Recently, in Japan, some of anime fans make "Anime Pilgrimage" which is a kind of tourist behavior. People making an "Anime Pilgrimage" are called "Anime Pilgrims". Some cases of "Anime Pilgrimage" evolve into movement of regional development. In these cases "Anime Pilgrims" collaborate with local residents spontaneously, hold an event and make souvenir or goods. The objective of this paper is to clarify characteristics of "Anime Pilgrim" using questionnaire survey and face-to-face interviews.

The effects of grinding and tableting on the physicochemical stability of TAT-59, (E)-4-[1-[4-[2-(dimethylamino)ethoxy]phenyl]-2-(4-isopropyl)phenyl]-1-butenyl]phenyl monophosphate, were studied. The crystallinity of TAT-59 ground in a planetary ball mill for 0-120 min or compressed at 0-4500 kg/cm2 was evaluated by X-ray diffraction analysis and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The surface of TAT-59 was measured under a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The physicochemical stability of TAT-59, ground or compressed, was determined by measurements of water content, crystallinity and the amount of hydrolysis product, DP-TAT-59, formed. The crystallinity of ground TAT-59 decreased with increasing grinding time, and the amount of DP-TAT-59 increased with decrease in the crystallinity. Similar to ground TAT-59, the crystallinity of TAT-59 tablet gradually decreased with increasing compression pressure, and the amount of DP-TAT-59 tended to increase with decreasing crystallinity. These findings suggested that the dacrease of the crystallinity of TAT-59 by mechanical force, such as grinding and tableting raised the drug's reactivity and affected its stability.

(E)-4-[1-[4-[2-(Dimethylamino)ethoxy]phenyl]-2-(4-isopropyl)phenyl]-1-butenyl]phenyl monophosphate (TAT-59) is a new drug for the treatment of breast cancer. Physical and chemical stability of a tablet consisting of TAT-59 powder and a few excipients (Formulated tablet), a tablet consisting of only TAT-59 power (TAT-59 tablet) and TAT-59 powder itself itself was evaluated based on water content, tensile strenght, porosity, the amount of TAT-59 and its hydrolysis product, DP-TAT-59.The water content of Formulated tablet increased with relative humidity (RH), whereas that of TAT-59 tablet and TAT-59 powder scarcely changed. The equilibrium water content of Formulated tablet was much greater than that of the TAT-59 tablet or TAT-59 powder due to adsorbed moisture by the excipients. The tensile strength and porosity of Formulated tablet decreased and increased linearly, respectively, with increasing water content. The degradation rate of TAT-59 decreased in the following order : Formulated tablet>TAT-59 tablet>TAT-59 powder. The relationship between equilibrium water content and degradation rate of the Formulated tablet was determined by the Carstensen equation, in which the interaction order between the durg and water content was 1.9, and the degration of TAT-59 in Formulated tablet was related to water content. Thus, it was found that the degradation of TAT-59 was accelerated by compression and addition of excipients.

日本原子力研究開発機構(JAEA)は、福島県の委託を受け、2011年7月から福島県民の内部被ばく検査を行っている。検査当日に家族単位での結果説明および質疑応答を行っているのがJAEAの対応の特長である。本報告では、受検者に対して実施した意識調査の結果について述べる。検査前の調査では切実な不安や不満が多く聞かれるのに対し、検査後の調査では不安が軽減した割合が高くなっており、双方向コミュニケーションの重要性が実証されたと言える。

日本近生植物代(Cainophyticum) の初代は白亜紀上部(Cenoman-Turon)を以て始る事一般に他地方と同一にして,樺太島のGyliak統之を代表し所謂 Ainu-Gyliakian Bed Flora は此時代の日本植物區系の一端を表せり.次の Senon 世前期の Flora は蝦夷島の浦川統即ち上部アンモナイト層中の Parapachydiscus Bed 内に包藏さるゝ Flora 之を代表し, Senon 世後期の Flora は函淵砂岩に包藏せらるゝ Nilssonia Bed の Flora 之を代表す,而白亜最上部の Danian Flora は對馬島の佛國寺統に相當する地層に含まるゝもの之を代表するものゝ如し.北海道の Senon 前世の Flora は先に藤井博士と STOPES博士との共同研究のもの及び鈴木學士の研究ある以外少しも進歩せざりしが著者は新に次の植物化石を發見せり. 羊齒類 Yezopteris polycycloides OGURA (ヘゴ科). Solenostelopteris loxosomoides OGURA (Loxosomaceae). Cyathorachis Fujiiana OGURA (ヘゴ科). 裸子植物 Cycadeoidea petiolata OGURA (Bennettitaceae). Cycadeoidella japonica OGURA (Bennettitaceae). Cycadangium compactum OGURA (Cycadaceae). Stachycarpites projectus OGURA (Podocarpaceae). Piceophyllum simplex OGURA (Pinaceae). Pinus flabellatifolia OGURA. Pinus pseudostrobifolia OGURA. Sciadopitys cretacea OGURA. 被子植物 Yubaria invaginata OGURA. 藤井 STOPES 兩氏は此地層より Cretovarium japonicum の如き世界に比類なき花の化石をも發見せしが,著者の研究中最も注目すべきは金松一種の化石發見なり,金松屬のものは歐洲にては中生植物代(Mesophyticum)を通じて存在せしが第三紀に入るや絶滅せり,今回著者の發見により中生植物代の終頃より東亜にも本屬植物は分布し第三紀より現世に到るまでも繼續せし事を知るを得たり.(G. 原子力機構は、福島県の委託を受け、平成23年7月から福島県民の内部被ばく検査測定を実施している。検査の前後に、放射線被ばくに関する不安や対応に関する意見などの意識調査を実施した。前回の報告に続き、平成24年末までの意識調査の結果を分析して報告する。

