<p>【要旨】</p><p>本論文はヴィンセント・ミネリ監督による1949 年公開のハリウッド映画『ボヴァリー夫人』について論じる。本作は先行研究において、ヒロインであるエマの欲望とその抑圧を中心に論じられてきた。それに対して本論文は、フローベールによる原作小説と異なり良き夫として造形されているチャールズについて、ミネリの作家論的特質も踏まえた上でテクスト分析を中心に考察を加え、さらに同時代のハリウッド映画との比較を通じて本作の意義を明らかにすることを目標としている。そこで重要なのは、チャールズもエマと同じような行動をしているということだ。舞踏会ではエマがメロドラマ的な過剰さの下で熱狂的に踊り続ける一方で、チャールズも泥酔により放縦な行動をしている。これは精神分析の影響を受けた同年代の女性映画から本作を隔てる特徴となっている。それらの映画はヒステリックなヒロインの傍らに、正常さ=社会(家庭)=真実を体現する夫ないし男性医師を登場させているのだが、本作は舞踏会のシーンで、エマだけでなく医師であり夫であるチャールズも、自らの挫折した欲望から生じる一種のヒステリー的な異常状態に陥ることで、その原則が一時的であれ崩れているのである。ミネリによる『ボヴァリー夫人』は40 年代最後の年の映画に相応しく、複数の人物が各々の欲望と夢を持っているために至るべき結末とそこへの道筋が所与のものではない、50 年代以降のハリウッドにおけるミネリやダグラス・サークなどのメロドラマ映画の萌芽としても捉えることが出来る。</p>

Practice of taking care of the sick among ordained practitioners during the Buddha’s time seems to have carried critical importance. Therefore, five conditions of a good caregiver for the sick and five conditions of a difficult patient to take care are elaborated in Vinaya. This paper surveys the context as to why the practice of nursing had such an importance in Buddhist practice from the standpoint of mindfulness meditation and modern clinical education in nursing. The author will share the insights obtained from university education of spiritual care about the third condition of a good care giver for the sick (giving care with loving kindness, not from an expectation of something); the awareness of the unconscious motivation to become a care giver will support him/her to survive and attain emotional maturation through the difficulties of clinical practice. Roshi Joan Halifax created the G.R.A.C.E. program in order to prevent burnout syndrome in terminal care, with her students who practice Buddhist meditations and also are educators in the medical environment. We will examine this G.R.A.C.E. program from the perspective of traditional understanding of Buddhist meditation practice: mindfulness (sati-paṭṭhāna), the three steps of learning (sīla, samādhi, paññā) and the four boundless hearts (appamaññā). Especially in the analysis of the near-enemy and far-enemy of four boundless hearts explained in Visuddhimagga, the emotional maturation of medical practitioners in the clinical human relationship will be examined from the standpoint of integration of ambivalence psychoanalytically. Towards the end of this paper, readers will hopefully have some better understanding about how ancient meditation practices had a fundamental impact on the humane maturational process and how we can improve modern medical practice and education by utilizing those ancient experiential wisdoms.

The classification of the mouse blood types was described and the following results were obtained.1. Applying human anti-A and anti-B sera as agglutinins, the blood cells of the mouse were divided into four groups:a) agglutinated by human anti-A sera (17.4per cent)b) agglutinated by human anti-B sera (13.9per cent)c) agglutinated by human anti-A and anti-B sera (48.2per cent)d) neither agglutinated by human anti-A nor anti-B sera (20.5per cent)2. The blood cells of some mice were agglutinated by human AB blood type sera (69.6per cent). This result indicated that human AB blood type sera included certain agglutinins against mouse blood cells.3. Based on the antigenic analysis of blood types of the mouse by means of anti M I and M II sera of immunized rabbits, the blood cells of mouse were divided into four groups:a) M I type (13.3per cent)b) M II type (40.9per cent)c) M I, M II type (43.8per cent)d) X (non-agglutinated) type (2.0per cent)

Despite increasing demand for sweet potato foliage, which is rich in functional components, efficient methods to maximize yield are still needed. In this study, cultivation tests for sweet potato (line Kyukei05303-3) were conducted over three consecutive years at a greenhouse to characterize seasonal changes in the foliage yield (leaves and stem-petioles), as well as the polyphenol content. The sweet potato foliage was harvested from May to November every week, and the average leaf yield was 855.3 g·m−2·year−1 on a dry weight (DW) basis. The yield and polyphenol content of the leaves were negatively correlated. The yield increased from spring to summer but decreased after mid-August. In contrast, the polyphenol content was highest in May, lower during the summer (June to August), and increased again after September. The average polyphenol content in the leaves was 6.9 g·100 g−1 DW and the total annual polyphenol yield was 59.0 g·m−2. The major component of polyphenols was caffeoylquinic acids. The seasonal changes in caffeoylquinic acids were highly correlated with the changes in total polyphenols. The polyphenol content was significantly correlated with air temperature, but not with sunshine duration, suggesting that air temperature is an important determinant of the polyphenol content during cultivation. These results provide a basis for the rapid cultivation of sweet potato for foliage production.

