無指向性アンテナを前提とした従来の無線アドホックネットワークMACプロトコルの空間利用効率が低い等の問題に対して著者らは,干渉の低減・空間利用効率の向上・通信距離の拡張を提供しうるスマートアンテナを利用したアドホックネットワークMACプロトコルSWAMP(Smart antennasbased Wider-range Access MAC Protocol)を提案している.本論文では計算機シミュレーションによるSWAMPの性能評価を実施し,スループット・遅延・オーバヘッド特性を明らかにする.その結果,IEEE 802.11と比較しSWAMPは約3.5倍のスループットおよび低遅延を実現し,追加したオーバヘッドがあるものの,それを上回る性能向上がなされることを示す.また,ノードの移動速度・ノード密度に対するスループット特性をそれぞれ示す.次に,SWAMPの通信失敗の原因を7つに分類して考察し,低負荷時にはアンテナの指向性制御が不正確になる問題が発生することを示す.さらに,この問題に関連するビーム幅,近隣端末位置情報の有効期間および最大再送回数がSWAMPの性能に与える影響に関してそれぞれ検討を行う.結果,負荷量・ノードの移動速度に応じてビーム幅の適応制御を行うことでさらなるSWAMPの性能向上の可能性があることを示す.To address issues of MAC protocols using omni-directional antennas, such as the low efficiency of spatial reuse, authors have proposed a MAC protocol for ad hoc networks using smart antennas called SWAMP (Smart antennas based Wider-range Access MAC Protocol). Smart antennas may offer some benefits, e.g., interference reduction, spatial reuse enhancement and the transmission range extension. This paper evaluates SWAMP through simulation studies in terms of throughput, End-to-End delay and overhead characteristics. Results show that SWAMP improves throughput and delay performance against IEEE 802.11 though it has more overhead. Also, we evaluate the effects of the mobility of nodes and node density. This paper then investigates different factors which reduce the probability of successful transmissions. SWAMP increases the communication failure due to location information staleness when offered load is low because a gap between the table information and actual location of the neighbor nodes is arisen due to the lapse of time and the mobility of nodes. This paper also examines the effects of the beamwidth and lifetime of the location information associated with location information staleness. The experimental results show that the dynamic adaptation of the beamwidth may mitigate the location information staleness and improve the overall network performance.

医学部入学定員は平成19年より急速に増加しており多くを地域枠学生が占めている.過去の調査で「医師不足地域での従事」において,専門医取得は大きな要素であった.鹿児島県の地域枠は全国よりも3年間早く開始され来年度から後期研修が開始される.彼らが専門医も取得可能なキャリア計画を提示することは喫緊の課題であり現在の制度情報を元に検討した結果,専門医の取得が困難であった.本問題は鹿児島県だけの問題でなく,数年後全国の医学部の卒業生の約2割が地域枠学生であることを考えると全国的な問題であり,彼らが専門医取得困難である現状は改善しなければならない.そのためには,各方面からの取り組みが必要である.

The planetary gear train (PGT) is one of the most important components of the new hybrid and electric vehicles due to its high torque-to-weight ratio and to its compact geometry. However, this system generates a lot of vibrations which increase the noise into the vehicles due to its complex geometry and to its various mesh coupled motion. The aim of this study is to construct a novel torsional coupled vibration model based on bond graph method and to understand the planetary gear train motional and modal behavior with a focus on the damping effect of the meshing while taking into account the damping effect of the bearings that connects the system to the shaft. The result from bond graph is in good agreement with observed result, and it can be seen that bond graph is proper enough to simulate dynamic behavior of PGT compared with the results by a traditional equation of motion.