原子力機構では、福島県や茨城県において、住民に対して放射線勉強会を開催している。また、福島第一原発周辺の住民を中心に内部被ばく検査を実施している。両者において住民のアンケート調査を実施し、不安・心配に思うこと、福島原発事故前の放射線に対する情報の接触状況、情報源、情報提供のあり方等を把握することができた。ここでは、アンケート結果を基に、勉強会に参加した茨城県民、福島県民、及び、内部被ばく検査の受検者の意識を比較検討する。

機構では、昨年5月以降、茨城県、福島県において双方向性確保に留意した放射線に関する勉強会を展開している他、ホールボディカウンタを用いた福島県民の内部被ばく検査に併せた双方向コミュニケーション活動を行ってきており、それらの参加者にアンケートをお願いして来ている。今般、その一部について解析したので、以下3件のシリーズ報告を行う。本報告では、これら3つの活動の特色とアンケート解析から見えた特徴について比較評価し、以降の議論の導入とする。

韓国は今や世界でも最先端のブロードバンド大国に変ぼうしている。韓国ネットワーク情報センターの調査によると、1999年12月末では27万人にすぎなかったブロードバンドのユーザー数は、2001年2月末で約500万人に急増した(図1-1)。 一方、情報通信部(日本の旧郵政省に当たる)は年内に700万人を突破すると予測している。

本研究では、ネット上のコミュニケーションが活発になされている韓国の20代と30代に対して質問紙調査をおこない、ネット上での弱いつながりと強いつながりに関するポジティブ、ネガティブ両面の認識がネット上で求めるつながりの強さにいかに影響するかを検証した。ネットへの弱いつながり志向は、弱いつながりに対する情報収集、影響力強化、自己表現のメリット、不確実性のリスクの認識がなされているほど、また、強いつながりに対する情報収集メリットの認識がなされていないほど高かった。一方、ネットへの強いつながり志向は、強いつながりから得られる影響力強化のメリットが認識されているほど、また、弱いつながりに対する情報収集メリットと不確実性リスクが認識されているほど高かった。つながりの志向性を問わずネットで活発にコミュニケーションする人は情報や資源が幅広く得られるというメリットを感じ、同時に、よく知らない人とやりとりすることのリスクも感じているということが言える。また、ネットに弱いつながりを求める人と強いつながりを求める人の違いには、影響力の源泉に対する認識が関わっていることが明らかになった。This research identified how positive and negative cognition towards weak and strong ties influences strength of expected ties on networks through questionnaire survey on Korean people in their 20's and 30's. The weak-tie orientation increased when the merits of weak ties regarding information gathering, influence strengthening and self-expression, and the anxiety risk with weak ties were cognized. The strong-tie orientation increased when the merits of strong ties regarding influence strengthening as well as information-gathering with weak ties and the anxiety risk with weak ties were cognized. It could be said that, regardless of strength of ties, those who communicate with other people actively felt merits of getting wide range of information and resources, and at the same time they felt anxiety of communicating unknown people. In addition, we found that the difference between those who expect weak ties and those who expect strong ties on networks is related to their cognition about source of influence.

沖縄の薬用植物資源について、その生物情報や化学情報、薬理情報を体系的に調査、整理し、「沖縄薬草データベース」の作成を行った。作成に当たっては、検索エンジンにXML文書全文検索エンジンシステムを使用し、また「生物情報」、「化学情報」、「薬理情報」、「論文情報」などの各カテゴリ別にサブシステムを持つ構造とした。さらに、カテゴリ間の連携に重点を置き、各サブシステム間で容易に移動ができる検索システムとした。本データベースには、現在、237の薬草について情報が登録されており、平成15年3月よりインターネット上で公開している。
