本研究では、セーフコミュニティにおけるレジリエンス機能について、どのような活動の中でそれが形成されるのか、Risk事象への取り組み過程から検討を行った。セーフコミュニティは安全を保障する状態を示すものではなく、現在進行形で取り組みを行っている状態である。特定の地域課題に対し、住民に明確な問題意識・解決志向を養成・維持していくことで、安心・安全な地域環境作りを図ることを目的にしており、セーフコミュニティは各地域特徴を踏まえた体制をとっている。特定のRisk事象に対して、そのコミュニティに参加している住民間が共通の問題意識を形成することで、Risk事象へのレジリエンス機能(対処策)を獲得できる。コミュニティにおけるレジリエンス機能は、地域の連携力、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決力等を意識していくための概念であるが、セーフコミュニティはそれ自体、レジリエンス機能を有する形態であることがわかった。

世紀転換期のドイツにおいては, 労働者階級の住宅問題(小住宅問題)が社会政策の焦点となった. 本稿では, 急激な工業化の結果, 住宅問題が深刻化したルール地域の工業都市エッセンを事例に, 様々な主体による非営利的住宅供給と自治体の住宅政策の展開について, 当時の都市計画, 都市内部構造の分化という空間的側面から考察を行った. 当該地域においては, クルップ社による社宅の大量供給がみられるものの, 他の非営利的住宅供給主体(住宅協同組合, 公益的建設会社, 市営住宅)による供給量はわずかであった. しかも, 同市の間接的住宅政策は, 土地政策, 都市計画と連関しつつ実施され, 後の住宅事情の改善や郊外における良好な市街地形成に貢献した点では評価さるべきものであるが, それは中間層に対する助成策が主体であり, 小住宅問題の改善においては限界があった.

Table of major earthquakes which occurred in and near Japan and accompanied by damages was prepared. The table consists of two parts, the major and auxiliary ones. Earthquakes in Formosa and Korea and outside Japan were omitted from these tables. The only exceptional one is the Chilean earthquake of May, 1960 which brought big damage to Japan.

In this essay the author will consider an aspect of the theory of language in Ernst Cassirer's philosophy of symbols. In Chap.6, Part 2, Vol. 3 of his <i>Philosophy of Symbolic Forms,</i> he takes up the pathology of symbolic consciousness in discussing the Phenomenology of Knowledge. He examines Kurt Goldstein's notion of "impairment of categorical attitude". Goldstein is persuaded that an analysis of symptoms characteristic of amnesic aphasia will finally prove quite important to inquire into the way humans set themselves up against the world. Cassirer regards the same pathological cases as pathways by following which we can discover the process in which human mind acquires its ability to make the symbolic form of language and develops its cognitive powers. How Cassirer incorporates Goldstein's observations into his own system of philosophy? This is what we are concerned with in this thesis.

This paper describes the investigations of the characteristic about the sound generation of a nose flute experimentally. The nose flute is attached to the upper part of a container. If air is passed to a nose flute, sound will occur. The volume of a container is changed and the generated sound is measured. The natural frequencies of an experimental device are calculated and we confirm that it is in agreement with frequency of sound generated in experiment. We show that nose flute is a unique musical instrument with the point that a nose flute has only an edge part and uses peoples mouth for a resonance body part. The frequencies of resonance sound can be calculated from the capacity in a mouth, the thickness and the area of an opening of a nose flute. When people play a nose flute, it is thought that only the first mode of vibration is used.

胃癌患者は高齢者や低栄養症例も多いため,術前からサルコペニアの有病率が高いことが予想される.2012年7月~2014年2月の期間で当科にて行った65歳以上の胃癌手術症例69例中38例(55.1%)にサルコペニアを認めた.サルコペニア群で有意に摂取エネルギー量が少なく(25.6 vs. 29.9kcal/(IBW)kg, p=0.0060),摂取タンパク質量が少なかった(0.95 vs. 1.12g/(IBW)kg, p=0.0041).Clavien-Dindo分類Grade Ⅲ a 以上の重篤な合併症発生率はサルコペニア群で有意に高かった(23.7 vs. 6.5%, p=0.043).サルコペニア有りは重篤な合併症発生に関する独立した危険因子であった(OR 5.86, 95%CI 1.06? 51.65, p=0.042).サルコペニア合併高齢胃癌手術症例に対し,適切な栄養介入が重篤な合併症を回避するうえで有用であると考える.
