2009-2011年度、大分県各地の言語生活の変容を探った研究の成果を踏まえ、2012-2014年度(本事業)では、福岡県3地点、大阪市東区、東京都区内、青森県津軽地域の各地で同様の会話を収録し、約60年前のNHK『全国方言資料』と比較し、方言の変容、特に共通語とは異なる方向への変容に注目して実態を解明し、要因を考察した。隣接優勢方言への変化、方言内部での自律的変化の他、臨時的バリエーションが多く観察される。これは言語変容に関する、注目すべき要素であることを改めて認識した。

現代、世界各地において民族や宗教による対立抗争は激化の一途をたどり、わが国でも心の荒廃が蔓延して宗教犯罪が頻発し、また青少年の凶悪な犯罪が増加して人々は不安と焦燥に駆られている。このような時代われわれの心に拠り所を与え、安らぎをもたらすものはやはり宗教ではなかろうか。しかし既存の宗教にはもはや対応する力は無い。そこで既成の宗教、教祖・宗祖の宗教ではない普遍的・根源的な宗教、狂信や妄執、排撃抗争を生みださない全人類に共通な拠り所となり希望となりうる宗教は何か、探求することにした。数々の宗教的文献を探素したが、納得しうる答えはなかったので、佛教やキリスト教、国家神道の影響が少なく、今なお人々の間に伝統的な宗教が息づいている沖縄と、道教や仏教伝来以前の縄文時代の遺跡調査を行い考察することにした。以下その桔果を基に論究する。

The University of Electro-Communications アブストラクト:2005年に拙作のプログラムBonanzaをインターネットに公開,以降2006年からコンピュータ将棋協会が毎年5月に開催する選手権に出場し続けている.今年の5月で8回目の出場となり,戦績は優勝2回,2位1回,3位1回,4位1回,5位2回,9位(予選落ち)1回である.Bonanzaの戦績には実力だけでなく運の要素も強く反映されている.二度優勝してはいるが,それぞれ一局ずつ,将棋の内容では負けていながら相手プログラムの不合理な動作により勝っている.本稿では,選手権においてトップ争いを繰り広げてきたBonanzaに施された工夫の一部をハードウェア構成と評価関数の観点から簡単に紹介する.

日本のOpenStreetMap(OSM) は活発な活動により多くの成果物が作成されているが, 持続可能なコミュニティとなり多くの社会活動に成果物を活用するためには, 様々な課題がある. 本稿では, 日本のOSMの現状分析を行い, 今後の課題を明確にし, 日本のコミュニティに問題提起するための検証をした. 最初に, 成果物数と貢献者数について日本とOSM先進地域で比較調査分析し, 日本のOSMの現状と課題を明確にした. 次に, OSMの品質の要素である, 成果物の粒度について調査した. 調査の結果, 貢献者をいかに定着させるか, さらには, 新たな貢献者をいかに増やすのか, が日本のOSMコミュニティの課題となった.

The predictive accuracy for the dynamic behaviour of a rotor under conditions of high-speed spinning depends on the accuracy of the numerical model of the rotor, the dynamic characteristics of the bearings and/or the seals, and the external force. In order to improve the accuracy of the numerical model, we propose a method to identify all characteristic matrices in the vibration equation of a rotor based on the information on rigid and elastic properties which can be obtained by a vibration test without spinning. The rotor is assumed to be composed of a shaft which can be modeled as beam elements and rigid discs. The proposed method can be applied for model reduction in which the reduced number of beam elements is feasible to calculate the dynamic behaviour of the rotor.

A novel measurement method for evaluating hydrogen solubility in water is developed Purified water is exposed to high-pressure hydrogen in a gas-liquid equilibrium cell of approximately 100 cc, and than gaseous component in the water sample of approximately 10 cc is analyzed with quadruple mass spectrometry. The purpose of this study is to establish hydrogen solubility data in water up to 29 MPa and to 75 ℃. Preliminary measurements under low pressure (up to 1 MPa) show that the deviation of measured solubility lies within the range of the estimated uncertainty of measurement. We reveal that the measurement uncertainty of the present method highly depends on the background intensity for hydrogen in the mass spectrometry.

Lymphoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in canine. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), a well-conserved serine/threonine phosphatase, plays a critical role as a tumor suppressor. Perphenazine (PPZ) is one of the phenothiazines and widely used as an antipsychotic drug. Recently, it is reported that PPZ directly binds with scaffolding subunit of PP2A complex and exerts anti-tumor effects on human T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. However, the effect of PPZ on canine lymphoma has not been studied. Here, we investigated the potential therapeutic role of PPZ and its molecular mechanism in canine T-cell lymphoma. In canine T-cell lymphoma cell lines, UL-1 and Ema, PPZ decreased cell survival in a dose-dependent manner. Increased caspase 3 activity and Annexin V positive cells suggested that PPZ induced apoptosis. PPZ dephosphorylated Akt, MEK1/2 and ERK1/2. Akt inhibitor, but not MEK1/2 inhibitor and ERK1/2 inhibitor, induced cell death, indicating the importance of Akt dephosphorylation for the anti-tumor effect of PPZ. Finally, we observed enhanced PP2A activity by PPZ treatment. The present results for the first time revealed that PPZ induced canine lymphoma cells apoptosis through Akt dephosphorylation via PP2A activation. Our study suggests the possible therapeutic application of phenothiazines for canine T-cell lymphoma.

It is well known that the antirachitic activity of sunlight is due to the photochemical conversion of 7-dehydrocholesterol as provitamin D_3 to vitamin D_3 via previtamin D_3 in skin exposed to ultraviolet rays in sunlight (Dorno ray). On the other hand, it is documented that the major circulating metabolite of vitamin D in the plasma is 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-D) of which concentration directly reflects the repletion status of vitamin D nutrition. Therefore, we assayed the concentrations of 25-OH-D_2 and 25-OH-D_3 in the plasma samples obtained from about 1000 subjects including adults, mothers, infants and children. The mean and standard deviation of the assayed values of endogenous 25-OH-D_3 in the plasma of healthy adults was 23.0±10.1 ng/ml, which clearly showed the seasonal variation that the levels in summer were significantly higher than those in winter. On the other hand, the levels of mothers were about two times higher than the respective data of newborn infants and there was a highly significant correlation between mothers and newborns. On the basis of these data, the nutritional problems of vitamin D are discussed in this review.

The Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake Disaster gave us many lessons learned in relation to emergency responses by public sector. After the Quake, the Basic Plan for Disaster Prevention, which was editted by the Central Disaster Prevention Council, was revised twice. And also, almost all prefectural disaster prevention plans were revised or have been revising. In this paper, we try to evaluate prefectural disaster prevention plans before and after the Great Hanshin-Aawaji Earthquake Disaster. Some conclusions of this study are as follows : ・Contents of prefectural disaster prevention plans were enriched remarkablely. ・Response for person who need emergency help was planed by almost all prefectures. ・Almost all prefectures are not yet ready to accept emergency aid from foriegn countries.
