from Japanese mentality. Second, I examined both the theory for retaining the system and that for abolishing the system. Finally, I concluded that the system should be abolished after these considerations.

複数議席の選挙システムにおける、有権者の選挙結果への影響可能性を考察する。複数議席の選挙においては1議席の選挙では生じないいくつかの新たな問題が生じる。とくに選好の対象が候補者個人から候補者の組に変わるため、予想の役割が深化し、新たな戦略的な配慮が必要になる点を考察した。また、実際に、議席数2・候補者数3という最単純ケースをとりあげ、最も単純な計算方式である多項分布モデルで影響力の計算を試みた。<BR> シミュレーションの結果、この仮定の下では、1議席2候補の選挙に比べ、2議席3候補の選挙の方が、有権者の影響力は大きいことがわかった。選挙結果に対する影響可能性を考慮する有権者が多ければ、1議席2候補の選挙よりも2議席3候補の選挙の方が投票率が高くなることになる。<BR> また、2議席3候補の選挙において、1人1票の場合と1人2票の場合を比較した。直観的には1人2票の方が影響が大きいと予想したが、両者で大きな差はなく、予想とは逆にわずかながら1人1票の方が影響力が高かった。

本稿では、ドイツの「新教育」に関して20世紀末に生じた論争に注目し、そこで提起された「新教育」を相対化する具体的な方法およびそのバリエーションを概観すると同時に、「新教育」の虚構性をめぐる争点を明らかにする。そのことをとおして、教育学的な〈カノン〉(=教育学において標準とみなされてきた知識やテキスト)を相対化するための方法およびその課題について検討を試みる。

表情を伴った顔画像から感情を判断する際に,瞳孔径が及ぼす影響を調べた.喜び,怒り,恐怖の表情を持つ顔画像をもとに,瞳孔径を3段階(大,中,小)に変化させた顔画像の対を被験者に提示し,各感情の現れ方を順位付けしてもらった.その結果,喜びと恐怖の顔画像の感情評価では瞳孔径「大」の順位が高くなり,怒りの感情評価では一部の群で瞳孔径「小」の順位が高くなった.この結果は,顔の感情評価に瞳孔の大きさが影響していることを示し,各感情に伴う瞳孔径変化の特徴を反映した顔画像がより的確に感情を伝える可能性のあることを示唆している.

近年,さまざまなセンサー類が搭載された携帯電話やスマートフォンの普及により,人間の行動をデジタルデータとして保存するライフログに注目が集まっている.記録されたデータの有用性は利用時に判明するものであり,ライフログでは可能な限りすべての行動を詳細に記録することが望ましい.しかし,RDBMS で構成された現行システムでは膨大なデータを扱うことが困難である.そこで,本研究では,ライフログの収集端末として Android OS が搭載された携帯電話を用いて位置情報データの取得し,ログの保存と解析に Hadoop と HBase を利用したライフログシステムの試作を行う.本稿では,その有用性と課題について検討する.The mobile devices and smart phones which have many types of sensors in it, is becoming common. Because of this, life log which stores digital data of human behavior, action, or movements which is called life-log is getting more atttentions these days. The availability of the data that is stored in can only be known when actually using it. Therefore, it is desirable to have all the data we can get out of life-log when collecting. However, the existing systems which is constructed using RDBMS does not have the ability to compute floods of data. In this paper, we propose a Life-log system which uses a smart phone with an Android OS in it. This system will get location data and save them. After saving the data, it will be sent and analysed using Hadoop and HBase. we made a prototype system and disqus the availability of the system.