以上要約しますと, 豚は離乳から肥育豚舎に行くまで度々移動させられたり, 精神的に障害をうけるので, 相当な精神的なストレスを受けるため, Selye によって報告されている“適応症候群”にまで進行することが考えられます。このため異化作用は促進して胃腸障害を引き起すことになると思われます。消化管に関連した数多くの臨床的障害は離乳後に典型的に発生するものであり, その障害は下痢症, 出血性腸炎, 成長の停止, 飼料効率の低下であります。消化管にみられる病理解剖学的病変は, 離乳後と同様に実験的ストレスを与えた場合にも観察されました。離乳後の損失を出来るだけ少なくする方法としては, 広範囲に適用される抗生物質の多量に入った所謂“ストレス飼料”を投与することが必要であります。また, アザペロンの様な精神安定剤は良好な治療効果を示すことが出来ます。アザペロンは豚の精神的平衡を維持し, 発生が予測される胃腸障害を予防するものであり, その原因的治療剤としてすぐれた薬剤であると考えられます。

本研究では,環境保護に対する意識と環境配慮型商品の購買行動との関連性を,アンケート調査と実際の購買履歴データを用いて分析することの可能性について,実際にこれらのデータの基本的な分析を行って考察を与えた。用いたデータは,株式会社マクロミルが提供している消費者購買履歴データと,そのモニタに対する意識調査データである。意識調査データについては,環境に関する質問項目の回答に対して因子分析を行い,5 因子を抽出した。一方,消費者購買履歴データからは,環境配慮型商品として,環境に関する単語を含むトイレットペーパーの購買履歴を抽出し,これらの購買傾向と因子得点との関連性について考察を行った。

We constructed a system for visualizing dispersion states of monomer and polymer-liquid droplets in a suspension polymerization reactor in a non-intrusive and continuous manner using electrical resistance tomography measurement.Using this system, we tried to establish a method for keeping reaction states stable by varying the operating conditions, such as the rotational speed of the impeller and the injection amount of dispersion reagents, in response to the detection of worsening reaction states through continuous monitoring of the dispersion states.

中枢性血圧調節にはアミノ酸系神経伝達物質の関与が重要であると考えられているが,高血圧発症への関与には不明な点が多い.本研究では脳卒中易発症性高血圧自然発症ラットと正常血圧ラットであるWistar-Kyotoラットの脳脊髄液中アミノ酸濃度の加齢による推移を比較することにより,高血圧症発症へのアミノ酸系神経伝達物質の関与について検討した.8週から22週まで隔週齢のラットの血圧測定と脳脊髄液の採取を行った.アミノ酸濃度の定量は電気化学検出器を用いた高速液体クロマトグラフィーで行い,アスパラギン酸,グルタミン酸,γ-アミノ酪酸,グリシン,アルギニン,タウリンの6種について分析した.測定した全週齢で脳卒中易発症性高血圧自然発症ラットがWistar-Kyotoラットより高値を示したアミノ酸は,グルタミン酸とアルギニンで,グルタミン酸濃度は若齢期においてとくに高値を示し,アルギニン濃度はほぼ一定であった.タウリン濃度は全週齢でWistar-Kyotoラットが脳卒中易発症性高血圧自然発症ラットより高値であった.γ-アミノ酪酸,グリシン,アスパラギン酸では有意な差を認めなかった.興奮性アミノ酸の週齢変化は遺伝性高血圧の発症過程における中枢性交感神経活動の亢進状態に関与し,抑制性アミノ酸であるγ-アミノ酪酸あるいはタウリンによる抑制効果は大きくないと考えられた.

This study investigated informatization of design and editorial type. Editorial type means type of editting that provides character of media. Editor makes a distinctive feature of media by combination of the types. We think user's idea of design and lifestyle is based on the conbination. The research methods are the following. The first, we tried to arrange of the stream of information about informatization of design. Second, we investigated some magazines as typical media focused into design, and editors of some select shops. Third, we investigated information about design in some famous net stores. Henceforth, We will try to consider about editorial type.

We offer Cultural Computing as a method for cultural translation that uses scientific methods to represent the essential aspects of culture. Including images that heretofore have not been the focus of computing, such as images of Eastern thought and Buddhism, and the Sansui paintings, poetry and kimono that evoke these images, we projected the style of communication developed by Zen schools over hundreds of years into a world for the user to explore - a somewhat exotic Eastern Sansui world. Through encounters with Zen Koans and haiku poetry, the user is constantly and sharply forced to confirm the whereabouts of his or her self-consciousness. However, there is no "right answer" to be found anywhere.
