急性腹症で発症した, 機能性子宮を有する膣欠損症の2症例(15歳, 14歳)を経験した.2症例とも, まれな下部膣欠損症であり, 子宮膣留血腫を認めた.膣前庭部からのドレナージは2症例とも不成功であったため, 再手術にて腹腔側から子宮膣留血腫のドレナージ術を要した.その後, 膣前庭粘膜圧伸法(Frank法)にて膣前庭部の粘膜を4.5cm, 3.7cmの長さに伸展, 延長して, それぞれ9カ月, 5カ月後に膣形成術を行った.術後はプロテーゼ留置による吻合部狭窄の予防が行われた.Frank法は根治術までに時間と本人, 家族の労力を要するが, 自然に近い状態の膣が形成される優れた治療法であり, 本症に対する第一選択と考える.

Congenital defect of the vagina is estimated to occur once in every 4, 000-5, 000 female births, and about 5% of those women have a funcitioning uterus. We present a case of congenital defect of the vagina with functioning uterus. The patient was a 15-year-old girl, who had had cyclic lower abdominal cramping since 12 years of age. Her height was 155 cm and her weight 55 Kg. Her vital sings were normal, and her secondary sexual characteristics were adequate. The basal body temperature was biphasic. On pelvic examination, the external genitalia were normal. The vagina terminated blindly 1 cm inside the introitus. Rectal examination revealed that the uterus was normal in size and shape. Chromosome study showed a 46XX karyotype. Intravenous pyelography revealed no urinary tract anomalies. We selected simple surgical reconstruction of the vagina with uterine conservation. The uterine body was incised vertically to reveal a bicornate uterine cavity which ended blindly above the hypoplastic and non-canalized cervix. The blind termination of the vagina was incised and elongated, and.the potential vaginal cavity was canalized and dilated. Stenosis of the neovagina was prevented by the insertion of a Hegar's cervical dilator (no. 18) for ten minutes every night and sanitary tampons during the daytime. Cyclic and painless menstruations now occur without any stenosis or consequent infection.Other reports of congenital defect of the vagina with functioning uterus are summarized and discussed.

本研究の目的は, 修身教育で使用されていた例話を繙いていくことで,例話の特徴および、例話を使用した意図を明らかにすることである。学校現場で実施されていた修身教育の詳細な姿を知るために,淡路島にあった瑞井尋常小学校の課程日誌『表第二四号ノ壱 第一年生課程日誌 瑞井尋常小学校』と『表第二四号ノ弐 第二年生課程日誌 瑞井尋常小学校』の二冊の史料を使用することとした。その史料に基づき,瑞井尋常小学校第一学年と第二学年の修身教育のなかで使用された例話について考察した。

福岡県旧前原市においてイノシシ被害に関するアンケート調査(対象面積11,202ha、31 農区、農家1,069 戸)を実施し、耕作放棄地とイノシシ被害との関係を解析した。アンケート内容は、記入者の営農情報、被害に関する情報、対策の有無であり、有効なアンケートの回収率は79.6%であった。主な被害作物は稲が全体の53%を占め、続いて野菜16%、ミカン13%、イモ5%、その他が13%であった。被害農地と土地利用との相関解析を行った結果、耕作放棄地の存在とイノシシ被害との間に有意な正の相関がみられた。GIS(地理情報システム)を用いた解析より、被害農地の92.3%が山林から100m以内に存在し、山林からの距離が被害要因の1つとなっていることが明らかとなった。また、被害農地の54.9%が耕作放棄地から100m以内に存在し、耕作放棄地との近接性も影響する可能性が考えられた。さらに、500mおよび1,000mメッシュを用いた相関分析から、イノシシ被害回数と放棄地面積の間に有意な正の相関があることが明らかとなった。

We report 3 cases of females with congenita l masculinization of the external genitalia, who were born of mothers treated with certain oral progestins during pregnancy (2 are ethynyltestosterone and the other one, 17a-ethynyl-19 nortestosterone).

The author intended to make clear the reason Poland was defenceless during the years prior to the Second World War.<br>The then Minister of Foreign Affairs Beck believed that total war would never break out, because he regarded Hitler's territorial and political demands <i>vis à vis</i> Poland as only a bluff. Beck's policies to settle the disputes with Germany were as follows; 1) to reply to Hitler with the same bluff, 2) to maintain closer contact with Britain in order to restrain Hitler, 3) to control Polish public opinion in order to carry out 1) and 2).<br>But Beck's plan turned out to be ineffective by the end of April, 1939, because his above-mentioned fundamental intentions from 1) to 3) all turned out to be false. Still remaining in office, he stirred up Poland to make better preparation for the War, though it seems that for Poland not many choices remained.

The design method of a sentence set for a speech-synthesis database strongly influences the quality of the synthesized speech. To minimize the costs associated with making the speech recordings and constructing the speech database, the number of the sentence set should be limited. However, if a sentence set does not include sufficient data, the quality of the synthesized speech can be inadequate. In this paper, we propose a method for generating a sentence set from templates. When applied to the templates in the "Weather Report" radio program, the proposed method reduced the number of the sentence set to less than several percent of that required by a comparison method. In addition, the mean opinion score of speech samples synthesized using the proposed method was 4.32 on a five-point scale.

Acute calcific tendinitis of the longus colli muscle presenting as an acute neck pain is not common. The present unusual case is a thirty eight year-old man who complained of an acute onset of neck pain. Lateral aspect of a plain X-ray of the neck showed a retropharyngeal space being dilated by 13.9 mm. CT/MRI delineated a partly calcified longus colli muscle with an effusion at the retropharyngeal space. Calcific tendinitis of the longus colli can be clinically misdiagnosed as retropharyngeal abscess, traumatic sequelae or infectious spondylitis. Correct radiographical diagnosis can be made by the presence of a calcified shadow anterior to C1-2 body, prevertebral soft tissue swelling and retropharyngeal effusion. His neck pain gradually ameliorated within 1 week by an administration of NSAIDs and neck rest. We present an uncommon case of acute calcific tendinitis of the longus colli muscle diagnosed by on unusual neck pain and the pathognomonic findings on the neuroimaging.