『地下室アントンの一夜』は尾崎翠の他の小説と共通の人物が登場するため、従来の研究では、他の小説との関連の中で検討されてきた。しかし、『地下室アントンの一夜』を他の小説と切り離して独立した作品と捉えた場合、従来の研究で作品理解の前提とされてきた精神病のモチーフから離れることが可能になる。本稿では、語り手「僕」(詩人土田九作)の心的病状に関心を絞るのでなく、詩人の創作上の危機に焦点を当てて論じてみたい。本小説の大きい特徴は、小説の大部分でお互いを語り合い、身の周りの物事を語る「僕」(詩人土田九作)と「余」(動物学者松木氏)という二人の語り手が小説の最後の一節で地下室に降り、初めて直接に対話することである。この「対話」によって、詩を書けない危機にあった詩人「僕」は詩を書けるようになる。本論では、詩人の「詩を書ける」状態と「詩を書けない」状態の各々の状態についてその特質を明らかにし、地下室で開かれた「対話」が、詩を「書ける」ようになるという詩人の変化にどう関わっているかについて論じると同時に、人間の生における「対話」の意味について考察したい。

Oil fields occur in the Sagara district of Shizuoka Prefecture, despite the disadvantageous geological conditions of a fore-arc setting. We investigated the petroleum system of this fore-arc basin in southern Shizuoka Prefecture based on hydrocarbon compositions of oils, source rock potential, organic matter type, and burial history of the Paleogene to Neogene sediments. Argillaceous rock samples from the MITI-Omaezakioki well and from outcrops in the Kakegawa and Sagara districts were analyzed for geochemical properties by CHNS elemental analyzer, Rock-Eval pyrolysis, and GC/MS.<br>Various maturity parameters in the Sagara oils indicate differing maturity levels, ranging up to the condensate zone. The range in maturity parameters is wider in the northwest flank of the Megami anticlinorium than in the southwest flank. The upper layers of the Lower Miocene Towata Formation and the lower layers of the Lower Miocene Matsuba Formation have relatively high potential for hydrocarbon generation (up to TOC=0.9 wt%, S<sub>2</sub>=2.8mg/g and HI=350mg/gC). The highest-potential layer of the Matsuba Formation was probably deposited in a highly productive marine environment during deposition of siliceous clastic sediments. No equivalent high-potential layers were identified in the MITI-Omaezakioki well, suggesting that the organic-rich layer formed only in the northern part of the basin. In the Eocene-Oligocene Mikura Group, layers relatively rich in TOC (up to 0.7 wt% in over-matured black shale) were observed in the Kakegawa area and also in the MITI-Omaezakioki well. According to epimerization of sterane and hopane isomers, thermal gradient was higher in the northern part of the basin than in the south. In both areas the Kurami Group only reached medium-light oil zone, whereas the Mikura Group reached the condensate zone. The thermal structure of the basin thus changed significantly between the Paleogene and Neogene.<br>On the basis of basin modeling simulation of the MITI-Sagara well, medium-light oils (Ro=0.7-1.0%) were generated in the Mikura Group at ca. 29 Ma and 15 Ma, and condensates (Ro=1.2%) at ca. 2 Ma. The Kurami Group generated medium-light oils (Ro=0.7-1.0%) at ca. 15 Ma and 2 Ma. Therefore, the ca. 2 Ma condensates from the Mikura Group migrated and were contaminated by oils from the Kurami Group and bitumens from the upper reservoir layers (e.g. Sagara Group).

The skipping is the movement modeled after sprint running. The purpose of this study was to examine effects of skipping training on physical fitness, sprint ability and sprinting form. Nine non-athlete male university students participated in the training consisted of skipping exercises three days per week for eight weeks. The experiment was performed before and after the training period. The experiment was composed of measuring physical fitness and filming 100 m dash. Variables of analysis were: 1) back strength, vertical jump, stepping effeciency while sitting on a chair, 2) maximum anaerobic power, 3) isokinetic peak torque and isokinetic endurance of knee extension and flexion, and hip flexion, 4) 100m sprint record, and sprint record in each 20m sections, 5) running velocity, step frequency and step length, 6) thigh angle and angular velocity, and knee angle and angular velocity, 7) time for one step, support time and nonsupport time, 8) locus of ankle around trochanter major. Results were as follows: 1. Factors of physical fitness such as back strength, maximum anaerobic power and isokinetic peak torque were significantly improved after training. 2. 100m sprint record was significantly shortened, due to the increase of step frequency. 3. After training, the maximum running velocity was kept up for a longer period, and running velocity in 80 m to 100 m became remarkably faster. 4. After training, time for one step and nonsupport time were significantly shortened. 5. The knee lift during recovery phase became significantly higher. 6. The angular velocity of thigh of recovery leg became significantly faster. It is concluded that the skipping training for eight weeks improves sprint ability, sprinting form and physical fitness related to sprint running.
